Freshly done pedicure. With French tips!!! Supposedly!! Have zero clue to why it’s yellow.This is the first time I’ve seen this. The tips are not even straight. Anna, does a good job but horrible attitude and personality. Rather than explaining to the customer who’s simply trying to understand, she yells saying that she knows what she’s doing. Spent $60 USD for this. Don’t recommend

I stopped going because the service started to be unsatisfactory. I was pushed for time so I went again. And was disappointed once again. Anna was rough and she rushed. Gel polish has bubbles... Acrylic isnt smoothed out on some nails... I had to get acrylic and gel polish off of my hands when I got home. I wont be returning. I gave 1 star only because I couldnt move forward with 0

I went to get a pedicure and manicure since I couldnt make it to LA Nail Salon. I got gel polish on both and I got out the bed the very next day and polish was completely off 3 toes on one side. Never saw anything like it before.

Anna did a great job with my lashes, they lasted about 2wks and my pedicure was also nice, and thorough, leaving my feet nice and soft. My gel nails not so much, not filed on the sides so some were a bit ragged and 2 broke within 5 days so I need to go get a repair. But received lots of compliments on the matte finish.

This was my first time here! I will NEVER go back! The lady did a horrible job on my nails! When I asked her for cuticle oil, she got mad! My skin on my hands was white from wasting acetone on my hands! I remain quite the whole time. The part that got me the most was I said thank you; even though the service was horrible! Sad to say, no one said thank you in return! They all just looked! The pedicure seats are all busted up with tape on them! I’m so sorry I came here! I drove 30 minutes from my house to come here! I promise you I won’t be back! Don’t waste your time or money! Go somewhere else!

They do good nails

They are not professional. Paid 70$ for nails that look like you bought them at family dollar. Once I paid they rudely told me to get up and move even tho all the chairs were empty they only had 1 other person there. When I went back to get them fixed they filed them scraped the polish off and didn’t even care to fix them they were so rude and unprofessional . Never going there again. If you want something decent do not go to anna nails. WORST customer service ever. Never met Chinese people as rude as them. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

I’ve been there plenty of times and they are the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The customer service was just all around terrible. The owner always has an attitude and your nails never turn out the way you want them. I’ve had bubbles on my nails from them rushing, they are always crooked, and they’re so rough that my nails hurt afterwards. Then they talk smack about their customers in another language that people can’t understand. One employee wears very very short shorts all the time and when she sits down to give you a foot massage, she gives a very disgusting sight. Only the guy here does a great job. He’s the only one who takes time and does the job right. Literally would never go back here again. It’s a waste of time and money.

Very comfortable and they know what to do so that you feel relaxed. I had a pedicure and enjoyed ever second of it.

Anna and her husband does good nails, I like the work but I dont like the attitude from the sister just about all the time, Anna seems to be in her moods too at times, Im looking for a backup.

I went the day before Mothers Day which was two days ago. The service was horrible!! She was slightly packed so they were all rushing I had to get my nails fixed TWICE and still was not satisfied but I was extremely tired from being in there form 12pm to almost 4pm and to end up with a horrible job!! My nails look like they were done over a week ago if I could post a picture and video I would! I went back today(Monday) and she refused to fix my nails and she was very rude this is her second time being rude.
