My nails were shaped cute and all until she started piling the gel polish on my nails i hate them they look a mess as if they were not done by a professional

Love my nails. Very friendly family type environment. David did an amazing job on my nails. First time coming and definitely recommend. My old nail shop would have my fingers so sore but this experience was so much easier. There was a little hiccup with the nail shape but the situation was quickly rectified. Great service. If you are ever in a rush try the gel nails. They dry INSTANTLY 😍

The owner of this salon restored my faith in humanity. My daughter and I had a horrible experience at a nearby salon and we were discriminated against. The owner was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure my daughter had an amazing experience.

Best place in town. Michelle or Paul..my favorites...they do an excellent job. Everyone is so nice...you wont be sorry.

Love this place. Great service. David is sooo funny and sweet. The eyebrow girl has been doing mine for 15 years. She is quick and wonderful. Ive never spent more than an hour and always leave happy!

Its incredible the lack of education of these women. The dont greet the customer even if the customer greets them. They offer poor equality service for eexpensive price. They treated me as I went there not to invest my money in a service, like the service was free. These women even use sheets of paper to removed the wax from the clients skin. I went to get my eyebrows done and under the chair they had spilled oil and they did not clean it, I almost fell. I reported to the one who was going to do my eyebrows and instead of cleaning it, she said she had cleaned, but the floor was all dirty. Later when I was doing my eyebrows she took a piece of paper that is used to write to try to remove the wax of my eyebrows. They charge so much for such of bad service and they dont use the correct products that should be utilized. Not enough she damaged my eyebrows. They are not professionals, they are stealing money from people. This place dont deserve not even one start. All the ladies that gave them bad report are saying the truth.

I been going there for 26 yrs and all my family go there too..i know the staff very well excellent customer service i feel.like im at home there ..relaxing and always love my nails and feet i also get my eyebrows wax they always do a outstanding job all the time💛

Prices are fair and nails turned out good but they will try to force services on you. Just a weird vibe in all.

Horrible, horrible service. Nail tech kept coughing. Nails were done so unprofessional. This place should be closed down. Shop was not tidy at all. Will never go here again. I wish I could give them a - 1........ I walked out when they tried to correct my nail. How do you glue a longer tip over a shorter tip???? Again NEVER GO HERE

First and last visit there today. Dirty, weird place. Felt like a third world country. Nail techs spoke to each other the entire time -only in their own language. Techs had stains all over their clothing. Pedi Chairs were falling apart. Rusty hot towel machine. Dirty floor. Kids playing all over the floor. The pedi itself: ROUGH! Made this mistake once and won’t be back!

Horrible horrible horrible!! Got gel polish over my acrylic nails. Applied polish so thick that I had to tell them to take it off. Then repainted my nails with regular polish so sloppily it was unreal. The guy had his eye on the tv the whole time. They still charged me for the gel polish. I complained again and was told that gel polish is supposed to be thick!! Informed them that I would not be back. I immediately went to another salon to have my nails fixed, it was that bad!! Avoid at all costs!! Spend the extra $$ and get what you pay for.

I do not recommend this place. They do very poor work. I went to get a pedicure and a gel manicure and they manage to mess up both of them. My pedicure is terrible, he messed up my toe when putting on my shoe and didnt fix it. Then when he painted my nails there is barely any polish on it and so you can see through the glitter straight to my nail. I will not not return and and I dont recommend you try this place.

I love this place! Quick, polite, and detail oriented. My gel nails stay on for 3 weeks! I love the location, right here in Kenner.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, WORST NAIL SHOP THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! Male that did my nails was VERY rude, had an attitude the entire time. Got gel polish & he did a horrendous job. Showed every nail tech in shop & all said “they’re supposed to look like that.” Gel polish was bubbled up, began peeling the next day. Have had this full set for 6 days & they look like they’re a month old. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!!!

Told the lady i was getting eyebrows and the other lady who was going to do them had me wait until she was finished sweeping it was an extra 3-5 minutes,.. then on the sign it says you have to spend at least $10 to use a credit card, eyebrows are $10 but they charge an extra dollar if youre paying with the card, i know i dont get it either, makes no sense, this place stinks, the staff is rude, the reason why im giving it a 3 star is because my eyebrows look fantastic but other than that go elsewhere

Do not waste your time here. staff is beyond rude and place is visibly dirty. my 8 year old niece could have done a better job. everything is handed unprofessionally here. a complete waste of my time and money. if i could rate 0 stars i would

I went to get my nails done I got dip powder the next day the overlay was chipping off 2 days later my nail completely broke along with the acrylic

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I tried to call to get their closing time but they hung up on me several times and then lied about it afterwards

Have had great srvice and wonderful staff . I first came their legally blind and they opened the car door for me and carried my Burlingto shopping bags in my cab ! They treated me hihgly honorable and hugged me when I left for the day ! They treated me liike family each time I return and remember me as well. The techs are super nice . My nails stay on for awhile and I never had to return for re-fills or broken nails ...ever ! I go there every time for my nails or fetet and never do they use a razor . They are clean with their tubs and service . Im verrry happy and would recomend it oppose to the Esplanade Mall ! Walk-ins are eelcome and accomodated in as,quickley as possible .My daughter wirks at a high end spa/salon and you need an appointment .

They are horrible, spent 2hoursbin there . My nails started cracking in half. My toes are ugly .the nails are done so sloppy you can see your real nails on the side . JUST PLEASE NEVER GO THERE 📌

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE !! Rude customer service and very expensive for poor service nail tech lady half done my nails and I told her that k was not satisfied and will not return her words were dont come back then !!! OMG please go somewhere else!

They only had one guy that was friendly the lady and the other man where very much rude they didnt smile and they did not great you and they do not tell you your total no nothing and now my nails are horrible and breaking off and nail polish on my toes are coming off and I see why they dont get customers at all .... they need to get there altitudes together and they will never see my face again and they will never get my money again they will never again so they where rude and they are horrible!

They are very unsanitary when they do pedicures, they tried to us the same foot file and toe nail file on my foot right after someone else and that very nasty, thats how foot fungus happens, i made her use everything new. they do really good nails but thats the only thing Ill get done from them. they want you to wear a mask but they dont practice good hygiene.....

They work very poorly.
