They had their child walking around the business. The child came up to me while i was trying to get my nails done in peace and started crying. Was not satisfied with the professionalism, however they did a good job on my nails.

Been there only 1 time. But i like it. Cozy and local business. I dont know about old review but recently They change their management. So i think it worth it another try if you think this nail shop convenient for you. Give them another try. You will definitely love it.

Went in for a pedi, full set, and gel polish on my daughters finger nails. Nail tech working on my nails first had my nails filed uneven.... and nail popped off while she was doing them. Later that day my nail broke without any hard labor. Also my daughters gel polish have came off after 2 days. I Do Not recommend going here.

Nails were crooked, uneven, and color requested was way off. Will not be going back. People were nice though.

Ive been going here for a while and I will NOT go back. The quality gets worse every time I go. They are down to 1 tech most days so she has started to rush. Nails on 1 hand shorter than the other. Polish thin bc they are trying to stretch. I shouldnt be able to see through gel polish. Also not happy with the obvious decline in sanitation. Tools are being used on multiple clients without being cleaned or sanitized. I literally cringed at how dirty the file was. Metal tools taken out, used, and put right back without cleaning. It used to be busy but now its always empty and I understand why.

Overall its an ok place. I personally like two particular people, one on nails and another on feet. Mai was my favorite for mails, hed take his time and do a great job, but hes no longer there. Paul is next best. Theres one lady, shes too fast and polishes like a 3 year old. If youre looking for nice people, its the place to be. Great nail techs are hard to find!!! Mai, where are you?!

They do my toes and I feel they are very nice every time I have been they have done a great job on my feet the lady that does my feet is very funny and talks to me and does a great job on my feet. So I will give them a great review on there Work and how NICE they are to me. I also let the same lady do my feet if shes not there I will leave and go back I like to let the same lady so my feet always look great and last for three weeks. Thanks for the great job. My sisters and I went here today. They got their nails done and I got my toes done. I would definitely like to say that then it comes to the quality it was great. But, the woman who did my toes was really rude to me. I dont have time or money to get my toes done that much. When I pulled my feet out the water the woman said to me in a ride voice its been a while, huh, she also showed the dead skin that came off of my feet and gave me a smug I explained to her that I work in animal rescue so I dont have the time or money to which she responded with maintenance, maintenance, maintenance in a rude, smug way. Again the quality was great but she was very rude. I went there to have a good time with my sisters but I was made to feel bad.

I’m not one to leave reviews on any place I visit but I JUST had to share my experience here. I’m from Houston, Texas and I usually go in to get colored powder. As soon I ask them if they have any colored powders, they all look confused. Now I’m not saying that I shouldn’t have expected that since I was visiting a different state and all. They had like 10 of them to choose from so I was like well I’m already here might as well get them done. I picked out a color and sat down for my pedicure. I already had colored powder on my nails from 2 months before and wanted to remove them to get them shorter. The lady ( which I’m not too sure if she’s the owner or not) gave me the worst attitude because I wanted to get them removed. She just wanted to file them down and get rid of the powder I already had and add an ADDITIONAL LAYER of color on top. I wanted them to be COMPLETELY off. I didn’t feel I was asking for too much given the fact that I did walk into a nail shop. The lady proceeded in grabbing a tool and started yanking off my powder in a hurtful matter and with the nastiest attitude telling me that this is faster for her and it was going to hurt my nails. I IMMEDIATELY got pissed off. How are you just going to start yanking at someone’s nails like that? I told her soaking them acetone is easier since it softens the powder. She still kept yanking at my nails and I pulled my hand from her. My blood was boiling. I was about to walk out in the middle of my pedicure. They proceeded talking in their language about me which was very readable given the fact that EVERYONE kept looking at me. The lady who was supposed to do my manicure got mad because she obviously didn’t have the capacity to fulfill a customers needs so she passed me onto one of her coworkers (which happened to be her brother). With him I have no complaints because he was very professional and did my nails just like I wanted. This has been BY FAR the rudest nail salon I have ever been to. I’m going back to Houston in a couple of days and when I come back to visit, I will never be coming back here.

If you go have a pedicure or manicure ask for Paul he is the best. Plus he is funny my teen love this place and we recommend it.

First time here so I gave a 4 star because the nail tech was really sweet and attentive and she didnt rush me, but the owner straight took me for $10 extra. I told the nail tech that I only wanted a pedicure for both me and my daughter and a nail polish for myself. I looked at the price and saw that the pedicure was $27 and the color polish was $10. So as she finishes my pedicure, she sits me in the chair to do what I thought was just a nail polish. She placed my hands in a solution which I thought was strange for just a polish, but I figured different place different policies. Then the owner comes over and ask if I was good and I said yes she was ready for my payment. So I said 2 pedicures and a nail polish, then she says well shes(the nail tech)is giving you a manicure, I said I didnt ask for a manicure only a polish change. She (the owner) then says then you should have told her because other wise we would charge you for a manicure. I then said I did tell her, then the owner says well she doesnt understand English very well😯, I then said well thats not my problem. I give the owner my card to pay, and after I finish paying and she finish polishing my nails I go to sit to dry. I happen to look back up at the menu and when I go further down the list I see that for a mani/pedi its only $30...whereas I paid $27 per pedicure and $10 for my nail polish. The owner clearly should have told me that since shes already started giving you a manicure we will just charge you $30, no she clearly charged me $27 for both pedicures and $10 for my nail polish change which I thought was very greedy. I will never go back to them again when I visit New Orleans!

This is the worse experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I only wanted a normal, regular set of solar nails. The tech insisted I try “ombré.” I’ve had ombré before, I wasn’t looking to get that style. She kept pushing, so I finally gave in. The finished set looks nothing like ombré! It’s a huge mess! She tried to apply glitter to mask the ridiculousness she had just put on my nails. I told her to take the glitter off, I’d never asked for it and I don’t want it. I am now at another salon trying to get this covered up. $55 at the first salon, plus whatever it will cost to cover it at the next salon. Not to mention the hours out of my day that I’m wasting!

I sent my daughter to get her nails done for prom and omg worst every. they did her nails as if they never we to school to learn how I will be contacting state board first thing Monday morning.

My experience at this nail shop was awful and I will never go back I paid $45 dollarsfor a manicure and pedicure--the next day I went back in to have my to big toes polish over because the polish was chip--and the girl who help me was very nasty to me and the customer service was awful-if you go to this nail shop make sure what ever you have done is right the first time--because if you have to go back to get anything done over-be ready to fight--because the girl who I ask to redo my nails was violent--and she did not want to polish my nails again --and they all look at you crazy when you walk in the nail shop--HAPPY TO TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY--AND THEN --THEY JUST WANT YOU TO GET OUT--AND DONT COME BACK

Owner is Rude . She doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk in . She became defensive when asked to use new stick for waxing . She uses the same stick for every person . Wont ever go back .
