I had a very very great experience here at Elizabeth Rose Nail Spa. Ms. Tina was everything and more and very professional and so nice and friendly as well. Leaving the airport, I was lucky to find this shop! I was worried about randomly choosing someplace, but they were true to their hours, clean, and friendly. So much attention to detail. If Im ever back in the area, Id for sure return.

I go every 2 weeks to get my refill pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and Im always completely satisfied and never spend more than $100 for all three

Lets start with the wait time: I came in at 6:08pm and left at almost 9:00PM. I just wanted a pedicure. A basic pedicure and an eyebrow waxing. I waited 40 mins to be seated only to be in the pedicure chair for 1 hour and 20mins BEFORE i was actually serviced. My feet started to hurt after being in the water for so long! THEN the pedicure (priced at $32) was mediocre . My feet look WORSE then when I came in. My soles are still full of callus and the toe nails are rounded like a thumb nail vs a sqaure shape like most nicely done toes would look. Not to mention an Under age, and probably UNLICENSED kid was doing my feet with no regard to giving it any effort. (Literally 4 passes on each side with the buffer and that was it) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! I always used to reccomend them but now theyre just money hungry people with no sense of customer satisfation. Better yet, no sense of how a pedicure service is TRULY done!Im utterly disgusted and will never return.

EXPENSIVE!! If you walk into a nail shop and the price list is not on the wall thats because their too expensive. I was glad that they are open on a Sunday but the older lady that owns the place is very pushy and seems like she gets irritated quickly. Luckily for me she didnt do my set, the young guy took so many breaks tho. I got a refill with gel polish and Another customer got a fullest with regular polish... can you guess who was done first, heres a hint...not me. I wont be back until I win the lotto and have time and money to blowRecent visit: OK so today I had to get two nails repaired and I couldn’t find a nail shop in time so I stop by here and literally just paid $18 to get two nails fixed

This was the most rewarding experience Ive had at a nail shop ever.Thanks to my sister n law for the fathers day pedicure gift.

So far I love this place. I really don’t understand all the negative comments the family is really really nice and I had a great time getting my nails done and socializing w them. I get my nails done all the time and I’ve been to so many different salons and this definitely one of my favorite set of nails and definitely my favorite employees. I have been to other salons where the stores looks are more appealing however and some of those places I’ve gotten REALLY bad overpriced sets from. nothing bothers me about a family doing my nails because I’m used to family owned businesses where the family are the employees. as long as the quality and services are good I think it’s not harming anyone. also they are really well priced.

Love this place! Staff was very friendly, store was clean! And, I was going in to fix a AWFUL manicure I had gotten a few days prior! They took extra good care of me, and listened to what I wanted! The price was extremely fair! $38 for a soak off of acrylics, a full set, and drip dry drops! My nails were completely dry within 2 minutes! My new Nail Salon!!

The nails were great but the wait & constant getting up & switching people was stressful. Took 2 hours when it probably could’ve been done in less than 1 if one person would’ve consistently did the work. Other than timing, the nail work was great.

I’ve been looking for a great place that does solar nails without a bright pink base. This place is top notch clean and a very natural look. I will be back!

What a disgrace. Ive never seen such a nightmare salon. She has her young children doing both pedicures and nails, I could not believe the unsanitary conditions at this place. She literally jumps back and forth between several clients and keeps offering additional services to everyone who walks in even while being shorthanded. Her 14 year old was attempting to rip off my acrylic nails using just his own nails. Then when he was doing a pedicure he went on a scavenger hunt for clippers which he found laying on a table across the room. I am shocked this place has not been heavily fined or shut down permanently. I sympathize with the family but operating under those conditions is wrong. My nails turned out horrible, but Im lucky I didnt walk out of there with a full blown staph infection.

Family business, they are very sweet and friendly. However, there are children performing nail services. Pretty sure this is illegal. I have cuts on my fingers and toes, and it took 2 hours for a mani - pedi with tools and utilities that were not sanitized between clients including a (banned) metal foot file. I hope they can get this business to standard.

They stressed my cuticles. Between a nine year old, her teenage son, and herself all taking turns doing just my nails and then her asking me to come back every ten minutes and being on speaker phone a majority of the time. Completely unhygienic and outdated.

I was cut twice on my feet and almost every finger on my manicure. On top of the lady yelling on the phone consistently and going back and forth with her son twice. I was also charged more than the shown price and nothing was sterile. NEVER coming back as i now need antibiotics due to the infection i received from the MULTIPLE lacerations i received.

Horrible. They are not open 24 hours; every time I call they are closed. Or they just don’t answer. When you do go it’s literally a CHILD that does your nails. Pretty sure illegal...

Trash! She shaved my cuticles off! Then tired to put the polish that help keep the gel on for a while, it burned tf outta me! I asked for alcohol, she didnt have any! she refused to apply the polish for the gel after asking her too! This my second time going back to get my gel fixed! Never ever ever AGAIN!!!! LUCKY I HAD TO GIVE A STAR TO COMMENT

This place is really dishonest. I called made an appointment and they took a bunch of people before me. Id suggest going anywhere but here. They dont honor appointments and their equipment is not sanitized between guests. 👎🏼

Very dirty place with old supplies. The KIDS working there were nice.. My nails and fingertips burn like crazy. Decided not to go through with the gel color because the manicure burned so bad, and she still charged me. Also my hands stink very badly.

If u walk in the salon it is so disgusting they have stuff piled up everywhere seems they are very dirty people who dont know how to clean up ! Ive see.
