Miss Swan is amazing! I had a set from another salon that were so bad I thought they would have to be removed. Swan is a magician!! She is not only talented but extremely pleasant and polite. She is now my go to gal for beautiful nails!! Thanks again!!

Had to find a new nail salon since my other nail tech is now a stay at home mom. Wanted to find a friendly staff with high quality standards. Went to Regal Nails Kenner location. Brandi gave me a fantastic pedicure. I especially needed cuticle work and skin removed with nippers. She did it all with no pain and my skin feels great. Definitely found my new nail tech! Thanks Brandi.

Extremely satisfied. Tom gave me a manicure and pedicure. Swan gave my husband a pedicure. Both of them were very pleasant and did a excellent job.

I have been going here for the past nine months since it has been under new management. I always get excellent service. The place is immaculate and all employees are extremely pleasant and friendly. I usually use Xuan, whose work I think is superb! However, in two emergencies, Brandy was available and fixed broken nails very willingly. Love this place!

I got a full set and a pedicure. Kevin was awesome and made sure my nails were shaped correctly and painted evenly. I have been a client off and on (busy schedule) for 2 years and they’ve never given me a bad experience.

Swan was very sweet to me she took her time when it was needed but it was a quick in and out experience and I loved it !! Very clean, and friendly !

My 2nd time going there to get refills and I never had to wait.. on a Friday at that. Very professional and excellent work.

Wang Attentively took care of my daughter for her 13th birthday. Kevin was Very peaceful and professional during my manicure.

Visited the shop on a Friday evening at 5:00. Closing time is posted for 7:00. I was told I could make an appointment for Sat morning, they were not taking any additional customers 2 hours before their posted closing time. (Awful) The lady looked at the calendar told me 10:00am was available; so i scheduled. I made it there at 9:45am. I was greeted and told my appointment was for 9:30 not 10:00 and they could only perform 1 of the 4 services I scheduled. When I advised what i was told and scheduled for, her response was it wasn’t her fault. She offered to do one of the services and requested me to come back for 2:00 for the rest. My response, I don’t want to chop my day up or give your business my money that bad for such poor service. I will take NONE of your services, good day. The WORST!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I decided to try this location on today 6.4.18 and the service was HORRIBLE and SLOW. Not ONLY was I knicked several times by the Nail Tech. The Eyebrow wax is a no go, even the Lady that did my waxing stated that she didnt like the wax that she was using however she didnt inform me of this before I sat in her chair! My out come... NO SHAPE at all and my eye brows looked BUSHY. This salon made sure to CHARGE me for everything however did NOT make any adjustments for what I have indicated above. They are also in my opinion VERY overpriced thats why they give you a total upfront. NEVER AGAIN I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO!

The worst, their always booked up with only 7 or 8 people.Their just slow, can’t squeeze you in for simple things like polish or repair.I won’t ever go back and their way to expensive!
