Absolutely love this place!!! I make my appointments with peter and I’m never disappointed. he always lives up to my expectations and makes my nails look better than the picture I pull up on Pinterest. Not only that he’s very funny and nice a great person to talk to. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

The male nail artist did a amazing job! One of the best works on nails I ever seen! Im usually kinda ify on new places but this won my heart!! With the nails they arent spaced out in the back like other nails they are at the very tip of it. Very clean work and very nice& caring!!!

This place there were only 3 ladies working and the wait was so long. Literally like 45 minute wait my husband and I had to cancel our dinner reservation at Commander Palace because of the wait. They didn’t do a good job on my pedicure as far as cutting my cuticles or the massage (she didn’t use enough lotion). My husband they did a better job but he got the deluxe so that’s the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars really should be one.

Nail Tech- VickyI called at 530pm to schedule an appointment & they gladly accepted me at 6pm. I received a delexue pedicure with paraffin wax ($40 pedi + $10 for wax). Vicky took her time and did an AMAZING job. The foot massage was the best. my pedicure lasted a total of 45 minutes, which is exceptional!! She did a great job at applying my polish as well. This is a must try for those seeking an amazing escape.**note: street parking only

I came in 30 minutes before close and they still gave me a pedicure. I had excellent service. Very nice ladies that spent the time to get it all just right! I really appreciate their work ethic

A wonderful pedicure (and yes, Im a man), and they pay great detail to making my feet feel 1000 percent better and vitalized! Patient and not rushed at all. Now I can finally throw on my sandals after hiding my feet for the past few days...Its worth the price and a generous tip! Highly recommended!

Im so sad because the other reviews were great.When I first walked in and asked how much it was for their services, I was quoted at $55. After they finished, they said they misheard me and told me that the price was actually $75. I feel very taken advantage of, especially since they were SO sweet and professional, and there was no language barrier. My nails look wonderful which is why Im giving two stars instead of one, so if you go, make sure youre very clear about how much youre paying.

Great job!! I broke 2 nails on 2 day of vacation and I was devastated. I happened by this salon, they were SUPER nice and took the time to color match my existing nail color. Good prices. I think next year I will get my nails done here instead of before vacay 👍

Went during Spring Break with my friend. The ladies were sweet and patient, and took GREAT care of us at an extremely affordable rate. Both of us got a basic manicure, and as soon as we walked out we wanted to go back in! I would definitely recommend this place to others, and we’ll probably go back for a pedicure before the end of the week! I LOVED IT!!

My mom and I came here after a long day of walking around New Orleans and asked if we could get foot rubs. They said it would be $20 each for 20 minutes. We agreed, that seemed like a good price. When they finished and we went to pay, they said it would be $30 each. We told them we were quoted $20 and they said we misheard. We did not mishear, we had asked them to repeat it three times before agreeing. We feel scammed. Make sure to get a price in writing if it’s not something quoted on their wall!

Out of towns here, I enjoyed the whole experience at Escape, the staff was friendly over the phone and in person. AND a major plus for me is fluent English, not in a bad way but I cannot understand any other language. Definitely unlike any other place Ive been to.

I saw great reviews for this salon but when I went to get dip nails, it seemed they used a different brand than the rest of the dip products. Within 2 days, my nails were chipped and turned yellow, which has never happened and I get dip religiously, every two weeks at a couple of salons near my home in another state. Even after I asked for the nails to be thinned and smoothed, they were left bulky and thick. The pedicure was great but the most important part had a bad ending.

They got me in quick which was a plus, and they are very friendly and accommodating ...That’s where it ends ... as for the nails, they did a decent job on the nails sure ... but given that they pulled pumices and nail files out of drawers I can’t be sure of the sanitary nature of their tools, they apparently don’t believe in base coats or really half the nail tool kit (I think I may have more than they do) but worst of all I think my 5 year old niece got less polish on my fingers than the nail professional who did my shellac! The shellac was all up on my skin, they did a terrible job with the cuticles so I will be trimming cuticles for a while (most of the point of a mani) and probably having nail polish chip too ... and the color choices were lackluster at best!My place back in Houston (places plural) can do a amazing mani-pedi in 45 minutes and this place said come in by 630 latest, I got there at 6 but the whole thing felt rushed and unfinished ! I would not come back

Technician moved me to the nail drying station after completing Mani/pedi, but 5-10 minutes later she sprayed my toenails, wrapped them in Saran wrap & put my shoes on for me. I felt I was rushed out, but they werent busy. When I got back to hotel my big toe was smudged 😕 Dont know why I couldnt have just sat there awhile longer until my nails dried completely.

Loved this little salon. They were very helpful and friendly and took pictures for me when my nails were done.

Great fast service. They werent busy so while one lady was doing my pedicure another last started prepping my finger nails for my shellac manicure. I was just visiting the area but would go back if Im ever around again.

Took 30 min to removed half peeled off gel polish. Completely missed large spots on every finger.

I stopped in to have 1 nail repaired Requested dip service.waitied for at least 30 minutes as workers sat around talking & folding towels.After asking was there anyone to do the service.Someone glued a nail & left, someone else came by 5 minutes later & attempted.Long story short she obviously didnt know how to do it.She kept stopping looking at other techs then would attempt to continue. Im not sure wat was said but it seemed as if Mother yrch was coaching her at times.

Terrible experience. 1.5 hours for a gel polish change. I called ahead and once she began the polish change, nail tech helping me left me to begin a double pedicure for a couple that came in half an hour after me. They told me another lady would be right with me and left my nails soaking in acetone so long they began to burn. Finished product is lumpy and uneven and nails are jagged from rough filing. Its clear they care more about the churn and burn than they do for individual clients. Save yourself time and an inevitably bad mood by paying a little more to go somewhere infinitely better.

I was excited to try this place because it was near my hotel (Im from out of town) and inexpensive. Unfortunately, by the next day, the polish on my left big toe was terribly smudged. The same day, my nails starting chipping although I had a gel layer over my regular polish. The day after that, my right big toe smudged. I got my nails done a week from today. The staff here is very nice but based on my manicure and pedicure, I definitely wouldnt return. If I didnt have to return home so soon, I wouldve returned and asked for a polish fix.

Smell is very strong (smells like acrylic)... like almost to the point I could barely breathe. Didn’t bother to greet me and a friend when we walked in. After waiting for a few minutes we just got up and left. Gave 2 stars because I never got a chance to see the actual work.

Took my daughter in at 6pm to get polish changes and fullset.

Cane in 50 min to close after a call and the lady did a good job on my feet tht are just naturally terrible lol.

Simply said, no greeting.... acrylic smell was overbearing and services to be rendered took longer than necessary. Probably better to walk an additional 4 blocks to the next nail salon.

I’m a pedicure lover and I’ve never had a better pedicure for the price only $27 for a regular pedicure and I normally go to a different place back home and the change more and they don’t even compare to the AMAZING pedicure I received today! 100% would recommend this place!!

The outside of the building through me off a little bit it look like it was old and outdated however the inside was very clean the woman were very friendly and the work was exceptional

Horrible! It took me more than two hours to get my nails done! There was a younger guy who started my nails and to apply the acrylic took him hour. He looked like he didnt have the slightest idea of what he was doing. Then he filed the sides of my nails and made them way too slim so they looked weird. I asked someone else to fix what hed done and she rushed to do it and gave me a shoddy polishing job. I would NEVER go back here!

I havent gotten my nails done in years, was on vacation with a girl friend and decided to stop in. They were able to get us in right away even though they looked full up. I did the regular mani-pedi with French tips (not the gel, just regular ol polish). Oh man! These bad boys look pretty darn good AND they survived the night without ANY chipping. Im usually pretty hard on my nails and I dont make it too far from the salon before messing them up, but these are holding up VERY well. EXTREMELY PLEASED and I highly recommend. Price was fair for what Im used to (from NJ), GF said it was a little more expensive than what shes used to in PA, but she even commented on the good quality.
