So just got my nails done.. they look good. But one of the employees kept coughing like she was super sick and another one didnt have a mask.. the lady that was doing my nails seemed fine.. However, I am pretty dumb for staying to get the service but will never go there again after that. Just a heads up to everyone to be careful. Twas a nail biting experience.

I went in to get a refill and it cost $40 the price is extremely unreasonable and just a week after getting my nails done one of my nails broke after simply scratching my nose. Plus the service was horrible!

Horrible gel manicure! It just lasted a week, very uneven. For the price I thought I would get a better job, but nope. I wont recommend this place at all.

Horrible horrible service.. very rude people. Didn’t have a good experience. I asked for almond shape and my nails were so bad, asked to fix it and was given an attitude about it. Wouldn’t recommend.

The people were nice and did a nice job. The place was well done and spacious. It was a big space but there weren’t enough colors to pick from, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Highly recommend this place! I love my nails! It’s my first time getting acrylics!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I’ve been coming here for a year or longer and always had a great experience. EXCEPT for today. I get a gel polish(no manicure but still supposed to last 14 days) I have NEVER had a problem with the gel peeling as early as it did. Went in this past Saturday and it started peeling 3 DAYS LATER!Not to mention this man did my nails ON MY LAP...while I’m trying to enjoy my pedicure. No prep on my nails or anything by the wayI go and in today (one day before a full week) talked to the manager( guessing owner) and I tell her the issue and asked her to please fix them because I paid for the 14 day gel(not cheap but worth it) and she’s telling me about my friking cuticles and telling me it doesn’t last that long and talking to me like I know what she’s talking about. I asked her if she could fix them and she said no. WOW. What great customer service. I tip them very generously every time and that’s how a customer gets treated. I was in shock. NEVER going back. ✌🏼

While my daughter and I were waiting for services we witnessed the most rude behavior by an employee. An elderly lady came out the back from getting a pedicure and complained that 1 of her nails were messed up. The employee then told the customer that they didn’t want her complaint and that they were not going to finish her nails and she can go some place else. The elderly lady was not rude, she was very polite and was asked to leave. My daughter and I decided to leave at that point. I do not recommend this place.

In the past, this, at least for me, was a great place to get my nails done. The more I visit, the worse it gets. Kim is extremely rude and the staff thinks no one cam understand their language....but with translator as an app, every word flows as if they are speaking English. I will travel all over the country to find that one location that can keep me as a customer, i.e. Dallas for my nails and eyebrows or David, who is THE BEST, California for my hair, etc....after THIS experience TODAY, THIS is indeed my last time spending money on an awful pedicure that I can either do myself or have my puppy stick tools between his teeth and do a better job. Chateau Nails has lost me as a customer and I absolutely do not recommend them unless you are a gluten for punishment. I rarely write reviews like this, but enough is enough. This company receives a negative 5 stars if I were able to select that as an option

If I could give this business a negative number I would. After soaking for about 3p minutes the lady finally started my pedicure. It was painful!! I stopped her and told her just to polish. Then I asked for eyebrow wax. The VERY RUDE lady told me should would do it for me. Three customers walk in and she acts like she does not see me. She is rude to customers and staff. I feel sorry for Danny since he is so nice and I went to support him but NEVER again. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went in.

Since the re-open they are charging more .. $45For a full set Acrylic with gel polish .. and they are over booking and rushing to get everyone done.. my nails look like an Amateur did them and she didn’t even put a second coat on one hand my nails are un even she didn’t file the sides it’s just trouble will not be going back again !!!

Used to frequent here (bi-monthly) whenever I worked nearby - decided to stop in for a refill and a pedicure. My pedicure was amazing and the gentleman who did it was awesome ! However, the woman who did my nails not so much. Before she got to me she was being rude to an older woman who was still trying to decide on a color, she got annoyed and rushed her to a pedicure station. She came to me and asked if I wanted a cut down. I said yes but asked if she could please keep the same Stiletto shape. As she began to cut my nails I could tell that the shape was not going to look nice and told her that I was unhappy with how she had shaped my nails. Instead of doing as I asked and just do them square since she had messed up the shape she got ugly with me and proceeded to tell me I was wrong and gave me a lecture on nails shaping. I asked to just pay for my pedicure and that I would go to my regular nail shop. She insisted I let her finish and told me I would love them. She carried on about how I was wrong throughout the entire process of refilling and painting my nails. The paint job - awful (and I paid extra for gel 😕)! And although I still didn’t care for how she did them I paid and will never be back. Love the owner Mr. Danny but his wife (who did my nails) does not have a clue on how to talk to people or how to provide good customer service. I think she was frustrated and in a rush - but you can’t take it out on your customers or else you’ll lose them. Will not be back -if you go just don’t let her do your nails y’all!

Worst experience EVER!!!My daughter was getting her nails done for prom and they made her wait for over an hour while they proceeded to work on 3 other customers that came in after us. The lady walked in the back after 10 mins and never came back. Not until I walked in the back to check on time frame was it brought to my attention that no one had even touched her nails yet!!If I could give this place 0 stars i would.Save yourself time and money and go to the 1 around the corner in chateau.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. OWNER EXTREMELY RUDE. REALLY SHOULD BE 0 stars but that wasnt an option. So I go to Chateau Nail Salon on West Esplanade in Kenner to get a toe polish on my way home from work. The nail tech puts me in pedicure chair to polish my toes and says you can turn the massage on if you like. I try to but power. I relay to him that its not on. He asks other techs if something wrong with chair then proceeds to chair on. Well the owner/manager comes and turns the chair off! No massage with toe polish. Needless to say I was outdone! I politely explained to the tech that Ill NEVER be back and Im telling EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE!!!!!

I love this place! The owner Danny is always accommodating and he gets to know his clients. His wife is rude and hard to talk to but I just dont pay her any mind. They always do a great job no matter what service I get so I will remain a loyal customer.

I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times. I went there on October 12, 2018 for a manicure. About 2 to 3 days later my cuticle started getting infected. I had a mosquito bite on my leg and itched it with my finger didn’t think anything of it. Then my leg started getting infected. I went to the doctors office and he diagnosed me with staph infection; he said I probably got it from the nail salon. They do not properly disinfect their equipment. Please be aware if you’ve been there recently.

This was my first visit here, I walked right in to a chair even on a Saturday. I went for a refill with gel polish, the customer service was great, employees were very friendly and I love my nails. I will be going back.

I’ve been a customer for years. Kim and Danny are so nice. I usually go with my mother and they treat her like a queen. Dad started going as well and although they insist (lol) in color on his pedicure. He finds it funny. No no no No color. Jaja. The salon is clean and very pretty.

Horrible customer serviceOn Wednesday April 17,2019 went to get a full set ombre nails coven tips. I honestly can say they came out beautiful. I believe her name was Kim took a picture of it. She was very proud of her work.I was leaving early next morning to go on vacation one-off the tips fell off at the airport. I was like ok no biggie Ill just glue the tip back on. My whole trip in Las Vegas my tips kept popping off. All I had left by the end of the trip was two tips on each hand. I returned on Tuesday and went in on Wednesday morning early . I was hoping to speak to Danni and instead of Kim. I was approached by a young man I explained to him everything that happened. I wanted new set. I couldnt understand why all my tips broke off that never happened before. So he explains it in their language to Kim. Her response to me was everything was my fault. The length, choosing two tone ombre and my short nail bed. Hell,she admitted no wrong in apply my nail at all.I feel so bad that I have do a bad review on this nail salon because I really liked it. So in one week I had to pay to get my nails done twice. Never again. I know losing one customer dont matter but all it take is one bad apple.

Got my eyebrows waxed and they are terrible. The guy somehow managed to get wax on my EYELASHES but missed half of my eyebrows. All I could do was pay and leave before losing my patience. Now theyre uneven and bushy. I will not be returning.

I used to love this place. A few weeks ago I went in to have a mani/pedi and the lady (owner) was fussing with a lady who was having a pedicure done by another tech. Most Unprofessional experience Ive ever had there. Also noticed that the owner had unclean nails herself. Makes me sad that I wont visit this salon. Used to enjoy relaxing at a salon near my house.

Literally was waiting for 15 minutes only for the guy to come set up my station and they tell him no to serve ppl who were here after me and even they noticed and said something. So I just walked out how rude just moved to town looking for a spot to do my nails horrible customer service
