The true test of an insurance carrier and agent is how things go when trouble happens. If you live in Keller, TX you already know what kind of a weather year its been! I am so very thankful we decided to use Chad Haynes State Farm for our home and auto coverage. We worked with Mark Davis on our policy last year, he is top notch. He was incredibly patient, thorough and consultative, simply the best! Fast forward to the Keller hail storm on 4/28. We were under contract to sell our home when the largest hail storm we have seen in our 13 years here hit. I reached out to Mark and after working his magic just one week later we had a terrific adjuster come evaluate the situation. From there things moved very quickly, we received timely checks and my roofer was able to replace my roof all before our 5/28 close date. I had switched to State Farm after having a less than stellar experience with another insurance company. I am so glad I did, thank you!
Update:XChad called me personally and were able to get the rogue processed in Denton tomorrow. Thank you Gina who played an intricate part in this puzzle!
This is the best service we could ever ask for. We have all our vehicles, business and home insured here and they all give the best customer service! They always get back to me or my wife in a timely manner and do it with a smile! Highly recommend this office and their entire friendly staff!
Over the years I have not come to equate service with Insurance. This firm and Mark Davis have changed my opinion. Yes they have saved me a bunch of money but it goes way beyond that . Mark has spent so much time making sure we have the the right coverage at the right price. Further more the team at this Firm is so responsive I wish they could all work for me. Especially Gina she is AMAZING!!

TALK TO CLAIMS - NOT MY JOB - I bought a new car and Chads staff was conscientious about getting details on make, model, upgrades, additional options to make sure I was covered. Of course, the more options - the higher the value and insurance premium. (Understood) So later in the year we were hit and the car was totaled (not our fault). I filed a claim with Chad. Now I realize the car depreciates in a short time, but the payout seemed low. I almost cashed the check but thought Id examine the details of their claim reimbursement. To my astonishment, they paid me for the lowest base model of the car. Difference for the value of my car model was several thousand dollars. I called Chad (he was nowhere around), his staff told me well, sometimes you just have to look out for yourself - YOU need to call State Farm claims. In other words - oops we were caught, my bad, not my job, YOU need to deal with it. I cancelled with them and found better agents.
A lot of insurance companies answer the phone using automated services but here you get a quality person answering your phone calls. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and are guided in making the best decisions for you. They are not driven in the next sale. They want to make sure you are doing what is best for you and your family.
Rachel is so wonderful to work with. And when we were having hard conversations in our life Kathy was so patient and informative. I am grateful for this office and their staff.
When I first signed up with Chad Haynes office they really helped me understand the coverage. They let me decide what was best for me without any pressure to add coverage I felt I didnt need. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful.

I received a letter from Chad Haynes offering me Medicare Supplement insurance since I just turned 65. Got on Chads website and the prices for the different plans were about double what you can get elsewhere. I called Chads office and they told me he didnt have or lost his license to sell Medicare insurance. Given these prices and misinformation its no wonder he lives in his mansion on the lake in his gated community. What a rippoff.
My experience with this firm has been outstanding. Not only have they saved my business lots of money, but have also found the best coverage for our needs. Mark and his team have been very responsive and are always willing to help find the best solution while being honest (which can be hard to find in insurance). I highly recommend their service!

Had State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. Never filed a homeowners claim until this year. Had substantial hail damage to my roof and called Chads Keller office, (of course hes never there) and asked his people to help advocate for me on a claim. Filed the claim and received a call from their national claims office. The person they sent out immediately denied the claim. An independent public adjuster said I had substantial recent hail damage and this was one of the most egregious denials theyve ever seen. Called Chads office and left a message to call me back. Received a call back from national claims office. They told me Chad called them instead. Now Im stuck litigating this with no help or call back from Chadwick Dray Haynes. By the way - all neighbors around me are getting roofs covered by their insurance companies. Only one other neighbor was also denied. Their insurance company . . . . . State Farm.
This firm is AWESOME! When I first came to them I was paying over 1200 a month for my families car insurance but after Mark took the time to speak with us and really let us know what we need for insurance. Are monthly payment was cut in half. These guys really care and they really make sure you understand what your getting. Mark Davis thank you for putting the customer first!!!
The Chad Haynes office of State Farm has treated us like family since we started with them. Through house fires, family health problems and car crashes they have gone the extra mile for us every single time and have had an overwhelmingly positive impact on our lives. Initially, I had a good experience with this agency. After being with State Farm for over 5 years, with this agency for over a year and a half, and with no tickets/claims/accidents, my rates increased $15 monthly without notice. When I questioned my rate increase, thats when the staff at this agency showed their true colors. I was told the only way to bring my monthly payments down to where they were originally was to raise my deductibles across the board and lower my overall coverage.One representative decided to send me dozens of text messages while I was at work, telling me to to take my money and go find another insurance company and that my leaving wouldnt hurt their business one bit...I did take their advice actually. I transferred my policy to another State Farm agents office. My new State Farm agent invited me into his office and took an hour out of his day to explain in detail my current coverage. He then showed me what he felt would be best for me versus what worked best for his Christmas bonus, like the Chad Haynes office. Not only did he lower my monthly rate by $7 from what Chads office had raised it to, he lowered my comprehensive deductible to $100 from $2,000, added renters insurance as well as Short-term Disability coverage. Thanks so much Mark Davis for encouraging me to take my business elsewhere, best decision I ever made!
I talked to Rachel Maldonado in your office regarding the house insurance due in May. I had very important concerns about my home owners policy and she was able to professionally answer all of my concerns and put my mind at ease. I worried all weekend about this issue and now I am able to focus on other things. I wanted to thank you Rachel for everything! Rachel was so sweet and very kind to me. Staff is friendly on the phone but I’ve been disappointed in the lack of attention from this agent - KNOWING I was brand new to TX. I’m extremely unhappy with the lack of coverage on homeowners insurance on a sewage line break, claiming that it’s not part of the house because it’s under the slab! I’m changing agents soon & if State Farm can’t get it’s act together, I’m changing insurance carriers. I was treated way better in Indiana. Thus agent must have too much money - he’s not too vested in his clients.
Terrible. Not honest about rates at all. Would increase my monthly bill unless I called. Then would make up some excuse and not refund their overcharge.
I am in the middle of a year long process from where I sold my car to another individual. This individual had a hit and run where he was at fault. I was told that since the owner of the vehicle at that time wasnt me but I still carried insurance on the car because it was only 10 days after sale, that state farm would pay the claim at a no fault accident. Now, 1 year later I get a letter from State Farm saying they are denying me future coverage and dropping me due to this accident. I will not continue this post unitl everything is settled, but so far very disappointed in how this was handled! Had I known that I would have been penalized for them paying the claim I would have taken legal action against the owners family because now my wife and five kids are looking at paying future losses due to this wreck being this wreck is on my claims side of the insurance carried with state farm. We have always had state farm for all cars, renters insurance and life. IF this continues down the path it looks to be, I will be all over any other web sites with my opinions and let everyone know how displeased I am with how they handled this entire situation. Unfortunately for the owner who was the driver of the car I sold, he passed away a week after and not to be understanding of the situation is beyond me. LIKE A GOOD, key word GOOD, neighbor State Farm is there....lets just say I hope to be writing how they came back and took off the accident from my insurance records because I have always had very good service. But you never know what kind of service you truly have until its time to take care of the customer paying your bills!. No good deed goes unpunished right, this guy never made the first payment on the car because he had no money and needed a ride to work. when he got his first check he was going to start paying, but the man is no longer living and instead of looking thoroughly through the entire situation and having a heart, im the one who gets the mail saying I am no longer insurable through state farm even though my name is no where on the accident report, listed as the driver, only thing is I still happen to carry insurance on the car because I forgot to cancel it that day. The wreck happened less than 10 days after. I hope state farm does the right thing, but a year later.....come on this is ridiculous!!!!-------05/19/2016UPDATE....Chad and his entire group worked diligently to resolve this issue and I am happy to say that I am able to continue my insurance needs with State Farm. Once everyone recognized there was a mistake I will say they all tried to help and stayed in contact with me until the problem was erased!! I appreciate Gina and Chad, and whoever else helped, but I know those two had a major hand in making this problem go away. I am in the customer service business and know how important reviews are so I hope that whoever reads this will take comfort in the FACT that when it comes to how Chad Haynes runs his office along with Gina, if you ever have a problem and they are able to intervene and help....they will and genuinely act like they care...very rare!! thanks guys!!Jason Toney
