So, I come to check out this location because I have met so many amazing people who are employed at this location. I was in awww of this location. Theres a comfy feel to the front porch with the Texas chairs, coffee and cookies upfront. * and pop and juice *Theres a card section for business around the area, I added mine and saw some friends . Umbrellas for the members Im sure, I didnt ask but that was nice. I was greeted as soon as the doorbell let them know I was there and given the best customer service .I was given a tour for the reason I was there by Donna and let me tell you guys, they have the best carpeted stairs. If you know good carpet from cheap carpet you know what I felt. No offense to anyone else. Anywho, the upstairs area is a nice for for their Christmas parties I love the view and patio area. I can best call them deceptive. Dont trust what youre told on the phone or even by email. What counts is what they put in letters in attachments you cant open and which arent on their app. I complained repeatedly that their attachments wouldnt open but they kept blowing me off. Now I know why. Ironically, now that Ive changed insurance and they confiscated by escrow, they have no problem sending me those letters that I can see without their security. You should be able to trust an insurance company, but dont trust these people. Use Texas Farm Bureau-- they give you way more coverage for hundreds less.
