Ray and staff were my moms insurance agent. As she aged I started helping her with some of her bills, insurance being one of them. Ray and his staff were always very helpful in all aspects of business. I highly recommend them.

When the adjuster finally saw that our roof had damage and paid for replace the roof, and then had other issues getting the rest of the work done that was required otherwise our homeowners insurance would not be renewed. Due to working out to obtain a loan to repair the much needed work and to have the house painted, then rain for several days, and then the holiday, the homeowners insurance was terminated. But inspite of this and sending pictures of the progress and the final outcome of the paint and repair, our homeowners policy was reinstated with no lapse of coverage. At a moment, I did not feel like I was in good hands with AllState, but when all was said and done, I feel like I am now in good hands with AllState. The whole staff and our agent were surperb in helping all the way through this ordeal. They were supportive and assisted in helping with getting our insurance back in place. Although we had much frustration, the staff(LInda the one I spoke with most) and our agent were extremely polite and demonstrated understanding of our frustration. I have had this insurance for over 20 years and have no plans of changing policy any time soon. Thanks AllState.

Ray Insurance sends out quotes with savings on your homeowners insurance promising a $20 gift card if they cant save you money. The quotes were close but did not beat what I currently had. After two weeks the gift card had not arrived. I contacted Ray and he apologized for the over sight and I received the card as promised three days later.
