This firm is AWESOME! When I first came to them I was paying over 1200 a month for my families car insurance but after Mark took the time to speak with us and really let us know what we need for insurance. Exceptional service beyond any experience weve had in the past w/a well known company we were w/for over 20yrs! Once our premiums began to skyrocket over $1k monthlyeven after having bundled them w/our previous insurance carrier we knew it was time for a change! Chad Haynes State Farm was actually recommended to us by a former staff member of our previous insurer who was fixing to retire. Otherwise, we wouldnt of had a clue of how to best go about shopping for insurance; best to check in on best rates every (6) months if not happy w/any current services 😉 However, Chad Haynes State Farm has not only cut our former premium by more than 1/2 the monthly premium they also, pulled a rabbit out their hat, so to speak when a change in the premium was about to take place due to our own driving history. They made the necessary adjustments to conform to our needs while staying on w/them @ States Farm as opposed to hunting for another insurance carrier due to premium changes 👍 Currently, w/a new claim I personally have filed ; my experience has been remarkable w/the help of (2) wonderful ladies Dede + Deann, these ladies are a true example of exemplary service to a business w/caring values for their clients thats focused on more than just the bottom $! I have personally been with this branch of State Farm since 1993 (27 years) and my husband was with them prior to our marraige in 1993. They have been wonderful with all of my vehicles, my kids vehicles, my home owners, umbrella policy, and more. Very personable employees who even supported me through my husbands passing and even attended his services when they had never actually met us in person. This branch of State Farm is a GREAT company which I highly reccomend.
