When I was going to rent a car, agent Patty Stovall was tremendously informative on how to adjust my personal policy to cover the rental car I was going to rent. She saved me so much money that I used to always pay to the rental car dealership for insurance. Ive been with them for about three years now and everyone in the office is friendly, informed and helpful with anything I need. When my Triple AAA expired I renewed my Roadside Assistance with them for around $7.00 for six months which includes towing. Best insurance around. Ive never had a complaint, only praise.

My insurance rates were going up so I began to search for a new insurance company. First I asked my brother, a general contractor, what insurance company, in his experience, was responsive to claims. He provided a few that he was impressed with. Then I sent out inquiries and Patty Stovall with Allstate in Keller responded quickly! I left and CAME BACK! Another company offered what I thought was a lower rate but when I looked at my new policies, the deductibles were twice as high as I had with Allstate and the coverage was not as good. Plus the service by the staff and agent at Crownover Insurance were always amazing.
