This Agency is Terrible! When dealing with the agency over the past 3 years, I have had nothing but terrible customer service. When attempting to ask about my policy over the phone was put on hold several times. When I attempted to add more coverage for my policy, was told that I had to send an email stating my request. I completed the email, then saw no update to my coverage! When attempting to cancel this policy, had to reach out to agency via text, email, then finally phone b/c the first two methods did not cancel as request.Would give -5 stars if possible. I suggest finding a new Insurance agency. State Farm had a much cheaper rate & PHENOMENAL customer service.

Every other statement my billed amount goes up. To keep from changing to another company I had to lessen my coverage. I was told it was because of the disasters in other areas of the country. Really, I think not. I have had NO accidents and nothing happening at my home as it is 21/2 yrs old. I am not in the process of finding a new carrier. I am over it.

I am a full fledged licensed insurance agency. He send me a piece of mail thru the post. I visited with him to tell him that I was also a Farmers agent. He was awesome. He took about 1 hour of time to welcome me, talk to me and teach me about how to correctly help and protect your customer. If I was not an agent he would have sold me! He is sincere, honest and compassionate. I heard him handle a claim with a customer with such compassion that I truly felt he cared. I dont want to recommend my competitor but since I am in Denton and he is in Keller, I have to give him 5 thumbs up. Heck I even got a Farmers Friendly review!
