Have been using the Kevin Brett Agency for more than 20 years, and find them to be excellent at their business. Example- just moved to new house and due to family illness beyond my control I forgot to get insurance until the day before the move. No problem to Kevin, who answered the phone, wrote up my policy and finished in a short time for us to move in. Not sure this exact thing would work for everybody, but because of how we purchased it worked for us; i.e., no financing was involved. The same professionalism and personal attention has existed in every contact I have with them.

So far our experience with Nationwide has been stellar. We were one of the thousands of families that were victim of the ice storm this year 2021. Nationwide was responsive and very thorough. Special thanks to our adjuster Brad Clapper who was extremely knowledgeable and showed a passion for what he does to help disaster victims. I am aware that an insurance agency is a profitable business, however there are a few profiting business that actually have a conscience and are pulling for the victimized families during times like this Nationwide is one of those companies. We also had Hail damage from the April hail storm to our roof that is under claim now. I will update this post as the progress on that claim moves forward.

As someone who deals with auto claims on a daily basis, with multiple Insurance companies, I can not stress enough how important it is to have an agent and company who takes care of you the way they do. There is no good accident. But through experience I can tell you, they made the process very easy, very accommodating. The adjuster came out quickly, I had no rental issues and the claims were handled professionally.

Even without claims for years, insurance would would go up for no reason at all year after year, every 6 months.Esther is rude. They would forget to contact you back, so you have to constantly call them back. Contact an allState office directly and they will give you a much better deal. My insurance actually went down when my renewal date came up. I know that if i stayed with office, it would have gone up because Rates went up nation wide. That is always their excuse.Avoid this office.
