The business name has changed to Sweet Moments Nail & Pedi Spa. Lots of color choices for dip, polish, etc. They offer a variety of beverages including hot tea, soda, & wine. The receptionist is very easy to understand & accommodating. My first visit here, I explained what I was looking for & she matched me with the right nail tech, Anna. I had a great experience! I will visit again.

My wife and I went to VIP Nail in Katy last night as a joint birthday present to each other. The owner/manager was very pleasant and greeted us very kindly. We were a little early and they immediately told us to go back into the private guest area. They offered us drinks and took really good care of us.I don’t get pedicures often, but it was very good based off of my history of having pedicures done. I think I confused the lady that was doing mine because she asked if I wanted my nails buffed and polished and I said yes. I guess she didn’t believe me because she packed up all of her gear and disappeared. The other lady that was taking care of my wife went and got her and she gladly finished. I guess not many men have their nails painted. Hahaha! It was a simply funny miscommunication.I can’t wait for my next couples pedicure. This is definitely the place we come back to.

I have gone twice to get my dip manicure. The first time was just okay, but this time was not good. The man who did my nails did not clean them up at all and I even had to ask him to file down the clumpy parts on the sides of my cuticles. He could clearly see that there was still nail polish and just left them.The idea of this place is so good and the vibe is very cool. I just wish I had better experiences with nail techs there.

The color lasts less than 24 hours, I went yesterday and today my hands are losing color

Do not recommend. As soon as I walked in the door, no one greeted me, no one even blinked an eye. I figured they were busy so I waited, it wasn’t until a couple walked in behind me that 2 ladies (finally) walked up and (greeted the couple first) proceeded to help. I picked my color and sat down where they told me, and waited. This time, the wait was about 35 minutes. No one came by, no one asked me if I wanted something to drink, no one even said hello. However, they very much took care of the couple that walked in behind me. Will never come back and will never recommend anyone to come here.

My first time coming to VIP Nails. My nail tech Carly was amazing. She did a powder dip for me and the results were absolutely beautiful. Judy did my pedicure and my toes look stunning! These ladies rock! I would definitely recommend VIP Nails. Their services and color choices are awesome❤

Great ambience. No waiting time. I’ve had my nails done here 5 times now and I am very pleased. Anna is the BEST! She is very skillful at dipping...very neat...no chipping or breaking...lasting up to a month. Five Stars for Anna but 4 stars for VIP nails pricing. The pedicure bundle needs to be revised...too expensive.

From the moment I entered VIP every person that I interacted with was rude to me. They changed my color choice twice because they didn’t want to do multiple coats of a light color. They rushed through both my dip manicure and pedicure even tho their salon was empty. I got my nails done on Friday and they already look grown out by Sunday. When I asked the nail tech to get closer to my cuticle she rudely scalded me saying “I know what I’m doing” and refused to do what I asked. It was my 1st time at VIP and it will for sure be my last. This place is not worth your money.

I have never had my nails done prior to coming here. It is a great experience, I have rough feet/toes and they really fix them up and do an excellent job. The massage is amazing and the product they use leaves me smelling good. The good experience definitely keeps me asking my partner when we can go back again.

First time coming to this location today and the lady behind the register was not friendly. As I attempted to sign in she asked what I wanted to do. I told her and she mentioned it would be a 30 min wait. I said no problem, can I pick my colors while I wait, all she said was it was a 30 min wait. I asked to pick a color? She said it was a 30 min wait. Other people (Caucasian) were in there waiting and were looking through the powder color section freely WHILE waiting. Another lady (Caucasian) attempted to leave and the same lady spoke to her pleasantly, ensured she did not leave and was well taken care of. I just didn’t feel like she wanted to attend to me with the difference in the way she spoke to me. They were not accommodating at all. The Sugarland location is far more pleasant than this one.

I just recently moved to Katy and was looking for a nail salon! This was my first time here and definitely my last! Customer service was okay, but the prices were reducirlos. My nail tech lady did an awful job with my toe nails and was not able to do any of the designs I wanted! 2 hours and 80$ for this pedicure!

This is the only lace I get my nails done. Kathy is my favorite and is thorough. Salon is clean and staff are friendly. They always have specials on pedicures.

My mom and I had a really bad experience. They didn’t fully understand what we wanted . They rushed our nails and the lady was so rude to my mom and kept telling her to relax and moved her arms both in a really passive aggressive way . Both my mom and I agree the worked really aggressively on our hands to the point where it hurt and I have blisters .My moms nails ended up being chipped in the end and not nicely done . The overall shellac manicure felt rushed and not precise . The customer service could’ve been better and the price wasn’t worth the way we were treated .

I usually love VIP nail when Sara was the here but Ken rushed my nails and every time I asked him to fix it he would get mad and not fix it like I asked . Then the owner kept on saying next time when I told her I did not like my nails and showed her over and over how they were messed up . Don’t waste your time coming here

Recently moved to Katy, and I was looking for a place to do my nails. It was sunday so no many places open, I decided to stop by VIP NAIL, and I dont regret. The place is amazing, super clean, realy nice and the staff is super friendly. They welcomed me, help me with the check in. Love the colors selection and variety. Anna super nice, she listened to me and understood what I was looking for and her job was espectacular, Love my nails!! I will definitely going back.. Overall I recommend .

I went in and they had me sit in a chair for about half an hour before they started on my mani-pedi. This was my first time trying this place over Nails of America in Richmond. They didn’t not shape my nails or even trim them. They just put the shellac. They they used a really smelly scrub on my feet that I had never used before for a basic pedicure. Even the lady next to me was looking at me and I mouthed, “Sorry”. Then the nail polish on my toes smears as soon as I walk out and when they redo it, she had me put my sandal back on for some reason. Then she was in a hurry to redo it and painted my sandal. Then attempted to remove it and smudged it even more. Sandals are ruined.

My powder dip nails did not even last a week before they chipped/cracked. I spend the extra $$ to get powder dip so they last longer! I am not rough with my hands, I got them done to go out of town for a trip. When I left The salon I had one nail that had visible waves but since she had buffed and redone it 3x already while I was there I just ignored it, bc the others looked ok. The one with the wave is the only one that actually doesn’t have a chip out of it, surprising. Won’t be back.

Horrible experience. And bad customer service. I was rushed and the person doing it was rude. My fill was taken off, but they left glue all over my fingers. When I brought it up, I was told itll come off eventually. And then the lady walked off without doing the manicure! It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a salon.

I went in today to get my dip nail polish removed, a manicure and just to have my nails clean and buffed. I had to tell them twice what I wanted. Then, they left me sitting for a long time (I lost track of how long). Then, finally this guy comes over to do my manicure. He barely paid attention to my nails and kept looking around and bossing around the other people working in the salon. Then he just left me sitting to go answer the phone and wander around. I told him THREE times that there was still old nail polish on the sides of my nails. He gets remover and barely wipes at it. The manicure was horrible. My nails are scraggy and uneven and I still have the old polish in the crevices of my nails. I had to go buy my own acetone so I can fix it. I basically paid $20 to sit in a salon, be ignored and then get a shoddy manicure. I will not be back here.
