Why do I always feel like this lady gets upset every time I give her tips? small or big amount i am still tipping. Ive never tipped less than $5. I work expecting tips as well and i do not do faces in front of my clients like this lady does. I am always thankful for what my costumers give me even if is two dollars. They should not have this type of behavior towards their customers. Really bad customer service.

I’ve been going to this nail salon on and off for the last few years. I don’t leave reviews usually but I am just so disappointed. It’s always hit or miss here but for some reason I keep forgetting. I think because it’s close to home and easy for me to run over when my husband gets home from work. I just had a pedicure and manicure. The manicure was perfect! But I think my toddler could have painted my toes better. I asked for the second best pedicure and got the basic. I didn’t realize until it was time to pay. I literally just came home and repainted my toes. I know I probably should have said something there but I didn’t. And I won’t be going back here. I have officially learned my lesson!!! I will be driving a little further to get my nails done from now on!

Always love my set from here! My nails never break or chip off, never thick and they last me over a month on! Deffently recommend oh and they also have a list of complimentary drinks 💕

Very Poor work, I chose an acrylic nail color and they could not match the toes with the hands so I came back the next day to get them to change the color and clip my nails down and she started polishing 4 times over the polish on my toes, I had to ask so your not going to take the polish off first and she did then she started rushing on clipping and filing my nails down because another customer came in. I was just done with this place after that even though the polish still did not match and the filing of my nails was horrible they still charged me for the file. I wish I could post a picture to show how horrible my nails look after the growth very rigid, uneven and bulky.

Worst place ever. Got a full set dipping powder Saturday afternoon and Monday morning they were all gone. Went back to the place to get my money back. They denied giving me my money back, supposedly I enjoy my nails for 2 days which equals $35 dollars. Don’t waste your time here

They were kind and efficient. I didnt have to worry about a thing and they provided refreshments. Oh yeah and they were gentle not digging a hole in my foot! Lol!

I dont reccomend going. I went in for a shellac manicure and I wanted the main owner to assist me, mind you she was available. But she decided to send me with one of her employees. She did an horrible job she over coated my nail with clear polish. And still decided to charge me.

I have been to this nail salon a few times but the last time I went, I received the worst service Ive ever received at any salon ever. I had paid for shellac nails and the nail technician had to switch out the clear Polish because she was not happy with the way it was coming out on my left hand. So 2 days later my right hand started to chip and peel. I went back and told the person in charge that what had happened and showed her my nails of my right hand was chipping and peeling. She then accuse me if I did something unusual with that hand. Like eating crawfish. Who eats crawfish with 1 hand. Anyway I dont even like crawfish. And I told her no. Then she was more worried about upsetting her no technician instead of keeping the customer happy. I dont normally ever complained about anything. But this really bothered me that this is how they treat their customers. I just thought I would share my last experience at this nail salon.

I was recommeneded to this place by a friend. This place is clean & the prices are consistant and fair. The owner is my favorite to get refills from. The other ladies are great too but she just gets them 100% perfect everytime. BEST PEDICURES IVE EVER HAD! No complaints, I have been looking for a new nail salon forever and i finally found it! They also have a punch card off for a dscount after so many services.

Worst experience I ever had in a nail salon ever. The tech had the worst attitude you can possibly imagine. I went in for a refill and she filed down all my nail and begin chipping the corners. She even broke a few nails and then told me these nails are no good and it 8$ extra to remove the all. I told her no, she had filed my nails down so much and lifted the up that they were breaking She replied fine take the off yourself. I took the nails off she got ruder and started talking so much and so loud but the other tech never responded. I had to warn her to stop jerking at my hand. She left acrylic stuck all over my finger tips and she put something yellow on my hand that ha discolored my cuticles. I have scrubbing for hours and I cannot get the color to fade. Im going to the State on this salon

Really nice people but theyre work is HORRIBLE! I literally just got my nails done no more than 4 hours ago, and two of my acrylic nails are already starting to lift! Not only that they cut my cuticles until they bled and messed up on my eyebrows (one is way thinner than the other) and i paid over 50$ for all of it. WASTE OF MONEY I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I went in for a pedicure and full set..pedicure was rushed and all steps for full set was not done. I did not enjoy the pedicure I still had dead skin on bottom of heel and did not receive a massage. One day after having the full set my nails were very bulkiy and lifting. I went back she fixed it but then 2/3 days later they were chipping off. Also polish on toes were chipping within 3 days. Here I am 5 days later getting another pedicure and full set :( NEVER going here again.

Horrible place!! Woman cut me under the nail. However, she was nice, but the place is boring and no one talks to you. Definetely not taking a good experience back to Miami!!

Horrible service, acrylic was left on my nails. She put new acrylic on top of old acrylic. Did a soak off to rredo and still was ttryi to put acrylic on top of old when they didnt get all of it off. I hve been here 2 times and both times was horrible
