I really wanted to like this place. I was happy that when I called to make an appointment, they were able to take me right away. Thats a good thing but it did make me wonder how a good salon could do a dip and pedicure on a Saturday at the last minute. I usually get my nails done once a month..so Ive had lots of manicures. While I was getting my pedicure, another tech started to prepare my nails for the dip. So I figured ok .. this is just to remove my existing dip polish. But no...I sat in the pedicure chair, arms Kris crossed in front of me. It became very uncomfortable. Then when I went to pay they charged me to remove my polish. Ive never heard of that when youre getting a service done. I understand charging if I just came in and wanted them to remove it. But Ive never paid for a tech to remove polish to put new polish on. The true test will now be how long the manicure lasts. But Im not sure if Ill be back to this place or not that will be the deciding factor.

Angie is quite literally the best! Her acrylic application is perfection. Acrylic usually doesnt come with a cuticle cut but I ask for it and she is great at it! Reasonably priced for the excellent service and my go to nail salon for acrylic nails. I havent had a pedí here or a regular/shellac Mani, so Ill get that when my nails grow our and Ill update. Curb appeal is not the best, but the inside is quaint and clean. To me, its the service and work that matters and this place is an A++

Angie at Stillwater Nail Spa is the BEST IN KATY! Full service nail spa by creative and on trend nail technicians. The establishment is clean and the technicians are always pleasant, providing superb service. Best kept secret, I almost hate I let the cat out the bag.

Best nail salon in Katy! I tried this salon out due to my previous salon changing their hours and I decided to stay here from now on! I get the best pedicures and excellent manicures (full set) everytime. I’ve even brought my sister, grandmother, and other friends in only 2 months. I love this salon! Even recently I brought my 5 yr old daughter to get her nails painted and we had a great time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone since I am always getting compliments on my nails.

Love that I can go to any nail tech and they can do my nails how I want it. Very nice ladies and good prices for the quality done! I finally have a staple nail salon!

My first time visiting this place. Instead of waiting at the car dealer to fix my car, I decided to have a nail spa. I like the variety of pedicure services they provide. Some of those were so new to me and I didn’t see those type of packages in other places. I like massage and the timed one. I enjoyed a timed massage along with the hot stone. Overall I had a good experience.

I’m pregnant so I called ahead to make a appointment because I get uncomfortable really easy. Lady that did my pedicure stopped in the middle of it to do another ladies eye lashes. She then laughed and thought I was being weird when I told her I didn’t want the wax and massage. I then got really uncomfortable because I felt it was very rude. The lady that did my nails was rude too kept trying to pull both of my arms around to one side to do my nails, when I’m clearly pregnant . Bad experience and I won’t be returning. The lady the did

The ladies in there were very nice but the work itself was just not the best. I got just clear and it is bumpy and rough. It looks like my nails are glittery but it’s just a bunch of bubbles in the paint. And I had to refile my nails after I left because they weren’t even or smooth. Paid too much for it to come out the way that it did.

I came here about a month ago, hoping to get a great service. In the middle of the tech’s mani session, I noticed that I had two crooked nails. I brought it to her attention, and she ignored it saying that they were fine 🙄 She was then painting them, and I say, I don’t like these two nails at all, they’re crooked. She said ok, let me filed it (which I knew it wasn’t gonna fix the problem). She continued to paint them and told me to wait bc she wasn’t done. She said “look honey, once they’re painted, they’re gonna look perfect...” 😑 she only fixed one bc it was sooooo crooked, but didn’t fix the other one. $105 for it all!!! What a ripoff. I’m glad the other salon fixed them for me!

This is a great salon! I have been here to get my nails done at LEAST 15 times. Everyone is sweet and most importantly they do a very good job. I have gotten gel nails in the past and more recently dip powder every 2 to 3 weeks. They last and they shape them perfectly (coffin shaped). I would 100% recommend this salon.

Ive been coming here since they opened and they have always done an amazing job. They are a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for, quality and product wise. Everyone is super friendly, I usually get my eyebrows done with Angie but trust anyone with my nails. Love coming here I totally recommend it!

I loved this place because the prices are very reasonable but most importantly because they are not pestering you every 5 minutes about adding services to what you want. Usually you go to nail salon and they start to insist if you want other services and you have to say no every 5 minutes. Its nice going in and feeling relaxed knowing that you wont be pressured into any other service :-) I hope they keep their prices and service that way so they can have excellent business 😌

I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years. Kelly & Angie do an amazing job, along with the other 2 lady’s that work there as well. Everyone is so kind and they take their time which results in a great manicure and/or pedicure.

I love this place I been going there for years and even though I tried many different ones around Houston and Katy to change it up I always regret not just sticking to this one, THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT!!..best place to get your nails done hands down!...Angie and the staff are always nice and make you feel very comfortable.my whole family comes here to get their nails done.they are very clean and sanitary also. Never going here again!! The lady made me bleed twice and she poorly shaped them and they look so uneven!! She wanted me to dip my nails in this water that had old nail clippings in it! The towel was nasty and had nail clippings on it! I never write reviews about places but this was a horrible experience! If you still decide to go don’t go to thu-ma I believe that was her name so unsanitary and such poor craftsmanship! Not only did she make me bleed my blood splattered on to my nails! When she was taking my old nails off she made such a mess the polish flew all over my hair and clothes and she shaved off my skin as well?? And she didn’t even apologize once!

If anyone wants to come to Stillwaters for full-sets or manicures I really recommend Angie or Kelly. But I always make a appointment with Angie because she’s really busy with other clients because she’s soooo good. I loved how they did my nails for prom, I had an appointment so I was taken care of quickly. I was offered drinks and nail tech was friendly. Music was also great!

Always love going here. The staff is always super friendly, excellent service and the craftsmanship they can do on detail acrylic nails for my teenage daughter is amazing. They even have a mani/pedi packages for the super little ones! No appointment needed but helpful.

This spa is amazing! My bridesmaids and I had a spa day before the wedding here and received excellent manicures and pedicures. On my wedding day, we all got our hair done and the staff was kind enough to let us get dressed last minute in their VIP changing area. My updo turned out amazing and never fell down or needed adjustments - it just stayed put all day! The staff is very talented at what they do and gave me the best pre-wedding experience I could ask for.

Horrible I went in a week ago for pink and white solar nails and a pedicure. 6 days after 6 nails have came off I work In an office and am In front of the computer all day and there is no reason they should of came off. Wasted $100 on 6 days. Do not recommend this place unless you want to waste your money

I’ve always gone here and it’s been a great experience until the very last time which unfortunately will cost them my business :( I walked in and hadn’t exactly decided on what I wanted so they were rushing me and telling me what I wanted vs. letting their customer decide. My ladies name was Dat Huong and she was very rough with the tools, my hands and was so in a rush to get me out, my nails look like boo-boo. I was not s happy customer and when it came time to pay, she was insisting we tip her. I will not go back to this place and if you want quality nails, don’t get serviced by this lady.

This is the second time I went to Stillwater place first Kelly did a wonderful job so i decide to go today she was not there, because she might have the baby today so another lady did it and to be honest was the worst job my nails look i di it by myself took like almost 2 hours for the powder and she just put it 2 times when Kelly did more than 3 pay 45 dlrs for something that’s don’t it worth it so am sorry for my bad comment hope next time is better is a nice place and near my home too.

I love this place. The staff is very sweet & attentive. I have not been able to come back for quite some time but I am looking forward to when I will be going back to this salon. This place has really good, quality work. If you bring in a nail design from Pinterest etc. They will defininetly try their best to make it look how you want! Which is great because I hate showing nail technicians a specific design & they dont even attempt it. These people know what theyre doing. It was my first time going to this spa, I came to have solar color nails (full set) one of my nails came off while I was out of town I noticed there was green MOLD on my nail. I was disgusted! I panicked and started taking the rest of my nails off. When I returned to the salon the manager was rude and said asked me if it was there before I had my nails done. She refused to refund me and I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism

Update: I still LOVE Stillwater nails! They have all the new OPI collections in shellac. I finally found the perfect white shellac! Go to Stillwater nails....you will be pleased! OPI Oh My Majesty Alice through the looking glass collection.This place is the best kept secret! They did the BEST shellac I have had to date! They knew their regular customers by name (3 repeat customers while I was there). She gave me a nail strengthener as a gift for my dehydrated nails from shellac on my nails for years. I found my nail salon in Katy! They even do Dermalogica facials. 100% highly recommend!

Worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. When he was doing my cuticles, he kept hurting me. He continued to be very aggressive with the tools even after I complained that it hurt. Then there is nail polish all over my skin, which he tried to pick off with his fingernails!!! I left with red, inflamed cuticles and paint all over my skin because I refused to let him continue to pick at them. Terrible place, unsanitary. I guarantee the little rotary tool he cut me several times with for the cuticles wont be cleaned after me.... so beware!!
