Liam is the best nail tech ever. Not only has he made me feel comfortable in his store but he always makes sure I’m walking out looking better than I walked in. The prices are great for the quality of work. Liam is the E.L.F of nails and lashes. Inexpensive but still high quality. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. Thank you liammmmmm❤️❤️

Liam had a great customer service very attentive and finished in a timely matter enough time for me to go and pick up my kids from school was very nice to my two-year-old daughter that was with me they also offered me water and make sure I was comfortable it’s my first time here and I will for sure positively come back

I go every 2-3 weeks for shellac based on my schedule, but I’ve never had a nail chip! Young is a great technician and spends time making each nail perfect. They have a large color selection, and abide by Covid standards.

I went there today for the first time. Very nice and clean place. Had medi/pedi and very happy with the quality of their work. The owner and the girls are very nice and friendly.

I called to check about their Good Friday hours. When I called someone answer, they didn’t say anything, so I hung up and called again. When I called the second time someone answered acting a fool in a dumb voice talking to me like I was an idiot. I will not be going in just because of that. Very unprofessional.

Liam is the best nail tech around, if you want intricate precise work this is the place to go!

The quality of their products are very poor, I use the service to take off a Nails System and the they put Gel paint, after only 24 hours with the gel, it started to break and my nails was a disaster.

Their hours say that they are open until 7pm. Coming from downtown Houston it took me a little over two hours to get here. The accidents where awful today- resulting in traffic jam after traffic jam. I finally pull in and it’s 6:05. I had my fingers crossed there wouldn’t be too many people only to find out they are closed. Why do business do that? If you close at 6 please PLEASE update your hours.

Ive been going to Shop for almost 3 months. Shop s very talented and passionate about his work. Shops always willing to take on a challenge and is always thinking of ideas to strengthen his business, all while being a great family man. Shop does great work!!!

Young did Excellent and professional service.

They were very, nice and clean. The facility had excellent social distancing and protective shields for the employee’s and customer’s safety. I will return!!

Friendly staff, especially Heidi! Welcoming reception area, clean and comfortable chairs. Service was great got the classic mani and pedi, prices are comparable, but they definitely do a better job than most of the places in Katy! Definitely coming back!

I went to the manicure several times, enjoyed the service and the salon.

Was not satisfied with the outcome of both the dip or pedicure. The polish started to peel in 3 days. I had a bad feeling about the polish when I picked it from shelf for my pedicure. The polish appeared to be watered down. The person who did my dip was not as skilled as others I have used in the past.The only satisfaction I received is the customer service, outside of this I would not recommend. My service total was 80.00 plus a tip. Totally disappointed

I have tried three other nail salons on FM 1463 and none of them compare to Lavish. The environment is relaxing and inviting. The staff is friendly. Everything about this salon is classy. This is my go to place from now on.

The only place I’ll go to get my nails done. I’m really rough with my hands, but they last me a good while and still look just as good as when I first had them done. Love this place.

My second great time at Lavish Nail lounge, I enjoyed my hot stone &cucumber pedicure. Jean did amazing job. My favorite nail spa ever and highly recommend it .

First off when my friend and I walked in we were greeted with a woman that seemed impatient and rushed (the place was empty and theyd just opened the new location). I brought in a coupon for my friend and myself. She didnt want to apply it to both of us and just one. She scoffed and allowed us to use it for both. I know the coupon stated one per person but the attitude was unforgiving and if shed been nice about it I wouldnt have pushed it. But since she was so rude I pushed her to give it to me and she did. The guy who did my mani and pedi wasnt fantastic at all, cut me a couple times too. I dont think Ill be back despite how nice it is on the inside. Your staff really needs to take some customer service classes.
