Recently, I lost my husband. The staff let me vent and cry about it, they even cried with me. If you want beautiful nails done by beautiful people, then you have to come here!

This is no longer Mandalay Nails - it’s under new ownership and they changed the name and the whole environment. The new folks are pushy/aggressive and they nickel and dime you for everything - from changing the shape of your nail to getting a new color with a refill. I went to Mandalay for years and grew to love the family environment that Tina and Don created. I will not be giving my business to Maniyo.

I just got out from there,I asked for a refillMy nails were all done, she ( the older one) decided to file my nails on the side and doing so scratched the color, so I showed her and asked her to put color, she thought was normal to say no one will see it while she put the color she was disappointed, I do believe she wants her job and want my nails done correctly so it would look professional. And I could tell she was annoyed and I paid $40 and I tipped them $7.50

Sad to see the old owners gone but I was pleased with my experience!

Don&Tina are Katy residents as well as great local business owners. Ive been going to them for years. My nails have always stayed on a long time and would fit me in if i needed a repair. Its always clean and towels nicely kept. Don always likes to talk about the weather or the news so you arent just sitting there listening to them talk in vietnamese. I definitely recommend this place!

I went today and they were there to assist me right away. Don was the guy who did my nails, he was super friendly and attentive. he took his time and paid attention to every detail. definitely will be returning 😁

I barely gwt my nails done, only for special occasions, Ive tried different places but here is the best! They always have done a great job, and I love how they take their time with each client!

Yesterday was my first time going there and they were a bit rude when getting a pedicure. As if it weren’t enough that the lady cut my skin while clipping my nails and when I asked to get my nails done I wanted my cuticles soaked and cleaned up and they didn’t do any of it. I wasn’t to please with the shape of my nails they are all deformed. I didn’t have time to argue nor get them off so I just paid and left. The worst set of nails I have ever had.

This place is very clean, the staff is very polite and the ambience is calming and relaxing. I had an acrylic full set and a pedicure... Im delighted with the end results. My nails look so natural... 100% recommended!!

I DO NOT recommend going to this place it was my first time trying out this place and as soon as i walked in everybody just stared at me and nobody said hi... The owner or manager did my nails and was just really rude she did not say hi or how are you today she just sat down and gestured for my hand... And I asked her if she could shorten my nails cuz I did not want them long she just kept telling me that she will file them down for me she never put them short as I wanted to until the end of everything that was getting done she is so rude she only talk to me when it was time for me to pay her money I do not recommend going here at all

My go-to lady is Tina and she is a true nail artist. Im very particular about the length and shape of my nails and she nails it every time. Shes friendly and courteous but doesnt tall too much as she makes sure to concentrate on the job at hand. The location couldnt be more convenient for me.I would highly recommend her or her husband .. the only 2 Ive ever had do my nails here, and Ive been coming for years.

This place was great! Everything was super clean and the staff was nice and easy to talk to. They also had reasonable pricing, with a shellac mani/ standard pedi package around $45. Would highly suggest! Ask for Jenny!

Went to get my acrylics taken off and the guy was very nice. The shop is clean, bright, and simple. What I respected about this shop us the fact that they actually had a price list! Every single place that I went to, before, did not have the prices out. They were friendly, non judgemental and my natural nails were filed, buffed and oiled. I know most people are curious of the prices before going in so here are the mani and pedis prices-Manicure $13 Pedicure $23

Even thought customer services was outstanding $30 bucks down the drain. I went for a refill Saturday and the sides are already lifting up after one day. Hate wasting my money. Cannot seem to find a really good nail salon anymore.
