The staff is always very sweet. They do a very nice job (shellac nails and pedicure). My little girls usually join me, and the staff is very accommodating and kind to them. Great price too!

This was second time that I got my basic manicure and pedicure. It was good. So I decided to do eyebrows waxing service for the first and last time. The wax was too hot and the lady waxed to close to my hairline and took some hair off. That was painful. Then I had to tweeze what she didnt do. Normally waxing eyebrows then tweeze what you couldnt get with the wax. So beware!

This is my favorite nail salon in Katy. Staff are friendly and skilled.

No complaints whatsoever about the service and the overall value was good for what I paid *with the groupon rate.* The ladies were great, particularly the one who did the design I asked for on my toenails.My only reason for the 3-star rating is the polish they use... even with nails Ive done at home, Ive never had polish chip after 1 day of regular activities. I got these done the day before my wedding and was honestly worried they wouldnt make it through the reception.In their defense, they did strongly encourage me to do shellac but since shellac weakens my nails, I opted out. Even then, I expected them to last at least a solid 48 hours like most polishes.

Quan did an excellent job on my refill. First time Ive visited and I will be back.

AQ is AMAZING! I absolutely love the staff and quality of their work! They take their time and dont rush you out the door like most places. Ive been going here twice a month for 2 years and absolutely love it here. They even have margaritas! Quan is the sweetest and he treats you like family. You can definitely tell that the staff here wants you to feel welcome and that they will do anything to make you happy! I personally recommend the orange pedi and the dipping powder, you wont be disappointed! (:

I read all the reviews and got mixed feelings, but still had to try it out because I bought the groupon already. I was not disappointed!! I scheduled an appointment days in advance and they took my sisters and I on time. If you are getting a mani-pedi, they will try to cut time by doing your nails in the pedicure chair, but I had my son with me so I told them I would like to do it at separate times. Very accommodating. The guy there was really nice and fixed my sisters nails too. We all walked out very very happy. I was going to rate 4 stars because a lady who came in after me was offered a drink and to get her massage chair turned on, and, I did not receive that same treatment. But because I liked my nails so much, I will be back again. Thank you!!

Went in for shellac and pedicure was in there for 2.5 hours. Pedicure was okay, lady took way too long on the shellac. Not sure if they were new but it shouldnt take that long! Chairs were so uncomfortable the little Asian man not sure who he is was in so much hurry not sure why because it was slow they had 5 other employees just lurking. Finally i had my eyebrows waxed I let him know my eyebrows are microbladed so I just need for you to clean them..he was in such a hurry he screwed them up! How can you screw up microbladed eyebrows? Exactly! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN

They play old boring 70s-80s contemporary music thats depressing, but theres always a good movie playing with closed captioning even though you cant hear it... they offer you a beverage and have been known to have cocktails on hand (ie: margaritas, mimosas). Theyre open late.

I would give - 2 stars if I could!! My experience was horrible! They overcharged me even after I paid for a Groupon voucher. They nail tech Quan, had a difficult time doing a simple design on my nails. I had to go to another salon to have my eyebrows fixed after Quan did a poor job on those too. My pedicure polish started chipping after a few days. The techs are basic and inexperienced. If you want a no frills salon and nails done by amateurs, then this is the place for you.
