Super clean and organized clinic. Very short wait time. I did 2 laser hair removal treatments for my under arms and arms. The machines they use blows constant cold air so it was a painless experience. Melinda made me feel so comfortable and she was so personable. Looking forward to my next treatment!

Bought a package of 6 for Clear and Brilliant. Spent over $1000 as part of a discount. No major difference noticed.Also unorganized between their office and call center. Went in today thinking I had 1 left from my package after scheduling only to drive there and be told I have used all 6. I was Never shown my before and after of my journey. Also Never told my 6th was my lastOver 1 hour waste of my time and unnecessary driving through traffic. Could have been prevented if the person I scheduled with told me I had used all my 6 when I clearly said I would like to schedule the last of my package or if the nurse or receptionist told me on my 6th appointment that i had reached the end of my package

You guys are amazing . I always feel welcomed and your always accommodating to all my needs . Whether I’m canceling or rescheduling. Customer service is on point . I have never had a problem with anyone even when they have spoken to me on my worst days and I sound like I have an attitude. They seem to understand me and leave me smiling every time . I recommend them for all your needs .

I entered my information for the 65% discount but decided to research the reviews before I book an appointment. Once I saw they give customers a discount for writing a positive review, I had to cancel the appointment. Once I canceled the appointment, they will NOT stop blowing up my phone with calls, which is so annoying. So thankful for the REAL reviews on here so I know to stay away from this business.

Don’t go!! Save yourself! They are scam artists! They over charged me, when I realized that they over charged me I called them to get clarification on my order, they gave me the runaround and told me they would call me back but never did. After waiting for a call back a week and a half later I decided to call my credit card company and dispute the charges, but it only made things worse. Laseraway charged me $1000 for the one service they provided me and I wasn’t allowed any other services and I paid for 10!! They don’t own up to their mistakes, you’re better off doing to a dermatologist office. Laseraway is full of wanna be models, talking about their breast implants and acting like they’re high all the time. Customer service does not exist at this company, you’re fending for yourself only. Completely unprofessional go somewhere else where people are more professional. They bribe customers in to providing good reviews in order for discounts so that how you know it’s not really a good company. They told me in order to get a good discount I will have to provide a good review for the company

Probably the best place to get laser. I went in for underarm and Brazilian and the treatment was very quick. The girls that greeted me were the sweetest and the nurse practitioner guided me through the process. Very kind. I’m so happy I chose Laseraway than body detail!

I went for a tattoo removal they made me by 10 sections they say my tattoo would be gone by the 10th time in my tattoo still there I pay a lot of money and they don’t remove my tattoo

LaserAway was amazing. During these crazy times, they made us feel so comfortable and safe in their office. We got to feel like life and as normal again with out worry.Service was amazing and the NP we had was the best with her Botox technique and with the filler. She was patient and gentle. Customer service is awesome, they were able to transfer my Appt to this location even though I live in California and usually am treated there. I was able to transfer with no issues, their customer service is quick painless and very kind!

Ana at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She really takes care of customers and works with you if you need financing. She is the sweetest person. The director was there as well who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help. The nurse who administered the treatment was professional, courteous and did a great job facilitating the treatment.

I came to this facility to get laser hair removal for the first time and was very nervous but the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and the process was easier than expected! I got my service done with Katiuska and she did a great job at ensuring the best customer care. I cant wait to return to her to complete my laser hair removal and incorporate other treatments into my plan since they offer a wide range of services.

I’v been doing laser hair removal for many years and this place was by far the most pain-free laser i had ! Very attentive staff. Love how professionals all the staff are. I went for my first bright and clear treatment and I was scared to start it because I thought it will be painful but they reassured me after the numbing cream I will feel a bit uncomfortable. But actually it was a breeze. I definitely recommend it.

The woman here are super professional and easy to connect with. I was kept informed about every decision being made on my laser treatment regarding the intensity of the laser being used for my skin type and why. I love the ice pack technique JoHanna uses to make the laser practically undetectable. The staff is always super friendly and keeping me informed on ways to save money with the current deals/offers being promoted at the time of my visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who interested in laser hair removal and/or tattoo removal!! I’ve only had one tattoo removal session and I know it takes at least 10 on average but it was painless and the results of others who’ve done it that I saw in the Brooklyn LaserAway location was astonishingly gone without unsightly scarring!! If you’re nervous about any of these procedures, this is the place to go to because they’re all RN’s and you couldn’t be in better hands (I’ve been to many laser places before finding this company...!! 100/100!!!)

Went in for a complementary consultation, everyone was very nice but their services are extremely over priced. Laser hair removal has become very main stream and what they are asking price wise is outrageous. Also their “free gift bag” they give you is a teeny tiny sunscreen in a big bag with tissue paper.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I was 20min early to my appointment. After an hour waiting, I was told that there were no nurses available to provide a consultation. If I had an appointment why wasnt a nurse scheduled to be available to see me? I drove from where I live in Edgewater, downtown Miami!This office lacks organization as well as time management skills. This IS NOT a medical office its more of a cosmetic beauty spa. The esthetician didnt know what a CO2 laser is, The Genesis nor Fraxel laser treatments. 🤔After observing this office, I would not trust this place with a laser to my face. I would not recommend this place to family nor friends.

They are the worst when it comes on to honoring there fine print on Groupon. Its states limits one person,can buy additional two as gift(s). Goods and service must be used by the same person. After I spoke to the Director and she said I am right and they had to honor it. They took my payment but the very next day call me to tell me they Gonna refund me. When I asked why they try to tell me something else from what was written in the fine print. When I explained and quote what was written and also told them that the director said I was right and they had to honor it and took my payment. She said she would call her and call me back. Instead they just refunded my money without saying a word. Plus when u purchase it from Groupon u still have to go and pay for more things and how I know bcuz someone left a review with the dissatisfaction on how unclear and tricky they were. All bcuz they want to sell u something for 2000 that Groupon is offering for less than 300 dollars. People always by

When you are coming to their office, they dont even ask you what are you planning to do. I drove there forever, and in the end they dont even do what I asked them for (moles removement).They asked my name 3 time btw and were guessing what is my cellphone number.When I called them from my house the woman on the cellphone said, Yes, they are doing mole removement and I can come over for the free consultation.

I just moved two months ago from California. I was kids worry that can’t continue my treatment on Same high manner that I had on CA. However, this location and the staff were more then I was expecting, very greeting really nice, wider, felt very comfy and the rooms are really clean and very organized.I had 5 treatments, today was the 6th one.My favorite nurse KATIUSKA is definitely the best ever! I wish I had her from the beginning. She’s very caring and help to reduced the pain of the leaser specially for some sensitive area. THANKS KATIUSKA for your wonderful job! 10 Stars!!
