All the ladies here are amazing! They always take care of me and my girls. They’re always happy and do a great job. Every time I’ve been there they do a great job and I get the results I’m looking for.

I recently moved to the area and was referred to come here for nails. I’ve been twice now and have had great experiences both times. They have a large selection of colors and the facilities is always clean. One of my regular spots now!

Super clean, relaxing environment and attentive staff. Top quality polishes and products with minimal chemicals. All of the technicians are great, but Kevin is my favorite. He makes my dry rough feet velvety soft, and gives wonderful massage. Highly recommend the deluxe pedicure with orange slices.

It was my 3rd time going to this place and the first time having a pedicure. I didn’t have a good experience that made me decide to leave this review and not try this place any more!First of all, Despite having an appointment, they made me wait for 40 minutes and when I complained they started but rushed through the whole thing.Second, they were not gentle at all to remove my nail cuticles. I ended up shouting in pain, please be more gentle!When it was time for a massage, it felt as if someone rubbing gently with no pressure! The whole massage was a couple of minutes in length while in other salons they have at least a 10 min timed massage.At the time of the nail polish, they even didn’t bother doing a good job. They left all sides of the nails without any nail polish. When I requested to paint the missing parts, they did such a lousy job with it. Now I check my nail polish and notice they have missed the nail polish in every corner of the nail. The thickness of the nail polish also varies from one nail to another.If I was doing my own nail polish, I could have done a better job and saved my time ( 2 hours) and money ( paying $60) for such a basic pedicure.The owner does her best to communicate with you and make you feel better, but her behaviour and reasoning are not authentic.Sorry but it was my last time trying this place. Thank goodness there is a nail salon in every plaza in town, so time to shop for a high quality one!

I have been to a lot of nail shops in my area and I always find my way back to Tender Touch. The shop is clean and big. I like that the chairs are distanced so you don’t feel cramped. The staff are all friendly and the owners are inviting. If you are not happy with a service they will make sure you leave happy. Every time I get shellac or dip they give me a nail warranty card that says they will fix your nails for up to 7 days after service and they add your color to the card so they know what shade or powder you used. Price wise they are average depending on what you get, I normally get a pedicure with parrafin wax with shellac polish and dip manicure. I personally have been happy with the service.

My Husband and I visited this place for pedicures as opposed to driving to Cypress, where we usually go, due to time restraints. My Husband just wanted a standard pedicure with the basics, which is usual for him. Today, I chose just a standard basic pedicure as well. When we were seated, I was asked not once, but twice, if I wanted my nails done. I responded No on both attempts. The lady provided the menu of services, which wasnt really necessary as I had already viewed the services online, but that isnt the point of the review. The lady asked me which pedicure I wanted, and I pointed to the standard pedicure with no frills priced at $28. I really just wanted polish removed and new applied, but I decided to just get a pedicure and have it done instead of doing it myself. She attempted to talk me into the one piced at $35, which I completely understand her doing because attempting to upsale is a general business practice. I responded No and stated again, while pointing, that I just wanted the standard one. She then, again, tried to get me to go with the $35 really. Again, I declined. She then asked which pedicure services my Husband wanted and again, I pointed to the basic pedicure of $28 (he only needed his nails trimmed anyway). I was then told that Mens services start at 35, which is not the basic pedicure, but the next one up. I went with it and just let them do what they do because it wasnt the $ amount that was the issue, but the harassment if you will, and the principle of the matter that we were already paying for services we didnt really want. In addition, we had to pay even more, for less services (ie:no polish removal or application, because he is a man). The website does not mention that Men are upcharged based on their gender, nor is posted within the establishment OR on the menu of services. The pedicures themselves were great, but we definitely will NOT be returning.

My nails and pedicures last me so long and are quality service.I always get exactly what I want and they nailed it today for my birthday 🎂 pun intended!

I have had my nails done at Tender Touch twice. The staff is friendly, they get your mani/pedi done quickly, and their prices are very reasonable! After my pedicure, my legs and feet feel and look amazing! My manicure is also beautiful! I highly recommend!!

The people were nice - my nails look fine. That said, $80 for a very basic short/clear dip mani & a men’s mani? We won’t be back.

I have been here at least seven times and I always leave satisfied. I can be a little random sometimes (most of the time I make an appointment, but sometimes I just show up, most of the time I want dip, but sometimes I want shellac, most of the time I want just nails and toes, but sometimes I want waxing) but they always accommodate me. I’m sorry to hear that other clients have been rushed or their services have been inadequate, because I have never had that experience. I really like this place and don’t need to go anywhere else!

I came here in March and everyone was so nice. My toe nails looked great when I left. The following day my toe started to hurt and within 2 days I had a full in infection from my pedicure. My nail polish on my hands came off by the end of the day. Really wish I would have no ended up getting an infection because the staff are so nice.

Very beautiful and relaxing experience. This is the first time I will be in a nail shop that doesn’t smell of acetone. Really glad I went.

I reccomend coming by and getting some self care in. The staff are nice and they are not jam packed, as a result they take time to care for you.

My nail tech is Nina and she is wonderful! The management is very friendly and they are definitely customer service driven.

They really know how to take care of you here. I came for a pedicure and left after also having a manicure done as well. My feet feel like Im walking on clouds and my hands are so incredibly soft. I strongly recommend coming here for your hands and feet needs!!!

I absolutely love this nail salon!!! I’ve been getting my nails done for 19 years ... so needless to say, I’ve had a lot of experience with A LOT of places. This is without a doubt the best salon I’ve ever been to. It’s extremely clean not to mention how sweet and accommodating the entire staff is. I always get powder nails put on ( which last at least 3 weeks ... that alone says a lot) along with a pedicure. Every technician is thorough in his/her work and obviously cares about the customer.Short story long, if you’re looking for a new nail salon then I 101% recommend Tender Touch. Every customer I’ve seen has walked out with a huge smile on their face.

Being that I was going in for my first manicure, I was unsure of what to expect. The staff was manner-able, attentive, and quick without things feeling like a rush. The quality was higher than I could have imagined, and may have turned this curiosity into a regular event for me. I will be back!

I purchased two $250 gift certificates for my 82 year old mother and her caregiver for Christmas. They had previously redeemed $45 each on services with a $205 balance noted on the gift certificate. They tried to redeem another service and were told the gift certificates would not be honored because the spa had a new owner. I stopped by and tried to reason with the owner and I was told no. Do not use these dishonest people.

I had a fantastic experience here!!!!! I was greeted with a very warm welcome and felt pampered like never before. I was very satisfied with the results of my mani and pedi. Highly recommend!

Under new management- too expensive!too much upselling!! smell of ensense is overwhelming!! Add that on top of wearing a mask the entire time and it was a miserable experience. The lady who has done my pedi twice now (although very nice) had long hair and it was in my pedicure both times😩.. I have always gone here because it was close to home, but will go elsewhere next time.

I used to enjoy the services at Tender Touch so much that I bought my 75 year-old mother a gift card. I thought the arm, shoulder, and leg massage with nail service would feel good since she suffers from arthritis. They did not massage her arms or shoulders as they had previously. After her mani (with dipping powder) and pedi, she was told she could not use her gift card because the business is under new management, even though the name, logo, etc is still the same. She was told the best they could do is take 10% off, and was charged $95! That’s 10% off?! I feel my poor mother was taken advantage of, and I am checking into laws regarding gift card usage to businesses that have only changed owners and nothing else (except increases in prices for decreased service). The mani/pedi was mediocre at best.

They have the best service in the area! I take my girl friend here at least twice a month and she loves it !

I was so happy nail salons were able to open back up. I went and checked in on the iPad this past saturday and asked for the same Tender Touch pedicure Ive been getting for 3 years. I have to say for how busy they were they handled the clients well. I enjoyed my services and have no complaints about that, however when I checked out I was shocked. The same pedicure Ive been getting went from $45 to $75. I wish that had been communicated before hand. Just want to give all a heads up.Update 6/13/20: I went back today because I do really like the shop. Reviewed their new services and got another pedi. I really enjoyed the services. Holly was my tech and did an amazing job. Massage was by far one of the best. I will definitely go back and make an appointment to have her again!!!!

I love this place and love the atmosphere. Very relaxing. I love my two technician. Jeanie who does my nail, she is very good love that she takes her time and my nails dont look thick and bulky. Win who does my pedicure is also good. I am very Skeptical about pedicure because of an infection I cought in a different place. She did great, all instruments was open in front of me which is good because am in the dental field (hygienist) so I know when instruments are sterilize. She is sweet young lady who trying to make a better life for herself and her family in Vietnam. I recommend her!!!

I am extremely disappointed. I went to this place because of the good reviews. I even mentioned to the nail tech Mimi that I came here because of the great reviews. Hinting, hey girl do a good job because I can either leave a really good review, or a really bad one! Number one, she tried to remove the prior set I had on my nails with an artificial nail (big no no) as it can damage your nail bed. So, after removing one nail with an artificial nail, I asked her to please soak the rest. (Maybe that upset her). She soaked the rest off but I got to stay with one nail shorter than the rest because of how she removed the set I had on that one nail. So she messed up my nail growth on one nail, cool no biggie. She completely rushed through my nails, the powder is uneven and wasnt extended to the end of my nail. I wasnt going to leave a bad review because well, everyone has bad days but... I got my nails done 4 days ago and they are already turning ugly and did not keep their shine?? I paid $45 for this?! Not to mention I paid an additional $15 for a color change pedicure of which she coated the nail One time! You can see my real toe nail under, plus the paint is starting to chip. I just wish I would have received the same service as all of the other customers who left a good review.

Very rude staff. This was my 1st visit here and the lady that did my manicure, named Mia, was easily irritable. She got angry very quick and frequently during the beginning of the process. She frequently complained loudly while speaking in her native language. I asked her and the staff what she was saying, at which they ignored me. Its very rude and shows lack of manners to speech in a language that isn’t English while dealing with a customer. And the way she did my manicure was not up to par. Will never return and will not refer others.

Routinely have ingrown toe nails and Bebe took excellent care of me again! I will come back and see her again!

Mediocre service. I didn’t get a quality pedicure. The service was just okay and the painting of my toes was sloppy. I haven’t gotten a pedicure anywhere since going because the experience wasn’t good. I gave 3 stars because the shoulder massage was nice. I won’t be back however.

I’ve been using Tender Touch for acrylic nails with shellac and deluxe pedicures exclusively for six months and have always had a great experience! Every single nail tech is extremely talented and very nice!

*sigh* I was really excited about this place due to all of the amazing reviews. However I am extrmemely disappointed. When you walk in it is a beautiful shop with so many different colors to chose from but they must be on a really strict budget because they only gave me one coat of nail polish on my toes. My 30 minute pedicure was 20 minutes and my nails are uneven between the two hands. I got a full set with powder color and my sister for powder color on her original nail no artificial nail. So we were both confused on how my nails cost 40 and hers were 45.....? The hunt continues for a good nail salon.
