Great place. Great service. Lovely ladies with superb customer service. Really relaxing environment with free drinks. Love the creativity.
This is my favorite nail salon by far because the technicians all take their time on your nails making sure theyre as perfect as possible. It can be time consuming so dont stop by in a hurry, but thats a good that theyre willing to put the extra time into making them flawless. Every time I go here I get compliments on my nails and even as they grow out the transition from real nail to false is so much more unnoticeable than when Ive gone to other places. Five stars and recommend!
I have been to many salon in Katy and Butter Nails is the best of the best. Very clean and professional. All the staffs and manager treat me very nice. My acrylic nail stayed so long and still look like new after 3 weeks. Will recommend all my friends to this salon....
First time visit ... It was Amazing, elegant, quiet & seceren...VERY Clean,... Great Customer Service from Mrs. Holly ...the staff was kind & friendly. Very Pleased with my 1st visit👍! ! ! Thanks
This place has been my go to for 2 years now, maybe more. My mom introduced me and I havent gone anywhere else since. The owner is so sweet and tried to know all her customers by heart, and is ALWAYS greeting with smiles and love. They take the time on pedicures and nails and its worth every second. And they dont rush through appointments. I just finished another pedicure here and they always let you sit in the massage to chair to be a little more relaxed before you go. This place will always be my go to unless I have to move far away
It was my first time going to Butter Nails and I think the service is great. I had Lena for my manicure and Holly for my pedicure. It turned out great. Ive been to a few of nail salons and this is on my list of good salons to go to. They can be a little pricey, but the service you get is good.
Butter Nails is under new management since the earlier reviews were written. Their service is now EXCELLENT.Very professional staff; beautiful, extremely clean salon; pleasant ambience. My cousin who has gotten manicures in countries around the world said it was the best shed ever had.I was a regular customer of the new owner for many years when she was at Trellis Spa at the Houstonian. Hands down her staff offers the best manicure and pedicure in Houston.
Very professional, polite and clean. Best nail salon I’ve been to - very customer service oriented.
Ive been to many nail salons, and this is by far the best!!!!! They are very nice, keep their area clean, and treat you amazing plus they do such a professional job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The staff is so friendly!!
Very professional, very friendly, very clean, very understanding. The manager makes you feel so welcome and the staff are knowledgeable. I love this place.
They know how to treat clients! They are not just kind, they are talented. They make amazing designs and will do them like what you show them. I allow anyone to do my nails, its the first that has ever happened. Find me here twice a month !
Ive been going to Butter Nails for a few months now. I decided to give my nails a break and removed my tips. I went in yesterday for a manicure on my very short nails. The manager convinced me to get powder color on top of my real nails to make them stronger. They look fine but I was shocked when I went to pay. When she told me it was $48! She charged me for a full set, a refill and $5 extra to cut my cuticles. This process is about 1/3 of the time of getting a full set. She said its the same price. I feel like I was way over charged and wont be going back there. There is too much competition in Katy to be raped at the checkout!
Butter Nails is by far THE BEST Nail Salon in Katy! The services offered are amazing (Signature Mani/Pedi) and the employees are so nice and accommodating! With all the choices of salons closer to me, I still drive out of my way to come here!!
I love my Butter nails. Best technicians and great service
I have personally tried just about every nail salon in Katy/ Cinco area over the past 25 years and this is by far the best of the best. If you want to be pampered and have one of the best pedicures ever make this ur next and last stop. Very clean and great people. Pricey but worth every dollar.
I came here 2 times for microblading and the lady is super nice. Shes really friendly and chats with you so that she knows you by heart. She takes her time and is very detailed with her craftsmanship. I highly reccomend this place if you get a microblade, and she will mke it as painless as possible.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. My toes shine like a new car. The ladies there are sweet and professional. Everything is VERY clean.
Had a great experience on my 1st visit. Very professional. I will definitely recommend butter nail salon.
So expensive!!! They told me it was $40 for acrylics and AFTER I got my shape (coffin)they told me it was $5 for a shape that’s not square or round, and while I was choosing out my color she kept on rushing me and told me “hurry up and choose a color” . They were so rude To my cousin also rushing her to choose a color and giving her looks . NEVER COMING BACK.
My nails do look amazing and are very done well but one Time I went there and I wanted to get a little longer nails and other people came around the person who was doing my nails and saying that my nails are too long for a person my age
Employees are always very nice, and prices are AMAZING for the survice.
Very friendly and great service! No complaints
The worst nails place that I’ve ever been to. Rude staff.. she was telling me that I’m being too picky when I asked to clean up those nails that had polish on the skin around a nail. I would not recommend this place place to anybody who values their money .
My pedicure was amazing I loved it and I will keep coming back
Hands down best pedicure in Katy.
I have been going to all 3 locations on Fry for the last 6 months, and not knowing that I am Vietnamese, these are the most rude and disrepectful people I have ever dealt with. All they do is degrade patrons and talk bad about them right to their face. Well, they got the shock of their life when after my last appt, I told them that I am Vietnamese, even though I am embarrassed to say that they are too, and that they should NOT say those things about people, because some of us do understand. Each store consistently talks bad about people, calling them fat, ugly, judging them and even not taking some customers because they considered them tio be high maintence. There are too many nail salons in Katy to want or need to be treated like this. For all of you ladies that do not speak Vietnamese, I feel sorry for you, because chances are high that if you go in there and their chatting away, most likely, theyre talking about you. The most hypocritical thing about it is they have a sign that asks patrons not to use cell phones, yet technicians receive and take calls all the time! Owners condone this behavior and continually allow it to go on! Also, on the back of their business cards, they used to offer frequency stamps, but when I asked about it, they said we dont do that anymore. Then, they should spend the money and change their business cards! It is apparent that Seven Lakes doesnt care about customer service, so I am going to make sure that all of my Katy friends know about it. No one should be treated like this when they come in and spend $50-$100 every 2 weeks! They think they have a monopoly because there are 3 stores in the same block, but they dont! There is hope because I have been to many salons over the last 15 years, and they are not all like this! So go out and find one that WANTS your business!!!
I would have given this place 0 stars if I could have. When my mother and I arrived we asked the woman at the front desk for prices. She did not show us the prices. She told us we would be receiving 20% off so it would be $38 total. After our mani/pedis, she told us it would be $96! She said it was because my moms pedicure was $5 extra, and French was $5 extra for each of us. AND that it $38 per person, not together. Well, $38 + $10 is $48 and $38 + $5 is $43. $48 and $43 is still not $96. When we told the woman at the front that she told us it would be $38 total, she told us that she absolutely did not say that, and she actually said $38 each. If this woman had said $38 each we would have gone across the street to seven lakes nails 1, where it is $32 each. And as we were speaking with this lady, another customer asked how much it would be to get a manicure with a design on her nails, and the lady wouldnt show her the prices either! She told the lady to sit in ther chair and not worry. At that point, I began to wonder what kind of business this is that wont even be honest with their customers about price. This place was too pricy for the service we received. My pedicure was shoddy, my moms manicure was awful all her nails are uneven, and my manicurist spilled nail polish remover all over my leg and pants and did not even attempt to clean it off. If you looking for a relaxing mani/pedi I do not recommend this place. Youre more likely to receive better service at the cheaper place across the street.
Great staff and service
Awesome very very good stress and pleased

I agree with everything Ms Tina Phillip rude and Horrible customer service.
