I came to get a haircut here because I went to there website and saw that they were open on Mondays and there haircuts were $20. I asked for a drop fade but what I received was the worst haircut ever, and to top it off I was asked to pay $25 dollars despite the price on there website. I don’t think the owner really knows what he’s doing. Helen Keller could have given me a better cut. I won’t be returning.

I went there and got a haircut from a guy named Rajiem. Customer service was excellent and my haircut came out great. Will definitely come back again for another cut.

My first visit so far.. my son liked the experience. Didnt really care for the owner telling us how busy he was when we arrived but the guy towards the back was nice and he did a great job cutting my sons hair. Will definitely go back to see him..

As far as I am concerned Rajiems Cadillax Barber Shop is the best and friendliest barber shop in the Katy, Houston area. My barber since Ive been going there is Ray and he is awesome. He works hard to give you the cut that you want and has a great personality. Ray creates the total experience for a fantastic cut and more!!

I got my haircut and it was $10. Two weeks later, I went back to Cadillax Barber Shop and receive another haircut. But the price went up by $5, either thou I was 16. When I got home, I realized that my edge-up wasnt straight. My edge-up was straight on the right side but slanted down on the left. So another two weeks flew by and I received another haircut and I made sure that he fix my edge-up. When he was done, my edge-up look good...in the mirror. I gave the barber $20 exchange for the $15 I owe him for my haircut. As I was waiting for the $5 I needed from him, he told me that my haircut is $20 because Im 17. I was 16 when he told me this. My birthday wasnt until the 14th of August. This dude need to work on his prices & know some information about his customers because it looks like he DONT AT ALL!!!

Ray did my husbands hair whos the GM at Bushs Chicken, He did an awesome job! Definitely took his time, and engaged in conversation with us. We definitely left with a great experience here! Thank you again Ray!

Too ghetto for me. The dude goes on a cigarette break and Im the only person in the shop. guess his new ports are more important than a $20 hair cut. I just left, drove down the street and got a nice hair cut for $10 by a cute latin lady. She didnt smell like new ports. Better deal.

New shop for me. Owner seemed upset at first. He cut my sons hair first, did a good job, but hated every minute of it. Said he didnt usually cut kids hair. Well he must not cut much hair at all, because he chopped me up bad. Cut my neck really ugly and made my part a centimeter lower than I asked and made it really wide.The barber that cut my nephews hair did a terrible job. I had to run my own clippers over the untrimmed hairs .Over all quality of the establishment is good, the barbers are just unprofessional and downright bad at their job.

This place is a joke bad business..I when yesterday sat there for 45 minutes waiting, a employee told me one of the other wil help you when they finish Im going to lunch, I said ok sat down I see people caming in and out helping the people that just walked in and nobody attend to help us I got tired of waiting when to Just a Tream down the road as soon as I walked in a barber greeted my son and less then 30 minutes we were out I tip the barber $20 for doing hes job and beacuse hes profesionnal, is ok if yall have appointments let the customer know that yall will be busy with your appointments and dont waist my time I will never put a foot in that place ever again..good luck with your customer service and business...yall need to improve...

Got out of work early to bring my son to get a haircut. Got here at 7:20pm on a Thursday and it was closed. Lost almost $100 for the 2 hours missed at work. Ill think about coming back here.....
