Had a great experience with Raj & the team at Katy TV. Professional in communication with me, gave helpful and quality advice as to my appliance issue and future purchase. They gave me a fair price for my appliance issue/change and then were able to install my new TV properly, within a good timeframe and made sure everything was done right. Ive dealt with other appliance and TV repair technicians and none are as helpful and professional and fair as Raj and the team at Katy TV. They have my business and Ill be recommending them to family and friends in need of appliance/tv service.

Extremely helpful! Searched for over an hour looking for my exact item. Though he didnt have it in stock, he offered to order it for me. We realized it was on back order so he provided alternate suggestions for me due to me needing the item more quickly. Highly recommend!

Raj fixed my rear projector TV!! When the picture suddenly went out of my old (by today standards) rear projector TV I thought that was it. But it is so big what was I to do with it? Could it be fixed?? YES and for the same or less than a new TV. It even has a better picture now. Good to last another 10 years. Thank you

My LG OLED TV went dark and had it repaired under warranty. LG set me up with Katy TV Service and within 24 hours Raj was at my house and repaired it on the spot. He called me back very quickly and made a same day appointment with me. Would highly recommend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! I had a TV that was about 9 years old, but a good TV, which would not cut on. I reached out to this company for repair. I could tell the technician / owner was really interested in saving me money and making sure that I made the best decision in whether to purchase another one or repair the one I have. I decided to repair the one I had... the price was quite reasonable. Mr. Raj and Jane were very responsive. Very customer-focused. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Never got any service, couldnt ever catch up to anyone in the business, left a message when I called and no one ever called me back, poor service to be a business.

I need TV mounted over a fireplace, Raj provided me with excellent service and sound technical advice. He also was willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done professionally and to my exact specifications. Once the TV was mounted I realised it was to small, for Raj this was no problem, he came back made the necessary modifications and hung the larger TV.

We had to reschedule once but he showed up on time the next day. It was $50 for him to come out and that went towards the $387 it cost to fix the TV. A little expensive for a 2002 Mitsubishi TV vs buying a new one but we would have also had to buy a new entertainment system to fill the space so it worked out. Overall he was friendly and did exactly what he said he would. I told him the problem over the phone and he was very confident in what the problem was and when he showed up he got right to work and fixed the problem in only a hour and a half or so and had the part on hand. He does have 40 years experience and quality old tvs last a long time so if your looking to repair or install ANYTHING electrical I would defiantly recommend this dude as quality old school repair men are hard to find!!!!

Mr Raj knows his job very well, he repaired my Haier TV very quickly to my complete satisfaction. He was very polite and helpful and clearly explained the problem to me. I highly recommend his service and will definitely use his services in future.

Raaj was awesome and did an excellent job installing our 82” TV in our living room. The best part was I didn’t have to worry about buying anything; he bought the mount, wires and strip to conceal the wires. He is also very reasonable compared to Best Buy and othen companies that I called to get a quote for. He was so nice to complimentary take a look at our dishwasher and tell us what the issue might be. I highly recommend him for your TV and appliance needs.

Pretty much emailed them at 9pm at night and was surprised they emailed back so quickly. They said replacing my tv screen would have cost probably half as much as buying a new tv. Im glad they gave me the honest truth rather than pay some kind of fee to check it out. Definitely good honest service.

I have tried to get ahold of this business for 3 months. I have not heard anything back and I have done all the work to contact the business owner Raj. If you cant do business dont post it online for others to reach out. This company is shady head the warning and take your business elsewhere.

Im back with another thumbs up review for Raj . I have been a tv repair customer in the past (a couple of times). Now I just had a chance to use him to repair my Maytag washing machine. After 10 years of use with tons of overloads from my adult children, the washer tub became severely unbalanced/unlevel. Raj to the rescue, fixed the problem much cheaper than a new washer would have cost!! Happy Customer!!!

Horrible attitude and seems like a scam operation. I have been researching online for a few months on an issue with my television and am quite sure I know what the issue is. So, like a normal person would, I am shopping the cost of this repair. This is the closest location to me and I can tell it is not a corporate business. Being a small business owner myself, I tend to gravitate to these types of places to bring my business. Whomever answered the phone, wouldnt quote a price. Just said its $40 to look at, annoying but makes sense. Then he just kept saying oh just come in and Ill give you a good price to say yes to. Over and over. Finally I said I clarified again that I was shopping and needed a quote. I got attitude, still no quote on what repair I was after(I have done thorough research), and a just go somewhere else then if you dont want to just bring me $40 for nothing. Again I asked for a quote of my issue, he then snapped and cut me off and told me its probably a motherboard issue which would be over $300. LOL How is that a price Ide say yes to. Nothing but rude scammers at this place. I would warn anyone to take their business elsewhere as I will do myself. What happened to good customer service, it literally absent from reality these days. Just wow........and after further reading the horror stories( all responses are the same, lol its always the motherboard,lol...read their other google profile.....SCAM
