I was referred to Mastertex by Best Buy and they have provided amazing service. They came on-time, saw the issue and ordered parts. They came back within a week or so and installed the parts. The technician was kind and courteous and always wore a mask for safety. I definitely recommend using them!

I typically dont write reviews but my LG refrigerator went out, I had a service plan I purchased with Best Buy and they utilized Mastertex to complete the repairs. Mastertex sent Arman to my house, I showed him I had wood floors and stated I didnt want them damaged when he worked on the fridge. Arman was very concerned about this, wanted to make sure he didnt do any damage and worked with me, using cardboard, to make sure no damage was done when the fridge was moved out. Of course, he repaired the fridge and its been working good ever since. Just wanted to give a shout out to Mastertex, and specifically Arman, as he was very professional and did a great job. I couldn’t be more pleased. They came out on time and determined a part needed to be ordered. While the part was on order, they provided updates as to when they expected the part to come in. Part came in as expected and they scheduled a time to fix my dishwasher. My dishwasher now works better than it ever did.

We had one of our refrigerators stop cooling. I placed a service call for repair and was told the technician could be there between 1 and 5. To our great surprise, the owner showed up at 10 am and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the refrigerator. I will definately be using them again.

The repair request was for my dishwasher which I didn’t think was drying properly. Arman checked everything thoroughly, found nothing wrong and suggested I refill the empty receptacle for the drying agent with Jet Dry. I did that and the next time I ran the dishwasher, the contents were well dried. I appreciated his knowledge, thoroughness, correct diagnosis and recommendation which fixed the problem. Our refrigerator had been leaking water for several months. I found Mastertex while searching on line, read their reviews and called them. I’m happy I did. Arman was sent to our home and diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line. He had us defrost the refrigerator and he came back two days later and repaired it. He was very polite and professional. I truly cannot fathom that this company has over a 4-star rating here. I would give 0-stars if I could. Google reviews seems to have substantially different commentary than Yelp. When I approached Marina, the alleged manager, over their Yelp reviews she said “we no longer work with them.” I guess she doesn’t have enough control over negative feedback there.Unfortunately, MasterTex was Dispatched through our warranty company to perform a dryer repair. Our dryer is less than a year old. We are now on week five of no dryer. The first time the technician came to our house, he was late and then said he needed to order a particular part to complete the repair. This seems to be their m.o. based on other reviews Ive read through on Yelp (sending a technician out multiple times and always needing a new part).After over a week with no updates, my husbands efforts to communicate were ignored. When I called, the answered and then proceeded to hang up on me for implying they weren’t being forthcoming with information. They emailed our warranty company that the part would not arrive until August, when in fact it arrived the next day.The service technician came again and was again unsuccessful. Apparently there was another issue and another part needed. Marina says this issue was not there the first time…well Marina, our dryer has been unplugged and non-functioning since before you sent your technician out. I’d venture to say he either was not qualified enough to find the issue or did not care to find the issue. Perhaps created the issue??Regardless— Fast forward another week. No updates, no return calls, and no professionalism from this company. I ask what part they need, “I can’t tell you that,” what is the tracking number, “I can’t tell you that,” and so on. Then I was told by the receptionist “ma’am, I have to work so I cannot talk to you.” Well I had to work too. I waited all day for a technician to show up when I needed to work too.I would recommend to stay far away from this company unless your hands are tied and you’re forced to use their services.

Igor was friendly, knowledgeable and professional; he took the necessary time to make sure the dryer repair was done right the first time, as well as checking the entire washer and dryer for proper operation, including replacing the dryer hose with a more effective one. Im a bit baffled by the great reviews and am wondering if they are from the local area the office is located in, Katy( Im in SA). I had to use this company through my warranty and had 1 no show appointment initially, then a contractor looked at my washer about 5 min and determined it needed a new part. Im going on 2 weeks with no fix because the part was delayed and having to call for updates because they dont provide them. In my experience warranties dont use the best companies but this has not been a good experience.

This is going into four weeks. From the initial call being made, tech came a week later, said what was needed, another week for part to be received, tech comes, missing part not going into another week.Through this process, I have initiated contact and asked for updates. Not once was any update given without me calling.The techs have not been on time. First visit was asked to be available 11-2; tech arrived well after two.Second, visit on a Saturday asked to be available and tech came after the said time. Third visit, within quoted time.We are not pleased and it is no fun not being able to wash and dry in your home with small children🥴

My fridge was leaking and I have asked Arman with Mastertex Appliance Repair to come and fix it. He came and diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix the leak. During the visit he had identified few other issues with the fridge and came back with the replacement material and completed the fix. He was very professional, and made sure to keep the working area clean and out of water. Their company do all kinds of appliances and with all brands. Highly recommended.

Overall fantastic experience. John is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to fix not one, but TWO refrigerators for us!! I sat by him the entire time, since I know a little about electronics, and he taught me every single step of the way. He honestly asked me to look up and google prices and parts with him and was extremely reasonable with pricing. He was able to save a fridge that had a capacitor blow on a circuit board. He took the board and individually isolated the failed component and fixed it. This was just from hearing the noise the fridge made!! Fortunately he did this because the part is now out of stock everywhere. He has saved all of our groceries and we now are a family with functioning refrigeration. Best and easiest experience ever. Our beloved and ancient top-load washer kicked the bucket and they were able to send Andrew out right away. He easily diagnosed our problem and not only gave us some time and room to deep clean our unit, but came back the next day with the part and got it fixed within an hour. I had dreaded the day I would need to find repair for my old, reliable, work-horse Whirlpool Washer after my appliance repairman retired years ago. This is a Scam - We had warranty through assurance and these guys sent a scammer, appointment time was not adhered and still arriving 40 min late - We had to initiate the call to remind. Barely spoke english hardly at all, asking us if we have a new filter, we provided that and told us that he the Icemaker will make ice tomorrow and then went back and said the Refrigerator is not under warranty ! SCAM - We do Not Wish to have you guys come out period !! Your Owner is More worried about arguing online, instead taking care of customer issues, and find perfection in satisfying customers, but we have decided NOT to do business with you guys PERIOD.

I was very pleased with my warranty service on my Samsung washer, dryer and fridge. My appointment was prompt and the technician was very thorough.
