Two appointments scheduled - both no shows and zero communication. I called multiple times to confirm and was told the technician would definitely be here. Not the case. If you value your time at all, do not bother calling this business.

I was pretty upset that my 3-yr old LG refrigerator stopped cooling. Called LG and it was under warranty so Star Services Tech took it from there. They had the parts sent to our house directly and asked to call them when they arrived. I did call at about 11am and within the hour they where on site working on the fix. The tech that came out was very professional, knew what he was doing, had all the tools and had us up and running in about 1.5hrs.Very pleased with the service!!!!

David and Mike were great.I will highly recommend them. David was in touch during the whole process and Mike was a great technician he was right on the job. Got here right on time. He was very pleasant... Again Thanks for everything....

Mike came out this morning to fix our Thor range. He was so knowledge and friendly. The company went above and beyond, contacting Thor on my behalf (w/out me asking), and getting the piece I needed after I had been waiting over two weeks. I highly recommend them!
