Good service, quick response and knowledgeable about all appliances,their prices are reasonable. I called them to fix my GE dishwasher and they fixed the problem quickly, I also told them my Whirlpool refrigerator was making a loud noise, he checked the motor and the temperature and told me its working fine just needed coil cleaning. I recommend them if you need help with your appliances.

Our fridge’s ice dispenser broke so we called Max Appliance Repair. Technician named Aydin came out same day to diagnose the problem and replace the motor. He even vacuumed our fridge’s coils for us! I will definitely call this company for any future appliance issues. They made it so easy.

Our fridge gave us a problem on Saturday. I called 4 companies and one gave me an appointment on Tuesday. The others didn’t accept calls during the weekends. Finally I called Max Appliance Repair and to my happy surprise I was told that a technician can come today. The technician Aydin came on time. It took him a minute to diagnose the problem. OK so I previously gave these guys a great review BUT. A few weeks after Max Appliance came out (they basically cleaned compressor etc) my fridge completly powered off. I honestly thought I was going to have to buy a new refrigerator. I found a place close by that had same refrigerator (yes, mine is old and a built in). Once I explained my situation to the new place they suggested having their service person come out and take a look. This person came out and told me I needed a new control panel. He charged me LESS for labor and control panel then Max Appliance charged me for basically cleaning compressor, checking it out etc. He also told me I got ripped off as I spent $500 + for an hour of nothing. DISAPPOINTING (and dumb on my part)

I had a technician repair my dryer. It was a burned thermal fuse. He only spent 6 minutes in my house to have it fixed. I was charged $185 ( supposedly $160 in labor), which I felt was excessive. I contacted the company and requested the person in charge to call me back. I got a call back within 10 minutes, which was really nice. Max, the owner showed me that the price range for all the different appliances repair are listed on his website. The price I was charged was within the range listed. I apologized being misinformed. He said he still felt bad for me not being made aware of the price before hand and gave me a nice discount. Very nice guy, great customer service!

This company is so unprofessional. They couldnt fix my dryer. They came out 6 times and still couldnt get it right. The final time waiting on a part which came in a week later. It took 2 men to put it on and after that my family woke up smelling gas in our home. Gas company discovered that the gas was coming from the dryer. So, people be careful with this company. They are not great.
