Our GE refrigerator gave out on a Sunday. I called this shop on Sunday and the technician came on Monday on the appointed time and replaced the computer board and everything is working fine. Technician was very good. Only weird thing is he gave me a receipt with different companys name. So, management, what is going on? Are you outsourcing the work in the Pandemic? Just curious.

Made an appointment a week out to get my washer fixed, technician calls and gives me different times he can come out which was outside the window I was going to be available. Called the dispatch back to inform them and they said they were going to resolve it. Technician later tellls me hes not going to be able to make it and I need to reschedule.Highly disappointed I cancelled and took my business elsewhere.

My oven wasn’t showing the correct sequence and time in the panel. It wouldn’t do so I called up Alpha Appliance Repair Katy to send their specialist to fix it for me. The technician understood the problem right away and replaced the entire panel system. It was quiet, to be honest.

I thought the unbalanced load was causing my washer to make buzzing sounds, but the same noise was still there when I adjusted. Apparently, small coins were blocking the drain and he took them out efficiently. I am satisfied with their repair service.

I would highly recommend this appliance repair company. The technician was on time and he immediately diagnosed the fault in my refrigerator that wasn’t getting cold. He replaced the motor, made sure the refrigerator was up and running again, and cleared the work space before leaving.

Our garbage disposer had some issues and I had Alpha Appliance Repair Katy to work on the repair. They said that it was clogged and needed to unclog it. They did what needs to be done and fixed my problem. My experience was entirely outstanding as they were very professional and prompt in attending to my needs.
