I really enjoyed my experience with Britney! She was so kind and professional. The environment of the salon was so calming and welcoming. This was my first time trying a new shape and she reassured me they would compliment my hands nicely. She truly made me feel comfortable and happy with my decision. My nails came out PERFECT!

I absolutely love the nails I got today! They were on time and did amazing! From someone who has a hard time finding a place to go, this place is amazing. Acrylic nails with tips, and gel designs. I had a lovely experience; I came down from Canada for a wedding and was torn between two designs. Shelley was patient and helped me with the designs. She is an expert, probably one of the best nail techs I’ve seen. While the prices are competitive, it’s worth it for the quality and experience.

I stopped by without an appointment for a fill and a specific design. Shelly took me right in and listened to what I was wanting to do with my nails and she explained how she would go about creating the look I was asking for. This place is great! The one time I had the wait to get my nails done they gave me a coupon for my next visit. And their dip powder stays for a long time - over 2 weeks, plus they know how to shape a nail like you ask.

Great service and attention to detail. Went in to do a trial run of wedding nails. We just moved to the area so I thought I would try something close to home. Got in quickly and everything was great! Left with an appointment to have Lena do them again in a few weeks for my wedding day❤️

This was my first experience and it was great!! Both my toenails and my nails are BEAUTIFUL (i wish i could post a picture 🥲). The prices are competitive and fair. My favorite thing about this experience were definitely the technicians. Brittany finished up with my pedicure and was amazing, she was super friendly and chatty. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who did my nails unfortunately, but she was equally amazing. She made me feel really comfortable and since i was a little pressed for time (had to be at work and i live 45 mins away) she even offered that next time i come in at 9:00am instead of the normal opening time 9:30 so that we would have ample time and not be rushed. Their customer service is outstanding!! This was the best experience i’ve EVER had:: I’ve definitely finally found my nail salon!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Brittney did my pedicure. Due to Covid19, I had not had a pedicure for way over a year. My toenails were super gnarly, and Brittney did a superb job and was very friendly and personable. My feet are happy and pretty 😍 I will be back again and again.

Just came from here. Im new to the area and they are near me so I called to get a much needed pedicure and possibly something with my nails. The lady answered and said she could get me in right away today. So I went down and she was waiting for me. Everything clean, massage chair was awesome, offered me a complimentary drink, etc. I had my nails down with tips and colored powder dip to complement my toes. Even added some nail art. The whole experience was great! They are now my new nail place! Plan on becoming a regular customer!

So yesterday I went to Tranquil Nails for the first time I must say they are awesome they greet you when you come in they are so nice the place is well lit very nice they offer you a drink whether it be water, pop, wine. The girl that did my pedicure ( didn’t catch her name) let me tell you she was EXCELLENT she took her time made sure they was cut even and made sure polish was right and her mom she was AWESOME did my design I wanted and got it down to the T. Definitely will be going back there for sure!!!!

I had dip done on my nails and in four days two of them had cracked. I went back and the owner was kind enough to repair them at no charge. However, by day 9 I have seven cracked nails. I called the shop and explained the situation and asked for a refund due to the quality of the nails and them continuing to crack and they said they do not issue refunds. I told them I did not want another set due to the quality of my current nails.The owner and her daughter told me multiple times that it’s my fault that they cracked. I told them I am also a licensed nail technician and that I know how to care for the nails.The original service was great but after that it was nothing but issues.If you want nails that last as long as they should DO NOT go here.

Have been going here for many years. When I moved I tried a few places in my area but none like Linda at Tranquil Nails so I make the drive. Extremely clean, modern, great products and excellent service!!!! I have treated a few of my friends to this place and they love it too!!!!

Me and my daughter went into the nail salon today 1/1/20 and the first lady was willing to help me until i said i just wanted to soak my nails off and not put them back on. There was 3 workers in the salon and no customers at all and its 12:30pm. The worker in the chair decided to speak in her native language and tell the other worker no she can not do my nails because there are 3 people that have appointments that will be in an hour and they are busy and to come back in a few hours. They just refused to help us . I would never go to this place again.

Been going to her for over 2 and half year and everyone is so sweet! Everyone is really friendly and sweet there. Unlike other nail shops out there that dont care about customer service, this place actually does!! They make you feel special there. They offer you sodas, waters etc. They always greet you with a smile and aim to please. They also use individual cuticle cutters and utensils there so that its sanitary. You get one opened up right in front of you from those autoclave blue baggies. They also have TONS of services to choose from! I love this place. I recommend everyone to do your pedicures! everyones favorite there! massages your feet & calves to where all your stresses goes away.

I decided to stop in for a pedicure last minute and Im so glad I did! Even though the salon was very busy, I was greeted promptly and my wait time was very reasonable. They have a large selection of colors and everything is clean. The technician who did my pedicure was very professional and considerate. She spent a lot of time massaging my feet and applying the polish. My pedicure looks great and I will certainly be coming back!

Walked into the Salon without an appointment after reading Google reviews. The receptionist showed me all the colors they had. After choosing my color i got seated into a very comfy chair. PS the spa is spacious beautiful and very relaxing. They use disposable tools, so that was a plus. I told My tech to be very careful with my cuticles since they are sensitive and bleed easily. She did an amazing job!! Prices are very reasonable! Will definitely go back!

The lady was careful to prep my pedicure correctly because you all know how important that is to how long the pedicure lasts! Im really happy with how they turned out and I will be back. :)
