I LOVE Mindy’s!! The staff is amazingly top notch-I’ve never presented something that they weren’t able to accomplish. They’re funny, personable, and kind. Inasmuch as their work is concerned, they pay incredible attention to detail, and go above and beyond to ensure that you have the best experience possible. Since I discovered them (about a year ago), I’ve never been anywhere else!!!

I love Mindy’s! I always go to Teresa! For my nails, toes and eyebrows she is Amazing! Making an appointment is always the best though. Sometimes you might have to wait a little bit even if you have an appointment but I think Mindy’s is worth it their staff and salon is great and always clean!!!!! I am never disappointed!

I love my appointments every couple of weeks for dip powder nails and pedicures. My girl is Kim KK! She is always attentive to my needs. She doesnt rush and when I leave Im so relaxed. If you get a chance try the Milk and Honey pedicure! I love going with my daughters, they have enjoyed Holly & Tony! Great salon, the owners are great and they always remember who you are. Ive gone here since they opened and I am never disappointed by an experience. They are friendly and genuinely care about the customer and their happiness with their nails. Ive gone in with several complex ideas and they are always executed beautifully.

Very nice shop, everyone is always nice. I get the dip on my nails and I needed help to find a color I wanted, she helped me find a perfect color! I would recommend this salon. I never have to wait either.

Was not impressed. Once they couldn’t sell me on gel or dip their attitude changed towards me. I felt like they didn’t care about my business since I didn’t drop a ton of money. I had a gift card and wanted to put the balance on my debit card. She didn’t tell me how much everything was nor did she ask how much was on my gift card. She just took my gift card and walked away. Then came back for the balance to which I gave my debit card. Then it took 5 minutes of them talking amongst themselves to finally tell me the balance would have to be paid in cash since I didn’t present the amount of the gift card and my debit debit card at the same time. Well I did but they were in a hurry to get me out of there for a person that would pick the higher $$ products. Sometimes I do splurge and I tip very well when I feel I’m treated fairly, in the future it will not be at Mindy’s Nails.

I absolutely love coming here. I tell all my customers to go here too when they ask about my nails! I love Tara and she does amazing weird things I ask her to do with no hesitation! She is so steady handed and very sweet! She’s a must see if you go there.

Cant saw anything horrible but nothing great too. My bff and I got pedicures. I got one step above than she did but there was literally nothing different. We did make an appointment and got in fast so theres that. Nails were ok and time will tell about the gel polish

This place is cool. Seems to be upscale in my limited opinion. My girlfriend and I went for manicures and pedicures and enjoyed it. First the seats are massaging and very comfortable. Also they give you alcohol if so desired. I was taken care of by Tina. And would definitely recommend her! As far as costs go, I say it is very affordable. We will return. Was a fun date morning.

I have been getting my nails and pedicures her for a few years now. They are always busy but if I make an appointment it get right in and I love how my nails look after.

I had one of the greatest experiences at this particular nail salon they were very professional my nail to neck Teresa was great she took her time and did a great job on my nails I recommend that if you go to this location ask for her by name because shell do an extra job on your nails I want to add that they do offer beverages to drink it looks to me is that they offer some kind of alcohol beverage make sure when you come in you specify who you want to do your nails and I definitely think you should check on comments and remarks about this nail salon overall my experience was great

Absolutely adore this place! Ive been to a few salons and I have NEVER been somewhere that takes so much time to assist their clients. Every pedicure has been outstanding, the spend so much time on grooming and the massage part. My manicures have also lasted quite a long time too. As long as Im in the KC area, I will always go to Mindys!

This was my second time here and both experiences have been amazing! Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are pleased with their services. Their attention to every detail is top notch—from the relaxing and pleasing decor to the complimentary cocktails & wine to their friendly and helpful conversation. Today I got the dip ombra look and love it! Holly did an outstanding job! And T gave me an amazing pedicure. I wish you could have seen my poor dry, cracked heels before. Thanks to T they are now baby smooth! Mindy’s now has a loyal new customer!

I was gifted a pedicure at this location for my birthday, and the quality of service did not disappoint. Yvonne was the most thorough, detailed, and professional nail specialist I’ve ever had at any nail location by any brand. She gave an amazing massage and it was a relaxing experience overall. I highly recommend this company. They were very busy around 11 am, which I thought was odd for a Wednesday, so I left and came back. I did have an appointment, but since they were so busy with walk ins, they were fine moving my appointment time to later. If you do want a cocktail or beverage, be sure to ask because it did seem like only a few nail technicians would consistently ask their clients if they wanted something to drink, where others did not ask or offer at all. Great business.

The owner I forgot her name the wife fixed me up and was so beautiful and sweet. I had a rough experience trying gel which wasn’t for me. But she took care of me and made me go from a bad attitude to feeling amazing. Dip powder is amazing and the wax isn’t even painful. White wine is a must. ❤️

One of the best pedis Ive gotten. I got the deluxe package which includes a scrub, a buffing cream, moisture mask, warm towel wrap and finally lotion. It was divine. I didnt have to wait and I was offered a beverage upon sitting down. Very impressed. I will be back.

Just moved into the area and was looking for a nail salon close to home. I couldn’t be happier with Vic who did my nails and Jennie who did my pedicure. Looking forward to seeing them again soon.The place is very clean, sanitary and has great customer service.

Times are so weird right now with the COVID-19 guidelines. I feel like they took every measure possible to keep themselves and their guests safe. They moved as quickly as possible and were so accommodating. I will definitely return and tell my friends to visit!

Im new to the area and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I purposely waited until salons were open for a while to make my appointment. During the pandemic, I expected less people to be allowed in but the place was very crowded. My mom and I had an appointment at 10 and didnt get in for almost 40 minutes after the appointment time. My pedicure was good but Im used to a much smaller salon. Not bad by any means, just too busy and big for me.

I just had the most amazing pedicure with Thi. This was my first time here and I will be back. Thi took his time and gave me an awesome pedicure and foot and leg massage!!! Wow! My toes were hurting when I came in because of pressure on the sides of my toes. He took care of it for me. He took his time. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I recommend Thi to anyone. And I had two complimentary margaritas too. 🥰

Great atmosphere, amazing people that work there! The owners are so nice! They take care of their customers and make people feel comfortable while in the nail salon.

I made an appointment, they were very busy. They rushed through my mani, didn’t remove all the polish before starting new and left my hands a mess. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. While at the register I asked her if we could at least wipe the paint off my skin around my nails and she tried to tell me it was lotion so I’d pay and she could move on. I insisted that it wasn’t, so she looked and proceeded to have me stand at the register, in my coat holding purse, and clean and trim around my hands. Embarrassing and gross. I won’t go back.

Professional staff, very creative, do beautiful nails

Not happy. I went in for a fill. They replaced a nail. Did my fill. Attempted to polish. I complained about the splotchy quality so they repainted. My shape is off and they feel so much thicker. I am so disappointed.

They are always very nice and do a great job. I drive 30 minutes, past other nail spas just to come here. Highly recommend!

Not this first time but it will be the last. I made an appointment and sat there and waited for over 30 minutes after my appointment time and they didnt even look at me. I have no extra time and when I schedule the littlest thing for myself, its incredibly frustrating when I cant even enjoy it. They are over a half hour behind and are helping walk in customers before people like me who have to plan the little time I have to do something like this. Ruined my afternoon (like plenty of attempts before) and makes me feel terrible because I still dont get the service I booked and I leave totally frustrated. Im tired of every attempt to schedule with this place always starts with them being late and then making me late. Im done being royally frustrated and late.

Even though my friends and I made an appointment online through their website, they don’t take appointments? They are over priced for low quality work. They didn’t trim my cuticles or massage my hands after the manicure, which on their website, indicates they do! Not to mention I had to repetitively tell the nail tech to fix the tips she put on because they weren’t straight. They also kept pressuring my friends to get the gel polish when they said “NO”, literally five times. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. LT is waaaaay better. Mindy’s tries to get as much money out of you, as possible.

Nails were good. They were prompt & nice. I do wish the paint job was a bit better but best luck Ive had finding a new nail salon in the Northland so far.

This was my second time trying to enter the shop.The first time they were busy and given an “appointment” to come back. That was a ballpark timeMy sister went here and said staff had an attitude and said management had said something because there was a shift in behavior after a talk. but it was a decent place. I went here and the women who did my nails did have an attitude. Nails were chopped horribly explained they didn’t look even and got an eye roll from her, cool that’s great.Just moved to the city, will not recommend this salon. The staff clearly sniffs our clients they deem to have money. They do not treat clients equally. The women next to me was given a lot of attention and explanation of the service, while my tech did her hardest to get me out of her chair. Now my nails look gross and uneven. When I went to pay she just very loudly told me “cash”. I didn’t know it was cash only establishment. (Or again for me it was)Nice decor but first impressions are. I’m not the clientele she’s looking for.Will not return.

Love this place! Great ppl pedicure well worth it. They take there time while you sit back and have a glass of wine and relax. Kevin and his wife do awesome nails as well :). I would recommend to friends. The only place I would go to get my nails done.

Great experience - I got a powder dip manicure with extra length and it still looks awesome after a couple of weeks. Beth was very patient with me as I changed my mind a couple of times on shape and color. I also love the lotion they gave out as a Christmas gift. Will be back for sure!

My nails are beautiful but the customer service was terrible. It took almost 2 hours to complete a simple dip manicure. Partially because the employees did not show up to work on time, partially because they were so disorganized. I had an appointment but sat around for 30 minutes before an employee decided to do my nails...meanwhile multiple walk ins were helped before me. One employee stopped by to assist in removing the old color and rudely commented about how she has her own appointment so she was just helping me to kill time so as soon as her person showed up she left me but I could still overhear her talking to her customer about how she had to be everyones servant while waiting for her to arrive. Honestly I love the nails but will never return based solely on the poor service experience.

Busy place, but staffed! Friendly for the most part. Clean environment. I got one of the pedicure packs it was great service, but I felt the painting on my toes was rushed at the end. Id give a B rating. I would consider going back.

Worst manicure! I came in at 6pm without appointment. Asked if they could fit me in for a mani pedi. Girl at front said yes. One gal wrapped my fingernails in tinfoil to soak off the gel. Then she motioned for me to move to a pedi chair. I had my phone and my wallet and keys sitting out. The gal didnt bother to help me carry my things. My fingers were wrapped so it was really hard to pick.up my things. They put me into a pedi chair. Everyone around me had a drink. I sat for a good 15mins before anyone even acknowledged me. I had gel on fingers to come off still. Another gal did a great job on my toes. She attempted to take off my gel.i only wanted a regular French tip mani. Not gel. Needless to say my nails still have a ton of gel on them and my French tip polish only lasted 3 days before it crackled and looked horrible!wont ever go back!!

I give this a 3 star, because i have been coming here for a very long time!! always trusted, i absolutely love them. i recommended my friend to them, she went and said she loved it. usually when i go a man does my nails, i’m not too sure of his name, but he does amazing! this time a woman did them, i also don’t know her name. i asked for dip and i showed her a picture, she told me she has done the kind i want and it would look exactly like it. i was so happy! these nails are for my prom, which is in 4 days! when she started to do them, i told her they look different than how she said they would. when they were done, they look NOTHING like the picture. i’m so disappointed. i really want to go back and get them redone, but i do not have the money for it. i’ll continue to go back, but i will make sure the man that usually does my nails does them..

Ok, so Tuesday Morning Shenanigans with my bff..... it was not busy & very tranquil environment. This salon is new & very nice. We walked in, without an appointment & got right in. We also got complimentary martinis. Great place, great service.... we’ll be back :)

First time there. I needed a pedicure so bad I could barely walk my feet were so dry! I always feel so uncomfortable going to nail salon being a male but when I walked in I was greeted warmly and sat down and waited for my turn. With in 5 minutes I was taken back and the next hour and half was pure bliss! I got the $61 package yes pricey but I could shred paper with my talons ie my feet! Lol I also got a manicure all in all it was $73 the same lady did both services and I got a free drink a diet coke. I will go back. Every thing was clean towels and tools.

Very friendly and actually will have a conversation with you. Do an excellent job with my nails but also an extremely thorough job with massage and all the salts, scrubs, and lotions. This will be my new go to spot for nails!
