OVER CHARGED EVERYTHING! I went here to get my senior homecoming nails done and the prices were ridiculous. Said my acrylic were an “extra long length” and charged me 5$ extra, added 30$ for pedicure though I got the basic pedicure, and nails didnt even last 24hrs before chipping. Go somewhere else!!!!

This salon has an awesome vibe and amazing staff! My tech was absolutely the best and gentle. Amazing quality job and Im very pleased with my results!

The staff here is very hospitable. Very clean, the atmosphere is very Beautiful and peaceful. They are truly Blessed. The massage you receive with your Mani and Pedicure is very relaxing and stress relieving. I recommend you go there. I was a walking on a Friday and they took me right in. Amazing service💖

I was very disappointed.i was getting ombre done to my real nails.moved to area so I tried them.never again!!!!!.my nails are super thick and ugly.cost me 110.00,she kept telling me to pay cash I didnt have it.so I didnt get a punch card. Thats not what I was quoted.in all fairness I did have pedi I would of given them no stars if I could.so guess Ill be driving back to Liberty where they were done beautiful for 35.00..,

I didnt like my experience. I went today for a full set acrylic and i honestly have nothing good to say. Nail tech got glue on my thumb that i am still trying to get off. the nails are too thick, fat and wide and my hands actually hurt. I described the quality to my friends as dinosaur nails i was having a bad day, hadnt been to the nail shop in probably 6 months and decided to try this place out. I recently moved to the area but i wont be back. Ill make the drive to Kansas to get my services done at my usual.. I paid the $55 because sometimes you just want to go somewhere and the job is done with no bickering back and forth. I had hoped my experience back to the nail salon would be a good one but ill go have them re done at another salon. Hopefully others have a better experience than me.

I have never had my nails done before the way that Tracy did my nails & I have had my nails done at many places but she tops it all! She took her time and is extremely detailed. There were steps in the process that she did that i never knew were even a thing because nobody else has ever taken the time to do it. I am very pleased with the outcome and customer service i received. Thank you Tracy! You’ve got my business, for sure!

I went to get my nail fixed and they did such a terrible job. The nail artists were very aggressive and were very rude to me. One of my nails were cracked down the middle and she just put glue over it and called it good. My other nail had to be completely redone and they did a horrible job. I asked for a refund and they didn’t even give it to me. I paid 10 yesterday and she said I only paid 5. The manager started yelling at me telling me I am disrespectful and that I should be sorry. I kept saying sorry and was saying that I don’t know how much I paid but she kept saying how disrespectful I was. I would like to add that my 2 other friends who are white got a refund for $50, however I did not. I feel like she was judging me because of my skin color which is why she didn’t give me the refund. All I asked for was my seven dollars back and she kept arguing with me that I was being disrespectful, the manager kept trying to avoid me getting my refund. When I was waiting for my friend to get his nails taken off the manager came up to me and asked me if I wrote a review yet. Which I hadn’t yet. I said that I didn’t, then she said yes you did. We went back-and-forth for a while and she didn’t believe me. The last time she said yes you did I just said ok yup you’re right. That’s when I started to get mad, I felt like she just wanted to pick an argument to try to look like she was correct. 100% never coming back to this place again.

I was in a time crunch- my nails look fabulous, they got me in promptly and were able to do the mani and pedi simultaneously to get me out quickly!

Worse! 2 nails broke after less than a week (my nails are short). Went to get fixed told me I would have to wait an hour and then wanted to charge me when I had already paid $45 less than a week ago to get done.

Extremely reasonable prices, friendly and fast service, and hands down the best shellac manicure Ive ever had! It lasted 6 weeks before I broke down and removed the polish because it had grown out so much. This picture was taken 3 weeks after my mani. No chipping, no lifting. Highly recommend.

Really depends on who you get. I had my nails done a week ago (dip). They are already lifting. She did not push my cuticles back, so the dip has not stuck well. (Note: The picture is after I attempted to reshape them because I was unhappy with how pointed they were even after asking her to make them more square.)

Really nice people, good customer service, and quality nail techs. Ive never had a bad experience at Nail Envogue. They have a great selection of colors in normal, gel, and dip colors.

The establishment was clean but I did have to ask a for a new file to be used as the one she tried to used has file dust on it . My tech was very friendly we had good conversation during my service . However I usually go to a different salon to get dip powder and it will last for at least 3 weeks. It hasn’t even been a full week and my nails are lifting . I called the number but I keep getting a message voicemail hasn’t been set up yet . It’s a inconvenience to me I paid 50.00 for a set and my nails shouldn’t be lifting already.

Not bad at all. I went in a few mins after they opened. I got the dipping power; Kim did a really good job! And it wasnt expensive either. Quality work at a quality price!

Got to be o e of the best nail salon in this area. Very clean and the staff is friendly and took their time with my full set. So we my pedicure. Very enjoyable. My nails and toes look great, especially my cuticles, they cleaned them thoroughly.

3nd time visiting, they did a wonderful job! I will be back again. They are often busy so patience is important but they will take their time with you as they do others.💚

I went to a different Nail salon and they didn’t do a great job on my nail. My nails were a different shape and some a different size. I came here looking to get a fill in and possibly fix them. And they did just that! I recommend this place ! You will not be disappointed.

I finally found a good nail spot for me! I was immediately greeted the minutes I walk-in and they sat me with a nice lady. I had a great and fubn experience with her. My nail can out looking beautiful!

I hate that I’m writing this review. This tucked away nail salon has been my go-to for the last few months. I’ve been pleased with their services. I’m simply writing this review based on what I witnessed during my service. Keep in mind: they have a sign on the door that clearly states ‘walk-ins’ are welcome.Two women of color walked in 20 minutes before close, and asked to be serviced. Person at front asked them to come back the following day.Ten minutes later a white couple walked in. Both requesting a pedicure. The gentleman politely said, ‘if it’s too late, we can come back tomorrow.’ The lady at the front spoke a foreign language, and then told them to take a seat.I’m disappointed that I’ll need to find a new nail salon, but I cannot support a business that is biased.

In KC for business and needed a quick gel manicure. Read all the reviews for places in Zona Rosa and settled on Nail Envogue. I’m glad I did! Thao was very patient and did a great job! Would recommend and go again based on my experience today.Note: polish started to peel in less than a week so while the service was good, they product doesn’t seem to last like it should.

I had been there a couple of years ago and wasnt satisfied, nice place but its as if they have beginners for techs... decided to give it another try today and the same thing happened... UNEVEN and LUMPY nails... this place is DISAPPOINTING over and over. Will not be going there again.

I have had a lot of nails in 30 years but THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I had Kim, and she did ombre pink/white on me. I am still showing everyone my nails, and dying over how good of a job she did. She took her time, and did them right. Super impressed, and will always go back.

Lily is the best nail professional I have used ever. She listens to what you request, offers suggestions if the exact color may not suit your skin, and has even made suggestions I would have NEVER tried...but have received the MOST COMPLIMENTS ever. This is my go to shop! I came here for nails for my wedding, a friend’s wedding, birthdays, and all in between. I’ve been going here for a few years now and have never had any significant issues. Definitely none that weren’t fixed nearly immediately.

Lily is my technician and she is AWESOME! Ive been going there for two years, and Ive never had a bad experience. Im in my 60s, my nails are brittle and my cuticles are normally very dry. But, Lily does a first-rate job that makes my hands look beautiful. My nails last and the price is very reasonable.

I just love this place! I drive every month from 2 hours away! Jenny and Kim are my girls!!! I am terribly picky and with really high expectations. Clean and neat place!

The people there are kind, but unfortunately I did not get the service I requested. My friend and I arrived under the impression that they would do our nails with the powder dip, no UV light. As I’m getting my nails done, the woman dips my nails 4 times and then tells me to use the UV light multiple times. Not only were my nails done incorrectly, but the top polish has already rubbed off and it’s day one with this polish. Would definitely NOT recommend.

The sign on their door says Walk Ins Welcome, which is false. It’s by appointment only and they will be rude to you about it if you just walk in without an appointment. Customer service is severely lacking at this shop.

Best nail salon I have been to (and I have been to more than I would like to admit). I dont know what their secret is but my nails are perfect every time. I get shellac manicures so I cant speak for their acrylics. They are not pushy, dont overwhelm you with talking and the prices are very reasonable. Wont get my nails done anywhere else.

Never going here again. I’ve only been here twice, and both times I came out disappointed and upset. The first time I came I got a set of acrylics. I got white coffin shaped. She didn’t even paint them th color I requested, she ended up painting them a light pink color, which I ended up not mentioning (stupid in my part) some nails were crooked and some were longer than the others. Not even a week later two of the acrylics broke off. I wasn’t being rough with them, I was at the beach and they fell off in the ocean. When I came back after my vacation, I asked to get them filled. When she finished, they weren’t coffin shaped anymore they were square, and they were so thick it was like she just put acrylic on top of acrylic. And then she charged me $45 for a full. Ridiculous.

I really enjoyed my experience. Lily did a great job on my gel manicure and the perfect amount of conversation (I dont really like to talk when getting my nails done). I thought $31 was very reasonable. The shop was clean and inviting and everyone seemed friendly.

My family has been coming here for several years. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Super nice and amazing people that are exceedingly excellent and enjoy what they do.

Nice place and they do great work! They get very busy during peak times so call ahead if possible. Nice massage chairs, great selection of polishes and friendly staff.

I walked in and no one said anything to me. No hi, can I help you or anything. So I sat down t see if a desk person would walk up. One guy did but never looked up from his phone for the 2 min he stood there. Then he walked back to the back again, with out looking up. A lady walked in after 10 min of sitting there and a lady greats her tells her it will be a few minutes and to pick out a color. At this point I leave. Never going back there again.

I went on saturday at around noon and there were not that many people there but still I had an hour and a half wait. I got a full set of acrylics and the guy that did my nails didnt speak english very well but i could still tell that him and his little friend was making fun of me because i kept saying what? and i dont understand because he would attempt to talk to me and id say something and hed turn to his friend and laugh. For my nails though, all was done well other than the fact that my thumb nail was very crooked and not shaped well. ( I asked for almond shaped nails ) though they lasted for about a month

Only reason Im giving this one star is because you have to rate it. Otherwise it would be zero! I came in for ombre nails and it came out looking like the girls who try to do ombre hair at home with a straight line across. If I would have known it was going to look like this I would have went the cheap route and just had French tip, because thats exactly what it looks like. And my nails are stacked above my fingers, like elephant nails. She didnt file them down how they should be. And yes I voiced my concern. I also spoke with the manager and she said, Thats all we can do. Really? For $97 thats the work you do? I can post pics if needed. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Such a huge waste of money!!!

When a young girl comes in and asks to have only one hand done because their other hand doesnt have fingers, there are many ways to make that young customer feel comfortable. Instead, the awful nail tech needed to see the hand, then laughed uncontrollably, to the point she asked if she could have a minute, because she couldt stop laughing. When the young girls mother called she was told her daughter was lying, as if anyone would make that up. No apology was given. Just awful. Ive known this little girl her entire life and Ive seen many many examples of love and compassion given to her because of her hand. What is wrong with your nail salon that you employ such awful people? I wont be back.

The lady doing my nails told me that my price was going to be one thing and when I got to the desk it was $35 more than she advised me of and the manager was not willing to do anything to compensate for her employees mistake. Even though they did a wonderful job I will never return to this establishment. Not to mention one of the ladies in there doing the pedicure for the person I was with was very pregnant as mentioned in a post above this was very sad to see with all the chemicals that they use.

I have been a customer there for at least 5 years. As a California valley girl native I known a good nail salon from a bad one. These are not just nail techs these are nail professionals. Never a bad experience. They are always ther for a job well done. Alan, Jackie, and Mimi you rock.

I recieved 5-star service from beginning to end. The attention to detail is amazing, and staff took extra special care to make sure i recieved what i paid for. They worked diligently to ensure their was no excess acrylic under my nail and really listened to how i wanted my nails to look. I was extremely impressed with Nail EnVogue. The staff was friendly and personable. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting nail services.

I went in and had gel done, not even a week later it was chipped and bubbled, then I went back in and had them fix it, yet again, chipped and bubbled in a few days. I went back again and they redid all of them, just for them to chip 4 days later. Mind you Im not doing anything crazy with my hands, they refused to give me my money back and just want to keep re-doing their mess up. Thats fine in dandy, but after the 2nd or 3rd time, just give the customer their money back so they can go somewhere else. I have never had this problem EVER when getting gel done.

Usually every time I go the same guy does my nails but today a girl did them, I asked for a fill and she pushed me into taking off my other set and putting a new one on because it will look better and it will get fungus when I got the other set two weeks ago and she was really bitchy the whole time and got nail glue all over my fingers and my nails arent even the same shape on both fingers !! do not recommend

I took my Mom here for Mother’s Day. They made her wait and started on my nails. The light they use for my gel was too hot and they made comments about my skin and my mom’s nails. On top of all that, I got gel and it started peeling two days later. What a waste.

They dont even deserve one star. Went here to get ONE nail fixed. The nail ended up being so much shorter than all of my other nails. So now I get to deal with it looking horrible for the next 2 weeks. No one here can do nails. Stay away.

I called earlier during the day to make two appts both of us a pedi and me a fill and my boyfriends daughter (who is 13 )a mani . Our appt was at 6:00 PM. We sat in the pedi chairs at 6:00, which was great. So about 6:15 one woman started my boyfriends daughters pedi. So at 645 i was still waiting. I was starting to get irritated. I ask the woman who was Just about to start my bf daughter mani what the hold up i see two woman walking around and my pedi not even started. So within minutes she must have been the owner came over and apologized and started my pedi and asking if i want to still do my fill, why would i want to have a fill when my bf daughter was getting her mani and she was just startin my pedi. i said no thank you . I could not wait to get out of there. I would never return to that nail salon again... i thought to place was pricey too.

Never been to this salon but from the reviews, i wont be trying it out. Too many people saying the employees are trash for it not to be true. I hope they get new emplyees, this place sounds like a nightmare.

Wouldn’t recommend going because the gel polish they use is really bad and doesn’t stay for a while. I got mine done on last Saturday and start coming off on Monday out of no where. So weird. They don’t have half of the nail polish from the nail color bunch.
