I and two friends went in on a Friday afternoon for pedicures. We were greeted upon entering and were taken back shortly after. We had the Signature pedi $40 and worth every penny! Sandy was very friendly and my feet look amazing!

We got the Volcano pedicure and it was wonderful! We did make an appointment about 24 hours in advance but I saw customers coming in without appointments too. Bo and Lisa were unhurried and pampered us like celebrities. I would go back again without hesitation.

The staff is very friendly, however i am not happy with what i left with. i walked in with a picture and was assured i could get what the picture showed! half way through them being done, i am told it’s not possible for me to get what i wanted-okay. i went through 3 color swatches i liked and they have none of the 3, so tried finding another but i felt extremely rushed. i picked a color quickly and left with NOTHING that i wanted. the entire set is completely different and this is very upsetting to me speaking since i very rarely get my nails done-therefore i don’t have money to get them taken off and redone.

Came in on a snowy day, wanted to try a new nail salon. Very pretty decor inside and lots of nail colors! The man who did my pedicure and manicure did such a wonderful job. He was so welcoming and talkative, offered me a water and glass of wine. Most importantly, he made sure I left the salon with beautiful nails! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone (:

The staff is definitely friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Unfortunately; I was not satisfied with my pedicure since they did not paint the entire toe. I guess I should continue doing my own toes and save the $35. If I knew how to upload a photo I would share...

I’m not going to go into detail about how bad my experience was, but the majority of the good employees have left and the owner hired her family members to fill-in. The family members were awful. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This place is not what it use to be.

I truly enjoy going here but its always different depending on the tech. Theres almost always employees there but it sometimes seems hard to get prompt service. I try to only go if I have lots of time to spare. Last time I soaked my nails for around 30 min while the staff ate lunch. The work they do is absolutely wonderful though. Just need to sharpen customer service a bit.

The pedicure i got was amazing! Very relaxing. Very friendly people working. Nice decor and very inviting! Loved the work on my toes, my nails were good but could have been better. Still had a great experience and will definitely go back and recommend to others!

I have lived in 4 different cities and get pedicures religiously (once a month). Ive tried dozens of places, and I can say with the utmost confidence that this is the BEST nail salon Ive ever been too!! Always very friendly and talkative. The pedicures are to die for!! Wax dip, long wonderful foot/leg massages, and they even use little hand mixers to gently remove all the dead skin. Great deal for the price. They can get busy, so I would recommend making an appt! If youre looking for a great nail spot in KC, definitely give this spot a try!!

I have gone to pink and white nails four times. The first time i went i was getting a dip, they said that i wasnt allowed to get tips because my nails were already long enough when they were barley above the tip. The second time i went i wanted to try their acrylics, the shape and colors were beautiful, but one side of my thumb nail had a really thick layer of nail polish, they said it would even out once they dried. I let them dry for about 30 minutes (including the time it took to go home) then i went to take my shoes off and it smudged. the third time i went i decided to get dip again, they gave me tips this time but they forced me to get a bright red color when i didnt want to, i didnt want to talk back because i was only 12, so i let it be. They were really pretty but after a week my nails grew out and you could easily tell because the color was so bright, my mom said they did that on purpose because that makes you wanna go back and get a fill and that gets them money. I decided to give them one more try a couple weeks later so i called and made an appointment for a fill. they said it would cost $20.... then my grandma dropped me off and told me she had to run somewhere so when i was close to being finished i would text her, so i went in and sat down, they started soaking my nails in acetone and i thought they were just trying to get the color off but then i realized that they took the whole nail on and gave me a new set. When my grandma came in they charged her $50. She was very upset because she knew that they took advantage of me and did that without telling me and charged me A LOT extra without telling me because i was a child. Some people might have/had better experiences than me but those are just mine.

Great experience. Lots of options. Fantastic atmosphere. I went on Christmas Eve and was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming everyone was. 5 stars. I think I found my new nail salon.

I was on the hunt for a new salon when I found Pink and White Nail Spa by Maysys. The first time I went I did not call ahead and there was a bit of a wait, but thats the name of the game when you dont have a nail appointment!Steven did my manicure for me and I was very impressed. Professional, fun, great conversationalist and he is a perfectionist to boot! I returned for my next mani and was just as happy with the result! I have had 3 manicures so far with Steven and a pedicure. My nails are healthier than ever! He has also done my mothers nails and does an impeccable job! I highly recommend booking ahead and requesting Steven do your nails... you wont be disappointed!

Very friendly and talkative staff. I felt very comfortable here. There was no wait and all their tools were fresh out of the package opened in front of me. Thats a huge bonus from most other places. I got the $55 pedicure, there prices start at $27 for the basic. My feet have never felt so nice. Im definitely making this my new place to go.

Female employee at the front desk was unprofessional. Also arriving three hours prior to closing is not enough time to have service a completed after asking what I needed done. Prior to wasting my time driving to the salon, I called at which the phone rang with no answer. The female admitted to hearing the phone ringing. This salon employee should take Nordstrom’s customer service.

No transparency with pricing. Not sure how this was $83.00 by the price guide. It has always been $50.00 when we go. Ask prices before getting nails done..

Brought my daughter who’s 5 in with me to get her nails done also and I couldn’t have been more happy with everyone they did an awesome job with my nails and with her! Thank you so much for making our nails and her first time at this such an amazing successful girls day out!

The lady cut me and then she rinsed my feet with cold water. The white tips was uneven. Wont come here again

Horrible costumer service! Last week I spent over $120. This week gifted others bill was $100 & they had the nerves to be rude. Ill never give them another $. 1 young lady is great but the men or HORRIBLE w/ service!

Did not enjoy this experience. I got there and they put the stuff on my nails to get the gel off. She left me soaking for a long time and then came back in smelling like smoke. My nails are not evenly shaped. Staff was arguing with each other....... :(
