Both nail techs working were very polite and did a great job. Much better experience than Ive had at other nail salons in the area.

I stumbled across rainbow nails after moving to Kansas City a few years ago after going to a few nail places and being disappointed. This placed wowed me, and I’ve been a regular customer ever since! It’s owned and operated by a husband and wife. They are so nice and personable! It’s always a private experience here! Make an appointment! You won’t regret it!

They have cat eye, lion eye, and tiger eye colors. Great service but make an appointment!

I went in to have mine and my daught rs nails done, the lady listened to what I wanted h r to do for my daughter but not for me... I wanted gel nails with a white tip but instead I got power dipped nails with painted on white tips 😤 so I was charged an extra $30 for our nails..... ASK FOR PRICES BEFORE U SIT DOWN FOR SERVICE!!

So, i called and got prices for my daughter and i to get nails and a pedi..COOL! We drove from north the river just to go...everything was AMAZING until i had to pay. The lady tries to charge more than what she said on the phone and cut me off everytime i tried ro speak...SO disappointed with her reaction and very unprofessional. :( I am really sad because i thought this would be my new salon to go to. Hope yalls experience is better than mine..check what they r charging 4 b4 u pay.

The wife is nice., but the husband is mean and have a attitude... year ago he was overcharging me and my friend 45 dollars each so I went back he don’t remember me cause of the mask we got to wear.....only charge me less half of that... so I went yesterday and he thought I was not going pay .. he was talking in his lauguage so I already knew... as once I stood up he stood and ran to the register.. remind you it’s not my first time going there... they want you to wear mask but some of customers wasn’t wearing masks.. it’s really the husband that got the problem... the husband make her do all the work.. type of man is you

This is my favorite nail salon. Theres almost never a long wait, and they always just KILL IT on the exfoliating massages. Its run by an awesome husband and wife. I never go anywhere else.

This place is really nice! Ill be honest, I was a little hesitant to go, but Im really glad I did. The decor is very nice, and everything is really clean. You can see the technicians get their tools out of the autoclave before they begin.I had Tina do a basic manicure and it was a very nice experience. I cant wait to go back and get a pedicure as well!

I go there every like month to get a new set of nails and they always do a good job. Maria is the best and always does my acrylic fabulous. Love this place its so cute, affordable and really great!

Im new to the KC area and was excited to go yesterday (Sunday afternoon) after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was awful. The guy doing my nails (regular manicure) didnt even out the surface of my nail enough and I had to ask them to redo the manicure. Even when it was redone it looked better but not great. I was there a total of 2 hours!! Not planning on coming back

A facebook friend turned me onto this place over a year ago. Even though theyre a 35 minute drive from my house, this is my go-to spot for the best pedicure in town. The gentleman who does my feet uses a pumice stone and my heels are completely smooth when I leave. I always ask them to pick out the color, as its a surprise each time. And they havent let me down yet. Reasonable, clean and amazing!

Terrible experience! Ever go somewhere and feel like your an inconvenience or like your being just dealt with so they can get off work to go home? Well this is the place that will treat you that way with some sloppy nails. Bubbles in polish, uneven cut nails, cracks in the gel, gel hanging off the sides of my nails very disappointing!

Normally very nice, but were very unfriendly and rude today. They switched people partially through the process, and then got mad that they started doing the wrong thing because they didnt know what I wanted. Instead of soaking the acrylic off, they shoved plastic under it and ripped them off. It was very painful and destroyed my nail surface. When I went to pay, they charged me an extra $5 ? I was there for over two hours because they took forever. Worst experience Ive had at a nail salon; I wont be back.

I guess they had a long day because the husband and wife were both in a BAD mood today. The first time I went they were super nice. Very sad experience.

This will be the 3rd time Ive shown up for an appointment and they doors are closed and everyone is gone when hours are til 7 and I never got notified of them can cancelling my appointment or closing early for the day. Stop ruining peoples day and not being held accountable for your appointments!

Love this place. Knowledgeable technicians (yay!) They rescued my pitiful looking stilettos. And not only do they do a great job with your nails but they listen to your wants and needs, never rushing you out of the chair. Total nail care around the board. Ive seen a lot of nail reviews and people seem to have had so many terrible nail salon encounters since jr high/high school that they think their nails actually look good as they are. O_o Your nails should not look like Lego blocks. Come here, and see how your nails should REALLY look and feel .

I bought my twins girls there and that was the first time they experienced racism and he was very rude. I am shock a d would never spend my money there or would recommend or spend my money there remember without their no you.
