This review is based on my one time experience.Customer service: 4 stars the nail tech was really niceCleanliness: 1 star, I was really concerned about their tools. The nails clippers and other tools were really dirty.Quality: 2 stars the price was $55 but my nails have began to chip and it’s only been 1 week, if I look closely their is so many imperfections I didn’t see them at the time since the inside of the nails salon is not well lit.Over all I would not return due to the cleanliness, and quality. 😓

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve gotten my nails done here they’ve popped off the very next day. I’ve gone back to have them replaced and they just pop off again. It’s a huge waste of time and gas. I’ve told the owner to refund me since they don’t even stay on for a day and she’s refused only offered me 20 bucks which doesn’t even cover my gas. I will never be going back again.

This was a pedicure from this place I would have paid more if I known it cost extra to remove dead skin and a decent paint job

Took my daughter and sister. Paid a total of $160. Their nails broke within days and several are missing and it hasnt been a week. There are several flaws like shape and neatness. My daughter had glue all over her fingers when they finished. Never again

I got my nails done with gel nails here for my birthday and i had long real nails, when i came back to get them taken off they clipped my real nails down to numbs without asking ...my nails are completely damaged and chipping away, spliting and painful...no one ever go here... once she snipped the first nail it wasnt no coming back

Horrible i went a week ago and 3 days later all my nails just fell off. I called and told kelly she said they would do them over and give me a discount. Go today and the man puts just the nails on and sayd go pay kelly she charges me 45 no polish no acrylic nothin. So i say u was supposed to give me a discount told her my name remind her of the convo we had she says i dont remember i say my phone records my conversations. She says no u pay 45 for nails and i just walked out i could have glued nails on from the store and they would look better never again.

I love this place

I love Kelly... quick, cheap, and friendly. However, dont look for quality or your cuticles to be cleaned. Your nails will just be cute. Mine fell apart within days. Edited since initial post.

The place needs to be touched up, everything is really old. The wait times are usually high because there are only a few staff members. The prices are low and the quality is good.

I absolutely love #1 Nails. I would only recommend Lisa. Ive been going to this shop for at least 10 years and always get compliments on her work. I can show Lisa a picture and she makes it happen every time and the price is reasonable compared to competition!

My pedicure was fine but a different woman did my fill. Not only did she do a rush job by not totally removing the previous polish so there is red underneath the fill, she didnt buff them smooth, had a less than professional attitude then got an she said she told me to check them got an attitude with me because she said she told me to check them.(?) No one else has to check my work after I do it at my job. You get what you pay for. Never again. She said shes moving I wish I would have inquired where so I wont go there either. And no one else was waiting. 😐 Plus they pull that off again on again English stuff when everyone working there spoke perfect English. So rude!

Friendly ppl they get the job done.. Give you many ideas on what they think would look nice on you.. Love em.. My new spot..

Rush service. Crystals dont last like Number one nails on 55th n troost my nails are good for a whole month before needing any maitanace. Then charge too much on crazy rushed service. Only good for basic nails and nail art... Number one nails are up to date on nail techniques on all things..... I do recommend this place fpr brows n lashes n pedis I will say that.I spend 70 n up on my nails I would love and relaxing time not eushed with no type of conversations...Let you customers feel welcomed hell we work just like yall do

Just wondering how much everbody eles pay cause i was charged 40 for full set and 30 for fill they do a good job. Prices are just not listed amd when you call they say prices start at 10 for fill. Everybody get charged different prices which is cool i want the hook up too.

The shop needs a face lift especially for the prices and the wait. Their work is very good though.

If no one is going to show up at 10 Change the opening time online and stop wasting peoples time!!!! This shop sucks!!!! They will waste your time. If u have time to waste you can go up there wait for them to open the shop at 11 instead of 10. I will NEVER go back.

I had the worst experience ever here recently. Lets start out with the nailTechs skipping parts of the full set/ fill process. My shape isnt smooth. My nail sizes dont match. The do a rushed job every time(there was already a lady yelling because they were rushing on her nails already. The owner was filing my nails so fast and so rushed that she filed a couple nails to much and did not want to fix them. Saying that they were already like that. After I asked her to fix it she just offered to take them off and for me to leave(which was rude! She had already started the fill process and filing). They have the cheapest quality soap and hand lotion available and dont have any brushes to scrub your nails. I have chips in some nails. My nails arent even painted entirely, the sides and tips were skipped. Polish and acrylic spilling along my cuticles.and now my cuticles are dry and now my nail bed itches! They never replenish their nail charms either, always out of everything!

Please go only to them your nails will be flawless

Owners are rude & use the language barrier to get over. Only 2 nail techs actually are professional, rest lack skills & manners.

The lady was nice and my nails are cute but she rushed so some of my nails are oddly shaped and the polish is on my actual finger.

If they could just get the wait time down
