Clearly they were having a bad day when they delivered my tent. Showed up with flat tire which we kindly loaned them a compressor to fix. Upon leaving they took out my mailbox. Accidents happen so we werent terribly concerned as they said they would make good on fixing it. I even tipped them after hitting the mailbox. More than a month later despite saying they would fix it, nothing. the tent and chair service was fine so I gave them a one but a negative 5 on doing the right thing

Thanks for everything. My son and all his cousins had a blast. The train ride through the community was a big hit with the kiddos. We will definitely use them again.

I used to come here all the time with my children and they love it. Now they have changed so much and it seems entirely to crowded. This place has turned like the rest of them with tape on their slides arcade games jammed into every space possible. They took the interactive floor that actually had the kids running around and playing which is very disappointing. The prices have gone up just like every other place. I dont think I will be returning nor will I be renting the inflatables from them anymore. This was one place I could afford to bring my kids multiple times a month but not now.

Nice play for the kids to jump could use more video games tho other than that friendly staff very clean will come again.

Our experience with Jump On Over was TOP NOTCH. We were in a major pinch. With less than 24 hours prior to our party, our previous rental company had to cancel. We were expecting a large number of guests. After ONE call to Jump On Over with very little time to spare, our event WAS SAVED! The team at Jump On Over (from ownership to installation to pickup) was AMAZING.WE WILL BE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!Everything was cleaned and sanitized, in immaculate condition, on time (actually early), carefully setup and with amazing customer service!We Highly recommend Jump On Over Tent & Inflatable Rentals!Thank you for SAVING THE DAY!

I called on Thursday for a last minute reservation for Saturday for a tent, tables & chairs. I forget the ladys name I spoke with but she was very nice. The setup guys came Saturday morning and were actually early. They were very nice making sure that they set the tent and tables exactly, the way I wanted them. Then Monday morning they came back & took everything down and even folded up my own 2 tables and put them against my deck. Thank you for coming thru on such short notice. You will hear from me again.

Fantastic place to bring your young children. We had a birthday party there but have also just gone on rainy or cold days so our daughter can play. Very clean and organized with a great and helpful staff.

We have been coming to Jump on over since our daughter was a year old. She just turned 5 and had her birthday party here. She had so much fun and the staff did an excellent job with the party. The owner is very friendly and the establishment is very clean, the bathrooms too! I love that parents can join their younger children on the inflatables. The arcade games are a nice addition, especially for the older children. I like that they have the jump and play combos. Definitely check them out for a morning or afternoon of fun!

Weve used Jump On Over for several events over the years and theyve been GREAT! Super friendly, professional, affordable and accommodating! I highly recommend them!!

Jump on Over is an excellent locally owned business. The inflatables are well maintained and the staff is always very friendly. The are also diligent about keeping the kids safe and under control. Their parents night out is a life saver for those without family nearby who dont want to spend $60 on a sitter. Highly recommended.

Updated 3/28/17: wont come back. :( The entire center, where there used to be a game projected into the floor and chairs for the parents, is full of arcade games. I can no longer see my kids no matter where they are, there is nowhere to park a stroller, and the kids just want to play the games. It took me over an hour to get my child to finally stay away from the games. So sad! We used to love it here.5 stars before: Wow! Well worth the drive to visit. We went during Toddler Time (Tuesdays from 10:00 am to noon - $10 per jumper, ages 5 and under), and were really impressed. The staff was well prepared with forms ready to go when you walked in, and the interior was really clean. The music was fun and age appropriate while not being too loud. My 3 year old had an amazing time, and we cant wait to return.

Great place for little kids that arent quite ready for the large trampoline jumping places. Great for Birthday parties too.

My daughter LOVED this place! It is better than Sky Zone since the kids can do more than just jump.

Kids love this place! Clean, fun, and about as safe as it can be! Some of the equipment is shiwing its age but otherwise this place couldnt be much better!

I have always liked jump on over the best out of all the bounce places I have been to. You can jump all day, the staff are very polite and helpful and I really like how they added the games. The only complaint would prob be having to order from ninos. My whole family loves it here though and we will definitely be back!

We had a lot of fun for a birthday party here. Arcade game pricing is insane for some of the games but otherwise this facility was perfect for 1-6 year olds. I don’t think older kids would like it though.

My kids love it there. Pretty clean. The toddler area is nice when the bigger kids arent in it. I did have to go mama bear on a few big kids for knocking my little one over in the toddler area since the staff. And parents werent paying attention. We also have had a birthday party there, which was so nice. They set up and clean everything up. So it was nice to entertain without having to worry about the food, mess, presents, etc.

Love this place, it really helps break up the day with on my one year old. He loves playing on the toddler bouncer house and just running around looking at all the games and such. The people that work there are very friendly and welcoming. Very excited to take my little one to toddler Tuesday! Very excited I found this place! It will be a god send in the cold winter months when we are looking for activities!

We had a glow birthday party here, it’s was very convenient and my daughter and friends had a blast. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely book another in future.

The kids have a lot of fun which is really important. The equipment could use a lot of tlc. And the games are OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Most are $1 for basically 0 tickets.

We went to a few birthday parties here and my daughter had a great time. It was well organized and everyone was happy.

We had such a wonderful experience for our daughters forth birthday party! Every staff member we had either spoken to over the phone or worked the day of her party were very accommodating, kind and helpful. We were a bit nervous having our daughters party somewhere so big we could not keep a close eye on her. Jump on Over was the perfect size facility for smaller children under age 10. Its large enough for them to run and play, but not so overwhelming large you feel nervous. Truly, both my husband and I could not say enough good things about Jump on Over, it was a lovely experience and we will be sure to rave to others and we will certainly be back!

I had visited this place 4 times so far.... i had my child 7th bday party here the food was from a local pizza shop and it was good .... the kids had a great time all the time.. . But i think the price for the bday party may or could have been a bit over priced.... may be im a cheapskate lol... 5 stars

Much better than the trampoline parks for smaller kids and much more affordable. Second time bringing my 3 and 6 yo. Will continue for a few more years until my kids out grow it.

Me and my son love this place Tonya the owner is so welcoming and she does a lot for the autism community she hold special days where the autism community can come and jump where the lights arent bright and the music is turned down to accommodate the sensory issues that our community has she also has toddler Tuesday where its just for the little kids so theyre not bombarded with the older children its a great way to socialize the toddlers and have the moms and dads socialize together also she also has great birthday parties and recently she put in an arcade and you can win prizes you can also buy snacks and drinks

So annoyed, what use to be a fun place to bounce and run is now full of video games, that are extra $$ after you play to get in. Wont be returning thats for sure.

Use to be a great place to take the girls, affordable and they could burn some energy out. Sad to say now it is just like everywhere false. Video games clutter where there was a dance pad for them to play. Now no place for parents to sit and if you do, you cant see your children. Very disappointing.

Out of all the places in the area to take kids, this is the best! Its clean, up to date, & you can tell they really care about their customers! We have a blast everytime! We had my sons birthday party there in October & it was fantastic! They really take care of all the details! For once I was able to actually enjoy myself instead of running around taking care of everything. I recommend Jump On Over for great family fun!Update: Ive read a few reviews that people are upset about the arcade games. We have been loyal customers of Jump on Over since they opened & we absolutely love the new addition of the games! We just tell our boys that they have to jump first before we give them any money to play the games & once the money is gone off of their cards, thats it! My husband & I enjoy playing the games with eachother while our boys jump! We had our youngest sons birthday party since they added the games & all of our guest really enjoyed themselves! Again, this is & always will be our go to place! No other place in the area comes even close to Jump on Over on being up to date & clean!! JUMP ON OVER for the WIN!! We love you guys!!

This is second time we have visited here. We rented room for a birthday party. Everyone, even the adults, had a great time.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Owner is almost always there. Great for toddler Tuesdays and events for older kids too! More than just your ordinary bounce house! Birthdays are done well also.

The floor space has been changed since last year. It appears smaller and is extremely congested when there are 3 birthday parties at one time going on.Management removed one of the bouncy s and added many arcade/video/skill games. The games are nice and add to the fun of being at Jump On Over. Since the facility caters to younger children, Ill say under 10 years old. The cost of the games, (most are $1 a try) is too much. Games for little people should not be $1 per chance.Chuck E. Cheese and Dutch Wonderland have many games for kids and they dont cost that much.While I realize that JOO needs to make money, over charging kids for games is not the answer. Please re-evaluate this practice.My kids have always enjoyed JOO and I have had 3 birthday parties there. The high price of games will keep us from attending more.

Attended a 6 year olds birthday party here. Emily was amazing with the children. She was very attentive to everyone at the party. Brielle was very helpful helping me get my daughter out of an inflatable for me as well.

Brought my kids (2 & 3) here on a cold Saturday. They loved it. Lots of inflatable slides and bounce houses. Plenty of staff to help kids. Special play area for 2 and under kids and parents are always free.

It is really good for smaller kids. The games are easy enough that they can play and get a good amount of tickets without spending all your money.

My kids have been here multiple times and we threw my youngests 4th birthday here. Its always spotlessly clean with flawless customer service. Plus, they do not just stick with the same thing. They are always changing things up in cool ways. Theyve had superhero academies, princess play dates, and now there is an interactive dance floor. Great great place.

Great place, but get there early - it has a tendency to fill up quick especially on weekends with birthday parties. The only downside is that there is limited parking close to the entrance.

Toddler Tuesdays is great when you have smaller kids, so the bigger and more able kids cant run them over (unintentionally!).
