They got me in for a last minute eyebrow wax and it was done with patience. It looked really good. Price was $10. I would come back.

Always great service with great nails. Ive been a repeat customer with my mother for months. They can get really busy so sometimes we will try to get here early though.

The environment was really nice! There was a couple things that really caught my eye. Having to get a manicure was really stressful because there was no equipment on the table. Not even an arm rest or a light so they can really see what they are doing. It felt rushed, and so did my pedicure.

Nice environment, professional attitudes.Drinks provided during your wait. Upfront information about wait times and recommendations. There was no posted price list but my questions were answered throughly. I usually judge a place by how they treat all their clients, not just me. Everyone was friendly treated clients with respect and courtesy. Manners goes a long way. Ive been on the hunt for a nail salon and so far I think this one has earned a repeat visit from my daughter and I.

Trina is a good lady she knows what shes doing I previously went to a nail salon that had no idea how to do designs and this nail salon does

I went to galaxy nails on Friday. I got a dip manicure..let me say it lasted maybe a hour. My 5 year old niece does a better job! I wouldnt even bring my dog there. My nails are all uneven and all different lengths and shapes. Even after I ask her to even them out! She got her file and barley touched them! They have also already chipped!!! The first chip was a crack in the thumb that happened a hour after I left. The lady doing my nails took forever because should wouldnt stop talking which is fine but every time she spoke she stopped doing my nails!! I will never recommend this place nor every step foot back in there. Ladies beware!! If you want a hack job this is the place to go!!!!

Prices are a little high but techs were all really friendly, skilled, and made sure I was happy. Dip powder nails and spa pedi were great and look really good!

I gave 5 stars for their great service however their prices are outrageous!!! Not sure why people are referring to them as reasonable ...they really arent . Again they do a great job just be prepared for a $20-35 price difference.

The customer service is awesome!! Kim at station 5 is very sweet caring attentive great conversational skills and compassionate!! I recommend her to anyone!! Never has better service from nail tech!! Thank you so much Kim!! First time for my daughter getting a Mani and a pedi and she cant wait to go back!! And my daughter is super shy!!

Excellent place. This being my first pedicure everything went very smoothly. Jenny did an excellent job and I highly recommend her. She upsold me on getting a slightly more expensive pedicure but only because my was in dire need of tender love and care. Will definitely be returning.

I tried this place out for about 6 months, trying different nail techs. My last time there I got a fill and a pedicure. One of my nails broke off the next day. I came in again after work to get it repaired, (thankfully they didn’t charge me because it was the very next day) the lady repairing my nail was talking to someone and burned my finger with the drill. That’s when I decided not to come back.A few days later my pedicure started chipping, and a couple days after that my toenail literally broke off. I soaked off my acrylics to try a new place up the street. That’s when I saw nail fungus on one of my nails. Yikes.Staff was always very friendly but the service was never worth it. Take your money and elsewhere

Eli does the best nails! Always super clean and friendly! I get my brows waxed here too! Id recommend a deluxe pedicure... scrub, lotion, massage, hot towels. Fantastic!

I only got a gel polish. It was very pretty but not worth the infection/fungi that came with it.My toenails were shaped, rinsed in the pedicure tub and wiped with a towel... not sure if the fungi came from the shaping tools, the tub, towel or polish. I’m just glad I didn’t get a full pedicure. I imagine the pain and infection would be a lot worse.

They do a good job. Courteous, need to have better deals. Like 1X a month or something. Mommy and daughter special .It wouldnt hurt to have a 2fer once in a while.

I went to Galaxy Nails on North Oak Trafficway friday to get my nails filled. They charged my card $20 more than they were authorized to and when I called them and told them about it, they said they would call me back because they were busy. Then the man called me and started arguing with me and saying I also had a pedicure and a Childs nails done. No try again, I will never go back to this shady place.

Excellent quality in nails. I went in needing a fill and two repairs and I was very pleased! My nail tech did a great job on my shape and overall set! My color and special top coat looks great! I will be returning. However, I wasn’t as impressed with my pedicure done by a different tech. Callouss, rough spots were left on my feet.

First experience wasnt good got a gel fill in with grl polish for $45 dollars the gel popped off my nail. I will not be back too pricey for such low quality products.

I went originally to get my toes,nails, and eyebrows done. I ended up getting just my toes and eyebrows.. and it’s safe to say I got a (cry when you leave) experience! I’m a very specific person and yet again I get a bs job I mean the lady even cut off WAY TO MUCH EYEBROW now I look crazy! Right before my birthday I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

The lady cut my pinky finger with the nail filer. She was rushing. In the middle of getting my nails cut and shaped someone else had to step in for her cause apparently she hadn’t eaten all day. I was trying to be understanding but my nails are kind of ugly... They’re very uneven and the way she painted them is sloppy. For $55 I’m disappointed. But they were nice. So there’s that.

Was judged by multiple employees for being a male and wanting to get my nails done. The nail technician doing my friends nails asked if I was a friend or her sister. The nail technician I had rushed through my manicure. None of the polish is lined up with my nail beds, and I have gel nail polish on the tips of my fingers. I will not be returning here.

I am THE pickiest client!! I get pink and white acrylic with a coffin shape and gel polish in my toes.. I LOVE the skill set of the techs here. Different ladies have done my toes and I am always satisfied and never charged extra if a lil extra work is needed. Eli does my hands flawlessly and they never lift! They even take clients that come in AT CLOSE!! Great people and complimentary beverages too!!

Used to love this place until I got the rudest technician EVER! She lied about having the aluminum and glitter I wanted for a style and then couldnt tell me if they had a chrome rose gold color instead. I chose a simpler design so she wouldnt have such an attitude then she cut my nails too short and I brought it up and she got really mad and started talking bad about me and my friend to the other nail technician so i told them I just wanted to go. The male who I believe is the manager did no reprimanding and then preceded to tell me he could do my nails the way I wanted them for ME. I said no im okay. They just lost a loyal customer and theyre not cheap so i wouldnt recommend bringing any more business to them.

Worse pedicure I have ever had! I work too hard for my Money to be wasted on this kind of service. He didn’t remove my foot dead skin and he did the hole thing in about 10 minutes. The guy next to him started doing someone’s pedicure first and finished after. He was In a absolutely rush to finish and jump into the next person.

My first time here. Not great at all! My nails were cut too short, the polish was too thick (5 coats!!) and I asked for square tips and they didnt do that either. I had to go back to get them done over and they still didnt do them right. Theres gaps in the polish where the cuticles are so Ill have to get them done sooner. I pointed it out to the woman and she still did them the same way. Told me too that the glitter makes them look thicker, cant be glitter on top to be thinner nails. Thats a lie because at the place I used to go, they did it right every time without being extra thick. I do NOT RECOMMEND!!

I have went here for many years and found them consistently good. It is clean and comfortable. The employees have always been friendly and prices are reasonable. I get compliments on my nails and toes frequently and have friends that have went on my recommendation and had good experiences also.

I have been going to Galaxy Nails for over 3 years now and I must say I have been absolutely pleased with the service and staff. A special thanks to Eli who talked me into getting Dipped nails instead of acrylic gel nails. For one it’s better on your nails and for two my nails have grown so much. I’ve always had problems getting them to growing but not anymore. He takes his time offers you water, soda or even a glass of wine. Take it from me once you go you will be satisfied and become a regular. 💅🏾😊

I’m very satisfied with both my nails, and the price. I have gone to Trina for years, and love the location, it is so easy to get to. I enjoy the atmosphere of the shop. I will continue going there for manicures and pedicures.

Love this nail salon. Small details make it great; individual purse hooks at your designated nail station, staff offering beverages. I have previously had an issue with gel nail polish not staying on my nails as long as it should. One day my particular nail technician took time to explain the difference in brands and which would be better for me. I have not had an issue with peeling polish sence. This salon is nearly 30 miles from my house. Its worth the drive.

I feel like the customer service was great. Very accommodating. But the product I received was mediocre. I got the gel full set coffin nails. The shape was more of an almond and I had to correct her multiple times on how I need them done. After telling her the same thing a few times I gave up. I was frustrated. I got a pedicure as well and she did an amazing job. I will not be retuning though.

I am so impressed with this place. I got the pedicure of a lifetime! I upgraded my pedi to include the Lavender Scrub and boy was I pleased. Tina took her time with me and was very pleasant. I left a very happy customer. Will be going back for all of my services.

Went here 2 days ago. Upon entering there was 2 women already upset with their service arguing with employees. That should have told me to turn and leave. Asked for a full set. It took the girl about 20 min to apply. Apparently a set does not come with manicure. Charged me $45 for nails and gel polish. STAY AWAY.... There are far better places much cheaper. Most sets come with manicure. So now I got a set with dry cracked cuticles..

I am in love with this place and the individuals! Ive never left disappointed. I honestly have never found a better nail place such as this one over the years.Update 6/9/12 I got dip with fake... They switched out someone midway after the fake nail had been glued on but two days had passed and my real nail was seperating from my real nail which caused one (real nail I wanted to keep in tact)to rip. I went in two days after and all she did was quickly glue nail down. Its been about a week and two days and several nails including the two she re-glued down are seperating and causing issues... I may take a break from this salon and look for a new one. I feel kind of burned having tipped well enough to not have nails that cant even make it to two week marks. Theyre also bumpy and... Im disappointed. I try to be kind and not too pushy but it felt really weird having two nails glued down and she didnt even say bye after. It was awkward.

I am so happy with the way my nails turned out yesterday. They paid so much attention to details and were very courteous. I will be back!

Used to really love this place but I was very turned off when I took my granddaughter to get her nails done for her birthday they are not child friendly they rushed her and me out of there all the money I spend Im always a good customer so I stopped going there for a while and decided Id give it another try went back only for the girl to mess my eyebrows up royally but I still left her a tip but then they decided that I couldnt get my punches on my punch card because I gave her tip in cash and pay the payment on my credit card they said that was because I was using two forms of payment I wont go there again I now go to Nails By t&v they are located in Liberty they are absolutely fabulous a little more expensive but absolutely worth it

I read the bad reviews and wonder how the others had bad experiences while I have never had any problem with the place. Techs dont really speak English but they are vocal enough to understand my requests and show me the designs and let me know what needs to be done. Personally I dont really want to chat with techs as I think having my nails done is a time for me to relax and enjoy my time so I am totally fine with techs not talking much. They did a good job. My nails now have a beautiful coat with perfect shaping and length just the way I like it. They have a great selection of good quality products and beautiful colors to choose. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

I am a man and never had a pedicure before. My feet needed some attention so i called galaxy and got kim. She was very pleasant on the phone and encouraged me to come in. Kim took care of me. What a great experience. I didnt know what i was missing. I will definitely do this again. My feet feel great.

The staff was nice. The girl that did my eyebrows was great. Got the basic mani/pedi. I was disappointed that I had to remind the girl to put a topcoat on my toes and she completely forgot to do my hands. I got them done yesterday and already have several chips.

I have been going for a few years getting gel nails. They convinced me to get the dip stating its healthier for my nails. I paid $10 more than i paid for the gel. The following visit I was charged $5 more increase. My nails were weak and brittle. She kept insisting I get gel when I requested a regular manicure to allow my nails to strengthen. A week later my nails all broke off.

By far, the best nail salon in the northland!!!!! Can not say enough good things about this place. Staff is AWESOME! Prices are very reasonable and the service is always phenomenal. If you havent tried Galaxy Nails, its a must!!!

I’ve been coming for almost a year. My nails always look perfect. I’ve had an ombré set that only needed a fill for almost three months! My tech would actually save me money by telling me he could make them like new and not have to do a backfill or charge me extra for it. I even drive 30 min just to come here. Every tech had done great nails from what I’ve seen.

WORST PEDICURE EVER!!! Silly me, I was in a hurry and went to the closest salon to me. I guess I figured that a pedicure is fool proof - some are slightly better but they are mostly the same...WRONG!!!! I had a basic pedicure and it was awful. The nail polish looked awful as it exceeded my toenails and was on my toes too - the polish colors suck and look old and watered down, and my feet themselves just look awful. I dont recommend them. I do recommend Majestic Nails (LEE). They do a fabulous job!

WOW! Is all I can say. Moving into a new town and trying to find another reliable and TALENTED nail salon has been stressing me out, then I came to Galaxy nails and was completely amazed. I am VERY picky with my sensitive nails and Alice was meticulous in making sure my acrylic set was done perfectly... And it didnt hurt- not once! The business itself was BEAUTIFUL, the full spa experience. I highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try. Plus, their prices are hard to beat! I called around to various salons in the area and no one came close to the value you get at Galaxy.

I have been to many nail salons but I will recommend Kim every time and I will drive over 30 minutes to go and get my nails done with Kim

Terrible place with bad service. The employee that did my nails did a bad job. I paid $50+ and tipped her. My nails came off within 4 days of getting them done. I have multiple lifts on every nail. When I called to let them know they had an attitude. And the younger girl only redid two of my nails but with much attitude as her and her Co workers talked about me. I will never go back. They are terrible.

This place is horrible. Had a horrible experience once tried to give them a second chance. It is now two days later several of my nails are lifting. I went back to the store to show them my nails and schedule a time to have them fixed. The tech was extremely rude and did not want to properly fix my nails. I will never be back.

Ive been going Galaxy for years- they are the best! Peds/Mans are wonderful and they keep customer service their main focus. Clean, legit business.

Pay close attention to your nails when theyre doing them. They dont care about symmetry other then that they are fine but definitely not the best bang for your buck.
