These people are crooks be careful. I was a customer for years and when I got into a accident David Krough tried to scam me and say I relapsed on my premium which was a lie. After paying for my tow and rental cal and collision repair out of pocket I contacted corporate office and told them I spoke with David and I have him recorded saying he can change my payment date any time he feels, they honored my insurance and started to reimburse my money paid out of pocket. I am still waiting for my tow reimbursement after 7 months. Please be careful with this office. I am currently suing for bad faith practice for what they put me through. Sad!!! Honestly find another agent this office with scam you!!!
