It’s so important that we can pick up a phone & call Tony’s office and get a professional answer from someone who knows us, rather than calling a 1800 # and talking to a different person every time. VERY DISHONEST AGENT. They will tell your policy comes with extra coverage / options even if you dont want it. One of the additional coverages was something called medical payments coverage that was added to my auto policies. I asked several times to get a this option removed but was told my premium is actually more expensive if I remove the additional coverage because it is helping me get a multi policy discount. They even gave me a higher quote when I tried to remove it. After having this unwanted additional coverage for a couple years I bought a new car and decided to shop rates again I complained to different State Farm office about the additional insurance that I didnt want. I had been tricked into paying for something I did not want. Do whatever you can to find a different State Farm agent IF you want to stay with State Farm.
