Our actual agent is in Overland Park, KS and we could never reach him (now I know why as we found out today that he retired over a year ago and we were never notified) We started going to this office as it is right by our house and it was convenient. I went in to pay our Car insurance and instead of putting the payment towards our policy Debbie put the payment towards our daughters policy. Because of her mistake we ended up getting cancelled and when we had to reinstate our insurance it was at a much higher rate. She never offered to try and get this corrected and this was HER mistake not ours that payment was applied towards the wrong policy. We have been AAA members for over 10 years but as of today we are going elsewhere

Terrible professionals. This guy Bob, i left 2 voicemails to be contacted to. Never cared. Called to cancel my policy earlier. Cancelled too. 2 months later receiving a letter stating i owe them. How can you be this s****d. Help me fix please.

Laveta is very rude and not helpful. I called her asking for my insurance cards and she said she would email them over.2 weeks later still no insurance cards so I called her back. She tried sending my insurance cards over again and it didnt work so I kept her on the phone till i received the in my email. She still couldnt figure out how to do it so she thought it would be better easier to just hang up on me.

OK, Debbie is my wife, but Ive spent a lot of time in her office, and she really does a great job serving her customers. So many people come in to talk to her because she treats them so well. Shes had clients for twenty years that keep coming back to her. She has been a AAA agent for so long she knows the business and the insurance really well.She doesnt sell you insurance you dont need, and tells you if you are better off going somewhere else. Shes really someone you can trust. Give her a call. A quote is always free!
