Ive been here for about 3 years. When I first moved it it was great. Now everything is terrible and I cant wair for my lease to be up. Its this awful complex now. My neighbors have all been great. Honestly the only thing Im going to miss. Maintenance still hasnt came for my request and its been a week. Jessica is rude and acts like she doesnt want to do her job. I know this is a transition but Jesus this place is ridiculous.

Wouldn’t recommend at all! Especially with the new management. For the past 9 months I have dealt with a gnat invested apartment. Constantly given the round arounds regarding how and why the gnats are there! Also when I went to return my keys for the apartment there was a locked gate in front the office. Someone clearly was in the room with the door closed and wouldn’t respond to me. Not worth the time and money so glad that I am no longer living there. Save your time and go else where. Seriously!

Posting this as I am waiting for my walk-thru inspection. Lived here for a little over 2 years. The manager who was in charge when I moved in (Jill) was fantastic. After she left 2 others took over and things have just gone slightly down hill. Its just a money grab. The apartment was nice, community was nice, I had most of my maintenance issues resolved pretty quickly. My main complaint is the lack of workability and that i waited about an hour for my walk thru appointment. Otherwise its a nice apartment complex.

I lived here last year and enjoyed it a lot. the staff always seemed to be on top of their game and were always super nice, always had fun events going on, and fun games. we also really liked the pet area with the fence! i would have to say that my roomates and i, and other friends that lived there have had to call the police at least 7 times, and we’ve seen many other times the police have showed up to the area. it’s also veryyy noisy, our apartment was right next to the dumpster which was always loud when the truck came, there was always construction going on (almost the entire time i lived there) and there was even a time the upstairs neighbors had the staff replace their floor at 6 in the morning and it was EXTREMELY loud, i feel like i never had a week where i was able to sleep with out being woken up:(

We have lived here for 3 years, almost 4 years now & this is a great place for anyone starting their life on their own! The people who work here have been nothing be good to my family! They have always made making sure we are comfortable their top priority! They have so many games, contest and party that make it even better living here! It’s so nice to live in a small community where you actually know some of your neighbors & have fun living in the community! I have loved seeing all the different kinds of dogs around the community! This is one of very View that has no restrictions! Which makes it an even better place to live for a pit. I highly recommend Falcon Point! They have nothing but good to my family!

I moved into Falcon Point in June and Im already SO happy with the choice! The apartments are very well kept, clean and spacious. I have a 2 bed/2 bath and it has so much space! The naighboorhood is quit and for the most part all of the other residents seem to be very respectful and nice. They are in a great location just minutes from 169 and Barry Rd, it takes me no time to get places. The office staff are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

As for me and my family weve been living here for almost a year now. Dont have any complains. Price never change or gets higher as promise. Everyone is looking out for everybody like family. Pet friendly even though we dont own any pets but owners are trying their best to clean up after their pets according to one of our management rules. Manager is always loyal to her customers including our maintenance here. They stay true to what theyve promise and always trying their best to look out for their customers.

Falcon Point Apartments is a wonderful place to call home! They have an amazing staff that goes out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome! They are very active with their residents and because of it this it truly feels like home, from their monthly newsletters, pet of the month drawing, and many other monthly events that are always plan they work hard to create a wonderful sense of community here and it shows! The entire property is very well maintained and kept up, they are pet friendly and even provide a dog park so you have a place to take your fur babies!

This review is based on a tour of Falcon Point Apartments and interactions with their leasing staff. I am not a resident.I recently went on a tour of this complex as they seemed to have many of the features as well as the layout that I was looking for in a new apartment. Unfortunately, once I arrived it was clear to me that the leasing staff did not take the current Covid-19 pandemic seriously.The leasing agent I interacted with did not wear her mask correctly as it always fell below her nose. She would repeatedly take her mask off in order to speak to me, clearly under the false impression that I would be unable to hear her otherwise. Additionally, she made several comments that indicated she was likely an anti-masker.If you are taking the current public health crisis seriously, then please avoid taking a tour here until the pandemic is over. However, if youre unconcerned about Covid-19, this seems like a fine place to live.

I rated this place 4 stars because of the great management team. Otherwise I would rate it lower. The management really does take care of all your needs and makes you feel welcome. The biggest downside is bad neighbors and lack of privacy. The walls are paper thin so you will hear everything from your neighbors. Plus the floors are loud and creaky. We lived on the second floor and I could hear my upstairs neighbor walk around and talk on the phone. The guy who lived below me would always bang on the ceiling and yell when my fiance and I would walk around the apartment after 8pm. Lastly, the next door neighbors smoked weed everyday and the smell would come into my unit. It made living here very uncomfortable.Pros: Good price, good management, pet friendly.Cons: Bad neighbors, thin walls/floors so no privacy, irresponsible pet owners leave poop everywhere.This was my experience after living here for a year.

I lived at Falcon Point for a year. Management was great and they were very accommodating, I always felt welcomed. Especially Jill Finley, the property manager - she was amazing! Our maintenance requests were done pretty quickly. They are also super pet friendly! The rent was fairly priced, the complex is in a good area, and everything is close by. The apartments were very spacious and the appliances were up to date.Now I did have some complaints but, unfortunately these were things that management cant really control... I lived on the 2nd floor. The walls are paper thin so you can really hear your neighbors. I could hear my upstairs neighbor talking on the phone. My downstairs neighbor was a grumpy older man and he would literally bang on his ceiling/my floor with us just walking around the apartment normally. I could hear people walking up the wooden stairs outside. Our next door neighbors were heavy marijuana smokers and the stench was always coming into our apartment. And finally a lot of pet owners dont pick-up after their dogs, especially at the dog park. I had bad neighbors, but that doesnt necessarily mean thats what youll get.

Decent place to live. Rent is expensive but youre paying for location and pet friendliness. Staff is friendly and considerate. Only issues in my 3 1/2 years was moving out. They will scrutinize the place like you were suppose to never live there and then threaten collections when you have a question about the charges.

We’ve been living here for almost 4 years & we couldn’t be happier!! Jill & Kiersten are the best management staff we could ask for They genuinely care about the residents & the property. As long as we living in Missouri we will be staying here!!

I give 5 stars to the wonderful management team. I haven’t had a management team this great in a long time. They’ve handled all of my issues wonderfully, including the ones that were inconvenient. Great customer service!

These apartments are amazing! I have never had this good of an experience any where I have lived. The management actually cares about their tenants and they respond quickly when you reach out with an issue. The people in this complex are soooooo nice and I feel safe living here. I love having a parking lot and coming from living downtown KC and having to fight for parking on the street this is a big relief for me. My apartment is so nice and large and I feel the price to live here is very very reasonable. I plan to stay here for awhile! I would def recommend these apartments! You have target, petsmart, Starbucks, Ross, price chopper, and Quik Trip very close by!

I love these apartments. They do so much extra events & giveaways for residents just to show their appreciation. They are also very understanding people, and get all issues resolved quick! I recommend them to anyone looking for a good and reliable place.

I lived here for a year and liked it just fine. Management is very friendly and maintenance is quick to reply to any issue. For the price, it’s reasonably spacious and the amenities are nice. Lots of extra storage space.

If youre looking for a place to live Falcon Point Apartments is a great decision. The staff is great and always works with you to fix any issues right away. If Ive had a problem it is almost always fixed within a day or two depending on the severity. They are super pet friendly with a nice dog park and always keep the animal cleanup stations fully stocked unlike the other apartments in the area.

Best apartments ever. The staff is awesome. The entire place is well maintained. Well lit at night in a super safe neighborhood. The amenities are outstanding: dog park, tennis court, pool, really nice gym, nature walk, resident functions... This place is the best, and a major reason is the professional, competent and caring people who run it.

The management and staff are all extremely nice and actually care about their residents; they listen and they take immediate action on whatever your issue may be. The apartments themselves arent exactly the best (however I do not live in a renovated one...) but when compared to what else is out there in the same price range, they are the best. I would recommend.

I just renewed my lease to live here a third year, and I love it. Its quiet and clean. The apartments managers, Jill and Kiersten, are friendly and responsive, and they always have a treat for my pup when we come to the office. The maintanence supervisor, Jon, is excellent as well. Both have quickly remedied any issue Ive had and have afterward checked back with me. There are regular resident functions with treats for humans and pets alike. Also, a new dog park was built on the grounds this spring!

My wife & I have been living here for a year & we still absolutely love it here!! The office staff is fantastic!! Jill does an amazing job managing the property. The grounds are kept clean & the grass is always well maintained. This is the first place we have lived in awhile where they actually care about the residents & the property. The maintenance staff is also top notch. We’ve only had a few minor problems & they were fixed promptly. John goes above & beyond to make sure the issue is fixed correctly. You will not be sorry if you choose Falcon Point as your home!!

One of the few places where you really get what you pay for. The staff is super helpful anytime you need them. I read a negative statement below that I couldnt disagreemore with. Ive never called and not had someone answer or get back with me immediately, and Ive recommended the complex to several friends. The rent pay process is simple and can be done online, and it is very reasonable.

I love living here at Falcon Point. The property always looks well maintained. The staff is friendly, and they are responsive whenever I have a request. The contests and events are fun, and a good way to save money on rent.

Terrible place to live pool closed half the time.no security, bogus bills at the end of the lease like light bulbs out, they charge you for regular maintenance like painting or carpet cleaning, wiping down surfaces, they dont do any up keep on the furnace or ac they both run all the time depending on time of year rent was crazy high almost a 1k per month plus a electric bill $300 one month cuz there ac units out dated

Lived here for about an year. Never had any complaint beside the dog park which was rarely kept clean - Also even after strict policies I had seen many people not picking up after their pets.

Over priced for what you get. Do not feel valued as a long term renter.

This place is everything you could want in an apartment complex. The units are very spacious and include washer and dryer, Jill and her staff do an awesome job accommodating you, and maintenance responds rapidly (pipe burst and it was fixed within 24 hours). Earlier this year, I had a problem with noisy neighbors, and Jill dealt with it immediately. If you are looking for apartment complexes and are hesitant to pull the trigger due to noise concerns, unresponsive staff, or any litany of concerns, pick Falcon Point! If I wasnt moving out of state I would have kept my apartment. I will update this review once I move out and the whole process is over and done with, but I am sure knowing Jill and her staff, the process will be very efficient.After checkout*The move out process was super quick, and I got my whole deposit back. This is an awesome place!

I found Falcon Point thru a mobile app. They were the only one to respond to my email in less than 24 hours, and answer all my questions in a respectful manner. Jill is the Falcon Point manager, she is very funny, kind and smart woman. She cares so much about her tenants. If you have an issue or vice Vera, shell address it respectfully. Falcon is very peaceful and a family friendly environment for all family lifestyles. The N. KCPD consistently patrol thru the neighborhood. Zona Rosa and shops are only 8 minutes down the road as well! We have a wonderful home ❤️

EVERYONE of the staff has been amazing. We lived there for 2 years and if I didnt transfer for work we would have kept living there. Any issue with maintenance has always been quickly handled. We once had the heater go out late at night in -17 weather. They replaced the part in 20 minutes on a Sunday night. They even jumped my car for me one morning on my birthday when my battery died. Best affordable place to live in the Northland. As far as the dog messes. Thats the lazy residents who dont deserve to own dogs if they cant take care of them. Its gotten better. People need to grow up and take care of their messes.
