Get a better system for apartment numbers as a delivery driver I absolutely hate delivering to these apartments I drive around for hours tryin to find numbers I can garentee Im not the only one with this issue

Do not even attempt to rent from them. I was literally just kicked out over having a human reaction to the price on the deposit. The deposit is required even before the applications will be submitted. Ive never heard of this. Also, due to other reviews, Im pretty sure this was a blessing in disguise. Property manager Kimberly Morgan is a complete and utter Karen. Literally told me to leave and never come back for sighing and saying UGH after hearing the deposit amount and me mentioning money issues at the current moment. Completely discriminatory against me and I will be filing with the housing authority and the ADA and the veterans department. Im a disabled vet and do not appreciate being treated like Im a second rate citizen.

Well when I meet them they seem nice to me... they help me on my application.. and when I went look in the apartment where I supposed to move in this month if the lord will .. it really nice looking I love it .Keep up the good work north oak Crossing.🤗👍

My car was recently broke into as well as another resident the two people that are suppose to be managers didn’t seem concerned or bothered. No follow ups no nothing. To many rules. Kids gotta feel like prisoners in there own home around here. I would not recommend these to anyone. Good area but not something I would wanna continue to call home.

Do not rent from them! They are beyond rude and unwilling to help! Worst service i have ever received! Once you move out they will try to charge for everything under the moon that was already messed up when you moved in! Amy is the worse and they should really look into replacing her!

So this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone in my LIFE. I was denied in my application for “past rental history” and they told me that i had checked i had been evicted. which I had documentation for all of the “issues” proving i have never been evicted nor do i owe and money to anyone, and they wouldn’t accept it. That being said, I went in to get my deposit back. When I went in, the second I started talking to Amy she treated me SOOO rudely! I asked if I could have a copy of the application I turned in or at least see it so I could confirm for myself that I personally checked I was evicted on it and she was super rude saying I need to sign this paper for my deposit then she will tell me. Uhhh no? I was just inquiring how to receive a copy of the application that I paid for in the first place that has only my information. That didn’t make sense. So she kept being rude saying to call corporate which was who I had been dealing with in the first place. Then the second I signed it she told me I needed to leave or she would call the cops. WHAT? Wow. Just wow. Never in my life have I felt so degraded and discriminated against. I never raises my voice once, I was nothing but nice, and I was treated so poorly. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I will be reporting the discrimination from Amy AND Yarco to the housing Authority.. uncalled for.

Dont rent from them They do not have good communication and good customer service they will take your deposit not very friendly in the office do not rent and they dont like people on section 8

I have been living here for 5yrs and the new managers make it a wonderful place to live. They are very warm and understanding. Very friendly to talk to.

They do keep peoples deposit money. never heard of a place where you have to bring the deposit when you fill out an application.its ghetto out there. lots of kids running around with no one watching them. lots of foreigners too.people that work the office think they are better than everyone else.

Dont rent from them they took my deposit and canceled my application without any reason. and they did not refund me. Those people are croocks .they have abad manager

Nice area. The apts are cute. Nice having two bathrooms. Maintenance does a good job. Office ppl are professional and well-intentioned.Like any other place, some good and bad. Mostly good. Great schools. Blue ribbon actually. Feel blessed with the address.

The new management is amazing! Amy and Dessi is awesome and the receptionist lady is so sweet!!!! Maintaince is fast response and i couldnt be happier to live anywhere else they make this place the best all of them are great!

2 weeks ago I had an appointment to look at an apartment and when I got there the person I was supposed to meet with wasnt there. I set another appointment and when I went back the same thing happened. I filed a complaint with Yarco and VIOLA!! I was able to get REAL appointment all a sudden.. During my appointment I was told that only the last 3 years of rental history would need to be verified SEVERAL TIMES. On the app they asked if I had any evictions. I wrote YES and let her know they were from LONG TIME AGO (14 YEARS AGO) but I had filed bankruptcy in 2011 and it was discharged. She stated that shouldnt be a problem because they only verify the last 3 years, but asked me to send her a copy of my discharge in case it comes up on my credit. I emailed a copy of my discharge and never heard back from her. I called Monday and she said she was waiting on her Manager to get back to her. Today I called and was told I was DENIED because of an eviction I had 14 YEARS AGO. I asked when I could have my deposit back and they said I could not have it back because I was being deceitful on my application because I wrote YES I had an eviction, but I didnt write down the address.. They said my bankruptcy doesnt void the judgement (which is NOT TRUE!!) These people are crooks!! My move in date wasnt until July and the potential apartment was occupied..

A lady name Shannon Johnson eho is the manager there tokd me to leave the area. Due to the fact that I was parked by the pool. I am a bounty hunter and i was staking out for one of her residents. She was very rude and un proffesional. This just happened she threatened to call the police on ne and everything..... she needs to get fired.

I went in with two different money orders, one for 300.00 and another for 25.00. I was told the 300 was to hold my spot if my background comes back ok and the 25.00 was for the background check. She said I should know something in 48 hrs. I waited a week before calling them and asking if I was approved or not, they said give them 5 mins and she will call me back. I was pissed because she should had known but didnt because they hadnt even check it yet. She finally tells me I was not approved and I could pick up the money order in a few days. A week passed without them telling me I could come get it. So I call first thing that following Monday morning to see if my money order is ready, thats when the manager at the office told me I wasnt getting my money back and that I lied and I had stuff on my background. All LIES. So I told her I was on my way to look at the paper I signed where it was ok for her to keep the 300.00 deposit/hold money. I called the police first just in case she wanted to lie on me. As we the police and I walked in she tells the police she didnt wont me there. She basically told the police she gets to keep it and handed the police the papers I signed to give to me, then kicked me out. I called the yarco management company and got a whole lot of evil people not trying to help. I finally talk to Marsha there and she tells me that if I wanted my money back I had to prove myself to them. She then hung up on me. Monday 9/11 she calls me telling me I was right. There was nothing on my record and Ill be getting a full refund. They are soooo rude here and will steal your hard earned money. Once you do your app and pay the app fee you also must have the deposit/hold money. If your background come back dirty you will lose all 325.00 not just the 25.00. Still waiting on my money order. I have pictures of it all the turndown letter. And will update once I get my money. Its only a four star apartment because of the area. Not saying its the worst place to live because I dont know. But what I do know is that they are rude and will steal from you if you let them. Make sure once you put down a deposit the place is yours! By the way you have 72 to get your money back without reason.I have received my full refund and will sue them for discrimination

They kick people out over the littlest things like a fight and these pictures are from a long time ago these apartments look ragged the stairs are breaking down
