I have lived here for three years ... The property manager and maintenance staff are amazing ... Things get taken care of when they are brought to attention of property manager .... Its quite ... Close to food and events ....

This place started out fine. They had a great team that got the job done the rent is affordable and maintenance got things fixed. But they fired everyone and got a new team in here they dont return your phone call maintenance takes forever to fix something and usually has to come back they want to do random inspections every month the laundry area and hallways have become dirty and maintenance does not clean anything anymore maintenance awesome barely can speak English

When I tried to get my deposit back, the apartment manager dodged me until it was too late for me to get it back. Before that, she had done everything she could to rush me through whole process. She didnt know (or acted like she didnt know) the answer to some important questions I had. Her story changed several times over the course of several meetings; so I probably should have known something bad could potentially happen. You should probably ask yourself why the deposit is only 99 dollars as opposed the a half or whole months rent like most respectable apartment complexes. The location is crappy; the place is dirty and smelly, the tenants there definitely dont look like the kind of people I would want to have as neighbors. Keep looking, and you will find something much better for the same price or cheaper. I did.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Terrible place, terrible management and maintenance men who steal.

The management is inattentive to basic repairs (community washing machine has had the same dingy, stinky water in it for 4 months) and does not enforce rules the same for all residents.
