I was told by the manager that she was going to rent to me. I am a mother of 4 young children. She had me do the paperwork and even promised she wouldnt rent the unit out from underneath me. I was told that they had some repairs and would let me know when it was ready. I called and she said that they only had a few days left and the unit would be ready. I called for over 2 weeks and finally went to see if the place was ready. The unit had a new tenant in it already. I tried getting ahold of the manager and when I did get ahold of her. She hung up in my face. Very unprofessional and unethical practices were what I experienced

Good property for rent

I use to stay there it was always something goin on over there.. the only good thing they had goin was the kids after school program with daily activites and they also would provide lunch and snack for the children.

Ive lived here for five years and Ive been trying to get out since day 1. My townhome has not been maintained and they dont have the tools or time to fix anything. They lack the personal and ability for the repairs needed.

Will be looking for a safer place to live for me and my familyActually I have no stars.....👎

Low rent, kids need not to have basketball on main Street. Pick a basketball in park lot for children

You can never get a hold of the property management

The worst place i ever lived!It was awhile ago but the place only has gotten worse!Rat infestation their exterminator told me.Loud neighbors fights trash EVERY where and management does nothing about your complaints .And it looks nothing like the pictures now ride by YOUR self you will SEE
