I have lived here for the past few months. Desmond in the leasing office has been great and has helped with many things I have questions too. Neat community with the perfect amount of amenities.

I have really enjoyed living at 45 Madison. The amenities are some of the best in all of Kansas City. The full staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed. Desmond and Alycia do an awesome job of creating resident events and getting to know all of the residents. The experience here has been phenomenal and would highly recommend living here!

I really give it a 3.5. Good place to live if youre wanting to enjoy nightlife and dont mind being close to your neighbors. Maintenance is good and the halls are always clean. Not the best built apartment. Overtime things start to fall apart.

This is a great place to live. Sierra and the rest of the crew are absolutely incredible when it comes to taking care of the tenants. I have had a couple of small issues and they have responded very quickly and resolved them with no hassle whatsoever. Our neighbors have all been nice but we never hear them, which is great!

I had a great experience with Sierra, the leasing manager! She gave me a tour last week which helped restore my faith in apartment living. (Not joking!) The apartments amenities and fixtures stand out -- just a couple examples are the newly renovated shower head and push-button toilet. Besides the apartment itself: Walking around, I could tell the community is well-kept and the residents seem happy to live there. The hallways are decorated with really cool artwork that give the buildings a chic, sophisticated feel. I was impressed that Sierra said hello to residents we passed and knew them by name. The temp-controlled basement garage, easily accessible by elevator, is an amazing amenity for apartment living in this area. Also, 45 Madison has secure package lockers that are accessible 24/7. This is a great convenience for folks who work late and cant make it to the leasing office during work hours to pick up deliveries. Overall, the staff, the major amenities and the little touches set 45 Madison apart from other places Id seen in this area. I applied the evening after the tour, and Sierra was very responsive, welcoming, and helpful during the application process. It only took a couple days to get approved.

One of the most community oriented places I have ever lived! Great staff, great neighbors, amazing location, and even better homes. Upgraded luxury living and worth every penny. Maintenance is always timely and efficient, staff is always kind and helpful, apartments are quiet and spacious, and the amenities are unbeatable. Attached heated garage, perfect sunlit pool, and a 24/7 gym. Living has never been easier.

I always said I would die at 45 Madison, and unfortunately that didn’t happen. Life moved me to another part of the country. I called 45 Madison home for 5 years, and I’m thankful for every minute of it. The management and maintenance are exceptional people. Sierra, Miguel and Alycia are the best staff I’ve had in all of the apartments I’ve lived in. The people who live here are wonderful. I have made so many close friends from my time there. I have never experienced anything like 45 Madison and I miss you all terribly!

Love love LOVE living here. Sierra in the leasing office was so great to work with, the whole team really made me want to be here. The maintenance team is available all the time with 24 hour resolution, and the heated garage is a game changer. Would absolutely recommend and can see myself here for a while!

We had a wonderful move-in experience and have received amazing customer service from Sierra during our first months here! She is always ready with an answer when we have a question, remembers our names, and helps with a big smile. We have been very happy thus far with the apartment complex and property managers.

Weve lived here only a few weeks but it has been amazing so far. We worked with Sierra in the front-office and she made the process for all the paperwork and setting up the move-in process seamless and super easy. It has all around been a great experience.

I had rented multiple Apartment Homes from Amy when I worked for a Corporate Housing provider. Amy and the team at 45 always took such great care of my teams and our guests. I would definitely recommend 45 Madison to anyone that was looking to live near the Country Club Plaza.

Been living here for over a year now, and the ownership has recently changed. Skeptical at first, but so far so good! Weve been dealing with an inefficient water heater and the new maintenance team was able to diagnose and repair it on their first visit. Perfect location to walk to Westport or Plaza areas.

I lived here for a year and this place is absolutely awesome. The management is great, the pool and fitness center are fantastic. Highly recommend it.

45 Madison is an awesome place to live, the staff is amazing, they are always there to help with anything, and they always get the job done! We love it here so much!

Under new (corporate) management as of 2018 and the place is going downhill. Nice people trying hard, but not exactly the luxury lifestyle that they try to sell you when you walk in the door.
