Elevator is about 4....5 seconds from breaking down!!! If you have pets you need to walk, its not the safest part of town and people will come up to you or holler at you. Always take some form of protection when walking alone outside. Apartments are nice and there is a secure entrance into the building.

Wanted to mention the Mac maintenance staff, specifically A.J. He has always been very helpful any time I have put in a request. He works efficiently and is very kind while he works! Always a great help! Thank you!

AJ has been great! He’s fixed my dishwasher, AC, and more! He’s also very kind and respectful towards my dog.

We just recently moved into the Hamilton and I wanted to mention A.J. specifically in the maintenance staff. He fixed our shower and did such a great job. He was very friendly and helpful. He clearly knows exactly what he is doing and takes pride in helping the residents love their home! If you ever need someone from maintenance request for A.J, he is great!

There are roaches. The elevator is broken for days on end without being fixed and I live on the sixth floor. Not to mention the time I got stuck in the elevator! The laundry machines are frequently broken and for the past several days the heat has been out. We have had several instances of fellow residents and even members of the maintenance staff enter our home unannounced. A man was apprehended in the lobby the first week we were here. Sorely overpriced for an apartment with such awful management.

The apartment overall has been decent, with the exception that the windows dont open because the ac units are fixed in place. AJ, who does maintainence for the building, has been awesome on any of the requests we have submitted and is always fast and goes out of his way to make the apartment nicer. Thanks AJ!

My boyfriend and I have been here for about a year, and over that course of time our opinion of this building has steadily declined. Management is incredibly slow to respond to various needs, including having a broken air conditioner in the summer! Laundry machines are routinely out of order, with roughly 50% down at any given time. And then theres the bed bug issue...

Place is completely ROACH INFESTED. The hallways, elevators, and apartment units have roaches everywhere. The windows and walls are thin and it’s freezing in the winters and burning in the summer. DONT MOVE HERE!

Building is nice. Has its own gym and laundry favility. But for the given rent (1 bed 1 bath), rooms are smaller with very liitle storage area.

Needs a lot of rehab in the common areas. Unit viewed was dirty.

Absolutely zero parking.
