Excellent service, our house would not cool down. Apparently the company that installed our AC 5 years ago never put enough coolant in it. It’s never worked so good. My husband was very impressed with the service we received.

Jorge was great to work with! Our AC went out on us a few days ago. He was very responsive and fit us into his busy schedule to make sure our family wasnt cooking for long. His prices were very fair, and we definitely plan on recommending him tofriends and family in the future!

I called RBMK to inspect and tune up our furnace before the winter. Jorge was on time and provided a detailed explanation on what he saw during the inspection. Jorge explained to me that our furnace was 21 years old and due to an issue he discovered with the heat exchanger, it was probably best to get a new furnace installed. I had several questions and Jorge answered them all thoroughly and went over all our options to resolve the issue. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me a furnace for the sake of selling me one. It was something we needed and Jorge was very helpful in explaining what RBMK could provide. He even told me to go out and get quotes to compare. Ultimately, we went with RBMK to install the furnace. Jorge showed up early the day of the installation and had the new furnace installed in a couple hours. I will defintely use RBMK for any HVAC needs in the future at our current residence or any future residence. One more thing. Jorge was very courteous and wore a mask while working in the house and wore shoe covers while walking on our carpeted floors. These are just some of the little things that go a long way which is why RBMK would be our first call for any HVAC needs in the future.

Outstanding customer service at a fair price. Jorge is the man, hes honest, shows up when he promises, and wont try to sell you on more than what you need to fix your problem, like so many other companies do. Theyve done mundane work for me, like seasonal tune-ups of my AC units, to a major upgrade of one of my AC units. Ive dealt with a few other AC & Heating companies here in KC, but RBMK shines above them all.

We had RBMK install a new AC and furnace yesterday in the blistering heat! We had been having issues off and in over the last couple months with our AC and our warrantee company would do a thing about it! We had gotten a quote from the company that was doing the work for the warrantee company but they never really explained the details of it, just gave us a price. I got ahold of RBMK for a quote and they came out quickly and talked us through the whole process and actually took the time to explain their product in terms we understood and explained the differences in what we currently had and also their differences from the product the other company was wanting to install! Jorge is amazing! I would recommend HIGHLY recommend using RBMK!!

I needed help with some duct work in my basement remodel. Timelines were crucial and RBMK delivered when no one else could! Jorge consulted with me on the best placement of the ducts and how best to circulate the air given the way we had constructed the rooms and their individual purposes. He had to customize a particular piece because of some non standard materials the original builder used. These guys are good. Use them.

He took the time to explain what what going on with my AC unit, gave me tips on ways to conserve energy for my home, was honest about what I did and did not need, and explained different things to try if I had any other issues. Jorge is one of the rare guys in the trades that still knows how to be a good businessman. Our AC and furnace replacement was a giant hassle until we called him. We had to deal with a terrible home warranty process, several appointments with other contractors that were no call, no shows, or ridiculously over priced. Jorge was responsive, gave us a very reasonable price and did clean work. I was apprehensive about hiring a small company because you typically deal with poor customer service, and this experience reinforced that dealing with several other shops, but not RBMK. Couldn’t be happier getting this project done and I’m glad the work went to a great company. He installed a Grandaire system and also does Heil. He probably uses Baker Distributing which is ICPC/Carrier, huge supplier, so you’ll be good on parts when you need them. I was very surprised at the quality on the Grandaire. Both units had a nice and clean setup, with guards that are a snap to get into. So far, the both the furnace and AC are running great. Take it from the guy that has to deal with HVAC problems at work constantly-RBMK will do right by you.

Rbmk is wonderful. It was a snowy Saturday when my heater went out. I called this company and within the hour Jorge came over and fixed my heater. The service was great, the prices were right, and the speed was great. I highly recommend.

RBMK to the rescue! I kid you not, I was having to lug wood to my fireplace for a touch of heat. Jorge was a referral from a trusted friend and I was not steered wrong. Our heater is in the attic and the A/C went out on a hot day. RBMK dealt with the heat up there and replaced the whole unit since the heater is out of date with new cooling requirements.
