Staff was extremely friendly and hardworking so no complaints on their end, but they were just clearly overbooked. I had scheduled an appointment through the online service a few weeks ahead but I don’t even know if online appointments matter. Had oil, transmission fluid and brake fluid changed. Wasn’t warned of waiting time and it took 3.5hrs waiting at the dealership - would’ve been nice to receive updates on expected time without having to ask 2.5hrs in
I purchased the Lux care package when I purchased my vehicle. Don Smith helped me set up an appointment for the service, provided me with a loaner vehicle for the day, and even moved vehicles so I could easily transfer my child’s car seat and stroller from my vehicle to the loaner. The service was completed at a time of my choosing, and my vehicle looks amazing. I had a great experience at Jay Wolfe Honda.
This is the only dealership I will take my car to. Even though I purchased it at the Legends location. The guys in the service department are always professional and transparent about what is being done and how much it will cost me. To me its worth the drive across town to get such great service.
My 17 year old daughter is tasked with maintaining her car with some guidance. She loves the waiting room area (with snacks of course), but also appreciates not being treated like a child or like she can’t learn about her car. Even though Byron, our usual wonderful service rep wasn’t available, the other gentleman was so kind to her! Who knows, I may switch to a Honda myself!

I brought my truck in for an oil change and to check on the a/c as it was no longer blowing cold air. My 2019 ridgeline is still under warranty. I was given a loaner vehicle which is why I am giving them 3 stars instead of lower. My vehicle was in the shop for three full days. I had to call at 4 pm daily to get an update as no one followed up with me to give me any sort of update. They refilled the Freon on the ac which seems to have corrected the issue. These are sealed systems so I’m sure the issue will occur again. They don’t just randomly leak Freon and if it was low from the factory I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t have blown ice cold the past 2 summers. Up until this visit they have been incredible with the purchase and continued regular maintenance. A little disappointing.
The Jay Wolfe team picked up my car from my office, changed the oil, returned the car to my office (parked in the same spot/manner) with a nice wash on the outside.Super courteous people. The only thing that’d make this experience better is if they did a quick wipe-down of surfaces (especially during salty, slushy conditions).So glad I bought from Jay Wolfe, and am impressive first oil change experience.

Rob took great care of me. Took care of a software update that I didnt know I needed. Caught a courtesy van home and then they picked me up when my car was finished.
Chase was very personable, yet businesslike. It took quite a while for the tech to determine the problem, and to update some software, but that extended time presented no problem. I appreciated the rides home, then back to the shop.
Had to jump start car after recent cold weather. Left car overnight to get electrical system checked thoroughly. Also asked about a brief clatter sound I hear when doing a cold start. Replaced VTC actuator and timing chain. After several tests concluded that battery was also bad. Work, request for warranty service and parts took 5 days. Honda treated me well with warranty. My main complaint was lack of communication. I had to call each day to find out what was going on. Seems like they should give me a status briefing each day.
I had my key serviced and the guy told me it would be 2 hrs because I agreed to have a wheel alignment also. After 2hr 15 min hrs, I went out to see how they are doing on my car. I could see it sitting by the door meaning it was finished. Another guy told me my guy would get to me as soon as he finished with the customers he was talking to. I saw him finish them, then greet another customer, do a bunch of typing, then disappear. At 2 hrs 30 min, I went out again and explained I needed to get going. I was told to stand at the station and the guy then showed up at his desk, spent another 5-10 minutes typing while I stood there, he even tried to make a phone call. By the time I left it had been 2 hrs 45 min. I just think that finishing me up would have been a priority over taking care of new customers. The point I am making is it took another 30 min for me to get checked out once my car was sitting there ready to go.Also, I got new tires in July 2020 which included an alignment . I was told now it was out of warranty because I had only purchased the $99 one, but that I couldve paid $139 for a year warranty. At that time (July) I was not offered a choice (that I recall) or I wouldve definitely purchased the year warranty from the start, and would not have had to pay for it again today. I feel I unfairly had to pay for another alignment when it has only been 8 months. This time I told the guy to I wanted the $139 warranty, but when he had me check over the paperwork, he had only put $99. Perhaps a mistake, which he fixed when I pointed it out to him, but he shouldve put the correct price in the 1st place. It made me wonder if I had not caught his mistake, I once, again, wouldve only had a 3 month warranty (or whatever the $99 warranty was). It makes me feel he might have been trying to take advantage of me.In hindsight, I feel, to make this right, I should have been offered to only pay the extra $40 (the difference between the 2 warranties) instead of having to pay $139 all over again.

Until about three years ago, Jay Wolfe Honda service was next to none. We always counted on great service and maintenance at a reasonable price. More recently, on multiple occasions, they have incorrectly diagnosed issues with multiple Honda automobiles resulting in repair delays and additional expense.Yes, they are very courteous.
Overall I felt well taken care of....the professionals were very knowledgeable about my issue and it was taken care of efficiently and economically as possible.

Service department is terrible. First you schedule an appointment for oil change only and no one says you will have to wait 1.5 hours. Then you get there and they try and sell you all these additional things. Hey I just want an oil change. Keep your other services to yourself. An oil change does not take 1.5 hours to do nor if you a taking appointments should it take that long. Dont schedule too many so your workers are backed up. Plus $70 for oil change and 1.5 hour wait. Nope, will never be back and your service department is terrible. This is the reason people hate, and I do mean HATE, car dealerships and everything about them. You are door to door salesman except behind a desk in a building.

They always get me in on time, and service is efficient. Service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. This was only my third oil change, but as far as I can tell the service advisors dont try to over-sell. This dealership is clean, and its easy to social distance in the huge, comfortable waiting area.
My Ridgeline has had major repairs over the last year and a half, which were covered under warranty. They had to replace nearly the entire brake system, one piece at a time, over several visits, with the problem of soft brakes never being permanently resolved. Now, a year later, after continuing issues with the brakes, they decided that I needed to replace the one part of the system that wasnt replaced in the previous repairs - FOR $2,800!!! On a vehicle that has a resale of about $9,000! Given that the brake system obviously wasnt functioning correctly, and it seems that this part was the reason for the ongoing issue since it was the only part not replaced, Im not sure why it shouldnt be replaced as a continuance of the previous attempted repair. I chose not to do the repair, as that combined with the water pump/timing belt replacement recommended service, came to just under $7,000, nearly the value of the entire truck. Its time for this truck to belong to someone else now. This one has taken all of the money from me Im willing to throw at it.

We purchased a new car from Shaun Hanson at Jay Wolfe, and we could not be happier. It took us several weeks between test driving and pulling the trigger on our purchase, and in that time we had reached out to two other Honda dealerships in the metro as well. The other two dealerships were relentless and would NOT leave us alone, which of course put a bad taste in our mouths. We finally decided not to buy a car at all because of our finances. Then a few weeks later that situation changed, so we started talking about the car again, and we agreed that Shaun at Jay Wolfe was the only person we wanted to buy from because he was the only person who had not hounded us! He was relaxed and confident from start to finish and even though it was several weeks between test drive and purchase and we hadnt spoken to him at all in that time, he remembered us when we came back to buy, and he took care of us through the whole process, giving us tips, advice, and helpful information about the entire process of not just buying but also all the annoying DMV stuff that comes after purchase. I wish we had enough money to buy three more cars from Shaun. We are so happy with our experience. This was our first time buying a new car directly from the dealer, so we are really pleased and will likely return to Jay Wolfe next time we buy (although thatll be a while, since Hondas last forever!).
A wonderful experience! Got in early, they did great work, very detailed in looking for things wrong, or potentially will be wrong. The weather didnt cooperate otherwise they would have washed it too!
Dealership was over-scheduled and barely was able to get the car diagnosed prior to closing. No updates were provided. The diagnostic fee was $149 which is extremely high -- most shops charge around $75 bucks for this.

I brought my 2019 Pilot in because the Maintenance Minder said A. The Service Manager who helped me noticed that it had been less than 3,000 miles since the las oil change so he was convinced that the Maintenance Minder had not been reset last time or there was something wrong with it. His solution was to give me a sticker to remind me to bring the car back at 19,000 miles.I told him that since we have been doing nothing but low speed, short range trips since the last oil change, I wanted him to change the oil anyway. He again told me that I would be wasting one of my free oil changes. He also told me that since the free service included tire rotation, he would have them do it even though it was not on the schedule.I dont think the Service Manager should be second-guessing Hondas intentions.Thank you.

The reason I go here is because we bought a used car and received several free oil changes. since weve used all the free oil changes Ive been getting the oil done at a different place. Dont expect this place to be a quick in and out. I waited on an oil change for an hour and a half. I saved a little bit of money with their coupon but the time it took, Im not sure its worth the savings. I also struggle with trying to schedule service on the website. It acted like I could pick any time and when I did, the next day received an email saying that time was taken. I also did not receive any type of confirmation when trying to schedule so tried two different times and didnt know which one was scheduled. Used to be they had a snack shop while you wait and I would go and have breakfast and do some work while waiting but now with Covid that is closed.
Everything was done over phone and I used valet. Everyone was great.

Not experts and are like any other local repair shops like not identifying root cause. I went initially for check on some noise out of engine, they said it was filter issue and i got it repaired. After that i still hear the noise and took to them after a month, now they say i need to pay 75$ just to find what the issue and say its a different issue. If the Honda showroom itself does this, then whats the point of paying more for such poor service. Very disappointed that this happened with a showroom service.

Work was done. When I asked why cost was high I was told it was the brake fluid; I called about if car was ready. Was on hold 12 min. Called back and car was ready but it sounded like oh it’s been ready, but why did I have to call.

Just purchased a 2019 Ridgeline from Peter. They were excellent to work with. I dealt with them vis phone text and email before finally coming in. They definitely made the drive from Nebraska worth giving me a better deal than my local dealership. Took the time to go over the parts of the vehicle I wanted to learn but skipping the stuff I either felt I knew or was comfortable with.
