Absolute comfort came to our rescue this week when our AC decided to quit on a 90 degree weather day with no break in sight until later this week! After our Home Warranty company stressed me out and proved they couldnt be trusted or used, I called Absolute.Alec showed up to my front door within an hour of me calling to help. He was SO nice, honest, professional, and explained ALL of our options and help us understand the best course of action that wasnt going to completely break our bank account. Ronnie came out later in the afternoon and tried every option possible to ensure we had checked all avenues regarding the AC unit not working. Our house got up to 87 degrees and he was able to get us a window unit to at least cool our bedroom. Alec was able to order us new equipment that same day and it is being installed tomorrow!! I am currently 2 weeks away from delivering a baby, and this was the last thing we needed to have happen, but Alec and Ronnie from Absolute made me feel SO much better about our decision to have them come out.Completely worth the money, time and peace of mind knowing that this company has individuals working for them that know what they are doing, are honest about their work, and genuinely want you to be comfortable in all aspects. They treat your home as if it was theirs they are working on and that is extremely hard to find these days. Thank you both and to Absolute so so much!!! Huge weight and relief lifted off of my husbands and Is shoulders! I would recommend this company to literally anyone and they are our first go to for our home!

Alec and his team replaced my old system with a new one that I chose. His guys arrived on time on the scheduled day and performed the work flawlessly. They made sure that I understood the operation of the new thermostat and answered every question I had. They made sure that my property was left exactly the way they found it. Alec also showed up to make sure the work was being done properly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Absolute came out on short notice and addressed the issues with our system. An issue came up after the tech left and I emailed them. The owner himself called me and addressed the issue with me over the phone. Great customer service and have gone from an AC service to a system replacement with them.

Our a/c went out according to our nest. I called Absolute Technology for help and they had a technician in the area. He popped over and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. A part had to be ordered and was installed the next day. Everything was up and going in about an hour. Thank you so much for your friendly, prompt and courteous employees. I wish all companies operated like this one.

After dealing with Absolute Comfort Technologies I felt compelled to share my experience. I called the company to simply get some advice on the filters for my HVAC. We purchased our home a little over a year ago and their sticker was on the system. I talked with Glen concerning what size of filters I needed, as I had used a different size then the one I removed and lost track of the correct size. He took time out of his day to look up the information for me and even offered to order them for me. When I asked the price, he actually quoted me LESS than Amazon, my go to place. He offered to order them for me and when they came in, to even deliver them! Now THAT is going above and beyond. The filters came in, they were promptly delivered and we have added Absolute Comfort Technologies to our favorite company list.Thank you Glen, Alec and Christian. Nicely done!

This company has to be the most kind hearted honest people I have ever encountered, We had an issue with some shotty work performed from another company HANSEN MECHANICAL. So I called Charlie because we were having issues with the blower motor they were very professional and accommodating due to the fact we couldnt be home until after 5 pm they assessed the issued and got the part ordered and and installed in record time to get us back on track. Id like to recognize the professional and personal support I received on this cold winters day in KC. My thermostat showed that the battery needed to be replaced. Easy, but I didnt know if I had to pull the entire unit off the wall or just the face. I didnt want to risk breaking it so I called the office and was connected to the only person in the office today, the Manager, Tom Hall. I took a photo of the thermostat and sent it to him. He called me and explained exactly how to replace the batteries.Great service even years after installing the air/heating units!

Had Absolute Comfort install an air conditioner for me in the middle of the summer this year and everything is working great!! Apparently your Air Conditioner is supposed to be able to cool your house below 80 degrees who would have thought.
