We were impressed with everything available in terms of packaging supplies and easily accessible. There was only one staff member there, and hundreds upon hundreds of po boxes to be sorting for.Veronnica treated each customer who walked up with respect and friendliness and the closest thing we could have to a complaint was that the bell on the front desk was not very loud. 😆

I keep trying to contact the post office about the person who delivers our mail.. they absolutely suck!

USELESS to try to contact this office. There are 3 phone numbers listed for the Kalispell Post Office. 275-8777 is not in service. 755-0187 and 755-6450 are both still functional numbers but they literally NEVER ANSWER them. NEVER. Pick up the damn phone once in a while! I know youre busy but come on! What a pain!

Need to make live contact for information not online. No answer then when it picked up automated system is repeatedly useless. No option for customer service at all.

Im adding to my previous review - I recently received a package that was completely demolished. I had previously prepared it myself, the box STARTED in fine condition. It was supposed to include some important paperwork I needed and a handful of personal items. When I went to pick it up the woman shoved it across the counter at me - completely shredded and held together with bits of tape. Half the the items were missing, and my paperwork was gone. Now I have to worry about someone having my personal info - social security #, credit card info... I am beyond upset. Dont bother with this place, youd be better off flying yourself somewhere to get your items personally.

I do most of my shipping here. Staff is friendly. Its nice they have a drive up drop box so you dont have to get out of your vehicle when dropping of letters.

I have been trying and trying to call to ask a question so I can pick up my package. All I get is your automated line and it wont let me talk to a live person no matter how hard I try. I just want to ask a question. Thanks for the inability to ask. Now I get to spend the rest of my day irritated until I get to leave school and drive there to find out my package isnt there. Thanks for your complete lack of customer service here. You ruined my lunch hour and afternoon due to the stress I went through simply trying to ask you if my package was there so I could pick it up.

Several items that are too large shoved into my tiny P.O. Box, ruining them. Books get folded and stuffed into tiny boxes. Seven hours of operation on weekdays only. So if something comes thats too large for a parcel box I have to be there to pick it up, but I cant because (unlike this location) I work during the day. Ive had several packages arrive in town, only to not be placed in my box for several days. Worst USPS location ever, should be entirely re-staffed.

Declined several packages which were shipped to me from amazon, so I had to wander all over town figuring out where they landed (Postal Annex? WHY???). Bent collectors edition comics which were clearly labeled do not bend and crammed them in my box. Everything I order comes three days late because they cant get it filed on time. Pretty terrible.
